Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, atmosphere, and impeccable service, creating a truly first-class experience in the south of Tenerife. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the poolside bar service. The team works tirelessly throughout the day, always attentive, friendly, and professional. In particular, Mary deserves special recognition. Her service was impeccable — she ensured our drinks were refreshed all day long, always with a warm smile and genuine attentiveness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which made our days by the pool effortless and relaxing. The staff speak fluent English, which makes everything seamless for international guests, and their dedication and work ethic are clear to see. They are consistently attentive despite the busy atmosphere, and they truly are a credit to the establishment. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with fantastic pools, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The food and drink options are varied and high quality, and the overall standard throughout the resort is outstanding. We left feeling genuinely looked after and already looking forward to returning. A well-deserved five stars.

I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff always willing to help. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, making every morning enjoyable. I especially loved the adults-only pool area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere and was very well maintained. I would also like to give special recognition to Cristine at the Rock Shop. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay. I would happily recommend Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and look forward to returning in the future.

Before anything else, I want to say thank you to the people who made this trip special. Paolo, who performed with both The Red Line and Dynamos as well as solo, gave standout performances on the nights he played — definitely a highlight whenever we caught him. And to the bar team — Jhon, Rosy, Daniela, and Mikel (the AC/DC fan) — thank you for your warmth and attentiveness throughout our stay. There was also a gentleman mainly stationed at the UTC bar, short hair, black uniform, Ray-Ban aviator glasses, whose name I never got but whose service I won't forget. Beyond these wonderful people, the hotel itself delivered a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming, and the property — from our room to the common areas — was immaculately maintained. The lobby came alive each night with live music, and alongside The Red Line, we really enjoyed sets from Soundchasers and Gotra. If I had to offer feedback, it would be this: more guest-involved activities would elevate the experience further, and the water sports sessions — Water Basketball and Water Volleyball in particular — felt too short. We were always left wanting more time in the water. I'd also flag the borrowable guitar rig, which needs attention — the strings were quite old, the AKG headphones were noisy, and the cable was faulty, screeching painfully with the slightest movement. All in all, a memorable stay, made even better by the people behind it. We'd return without hesitation.

Amazing stay- all the staff at reception were amazing and helpful except 1 person throughout our entire stay. Visited the rock shop and Cristina was amazing- very helpful and friendly. The lady the day before dressed as Ursula was also amazing and gave us some roses 🌹 as it was close to valentines. The sessions buffet was incredible, lots of choice and different each day. Breakfast buffet also amazing and had lots of choice. Staff always happy to help with anything from booking meals to excursions. As I said above we had a brilliant experience with all except one member of the reception team who was not very helpful. Rooms lovely and clean, pools were great. Hotel always smelled amazing.
