The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. There’s plenty to satisfy your appetite at a range of excellent dining venues including Steak House, Japanese and Tex-Mex restaurants and a host of bars for enjoying a relaxing drink include a marvellous rooftop sky lounge. The Hard Rock Hotel absolutely rocked! Tons of delicious options—especially for vegetarians—and the staff were incredible. Even when I had a room issue, they upgraded me for free to a suite with a spa bath in the lounge. How wild is that?! The restaurant team runs like a well-oiled machine—maybe a little too efficient. I went to grab a second course and came back to find my table perfectly reset for the next guest. Drink service was lightning-fast, and a special shoutout to Valentina for being amazing.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, loved everything about it. The room was lovely with great views. All the staff were excellent. We had evening entertainment and lots of other pool activities etc. Clean and tidy, food was great. Situated in a great location with a local bus service outside. It was my birthday on the last day and I was given birthday treats in my room. The Rock shop staff were lovely and friendly especially Cristina. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife with a friend in early October and we honestly had the best time! The hotel is absolutely spotless – everything was so clean and well looked after. The pools are amazing, especially with the great views and chilled atmosphere, and the cocktails were spot on every time. The beach on the door step is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. What really made the trip even more special was the staff – everyone was so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. A special shoutout to Valentina at breakfast – she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful each morning. She really set the tone for a great day. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back!

Brilliant hotel, loved everything about it. The suite was lovely. All the staff were excellent, big shout out to Ingrid at the front desk. Evening live shows were entertaining. 3 large pool areas to choose from. Great music memorabilia throughout the hotel added to the vibe. Clean and tidy, food was great. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a fabulous week at the hotel. We especially loved the varied evening entertainment, particularly the band Queen Project. Your staff are excellent. Friendly, approachable and very hard-working. We particularly wanted to thank Eli at the Beech Pool Bar for her Sangria recipe. The nicest we've ever had. I've no doubt we'll come back for another holiday soon. The food is varied and awesome. Thanks to the staff behind the scenes for preparing it so beautifully. Reviews are not something we normally do. Thanks to Valentina for making it easy to do and to the many staff who made our week special and worth reviewing.
