The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. We had the best time at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. A very special thank you to Adriana at check in, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She very kindly gave us a beautiful room to celebrate our anniversary and it truly made our stay extra special. The lovely treats and the note left in our room were such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us. We would also like to thank all the management, staff and Espe in the gift shop, who was so kind, friendly and helpful. From start to finish, the service was excellent and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and memorable stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay special — nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism really stood out. The rooms were stunning: spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with amazing views and all the little touches that make a big difference. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, ensuring a great night’s rest every night. The facilities were equally impressive — from the gorgeous pools and relaxing spa to the excellent restaurants and entertainment. Everything was well-maintained and had a real luxury feel without being stuffy. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. A perfect blend of comfort, service, and atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be returning — thank you Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for such a memorable experience!

What a great experience. Worth a mention- Eva’s Bloody Mary’s at the Beach Club Bar and Paolo’s amazing guitar skills and hard rock playing at night. But all the staff were brilliant, without exception. Well done to all. Sure, the data points and house phone in the room didn’t work and in 2026 I reckon to expect a proper coffee machine not a sachet of Nescafé but these are minor issues set against a truly joyous time here. All the food was delicious. Good old Hard Rock, who knew?

This hotel is amazing! From the minute you arrive and check in, which was super speedy to checking out was all fabulous! We stayed bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotel! We had a silver suite, which I would highly recommend! It was so big and the bed was so comfy with the best pillows! We did a full day in the spa which was the most relaxing day ever. The staff are so friendly and always smiling! We had cocktails in the 16th, and these were also amazing! My only very small criticism would be that the app should tell you what the evening entertainment is! Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Food is very good. The drinks let the venue down, they only serve 2 types of beer in a 5 star hotel. In this day and age, surely you should be able to have a selection of drinks. Also the drink prices compared too local venues is very expensive, and im comparing prices from upmarket venues only when I say this. The pools and amenities are very good. Kept very clean everywhere. Lovely hotel over all, let down on drink choices, and that lost it the 5 stars! We are on holiday, drinks choice and price should be fair is all. And its not here im sorry to say!
