Overall, everything went amazingly. Extra points for the staff who provide you with a warm welcome from the very beginning at the front desk. But I also need to mention the amazing team at the restaurant (namely Desire, Angel, and Barbara), who were super kind and also fun to be around. And everything was quite well organized, resupplied, and clean. The cleanliness of the rooms was also outstanding, so major kudos to the cleaning team as well. The surroundings are superb, and both pools are quite good. Rooms quite large and comfortable. If I have to point out something not that amazing is that, some things, for a 5-star hotel, could be better taken care of (some tables on the pool bar were limping and had rust, the dartboard could seriously retire and give space to a new one). And entertainment-wise, it could be improved, compared to other similar hotels, which was quite repetitive, and I missed some live music shows. Still, I really enjoyed my time there.

Hi, What a lovely time we had here last week. Myself, wife and daughter stayed here for 7 days. Met by Oscar in reception on Friday he went over and above to assist with my request to be placed in adjacent rooms. Excellent views felt like I was on a cruise liner looking at the sea. We are mostly vegetarian/vegan we mentioned this on the first day and we're given taylor made bespoke food for the rest of the week upon request, the choice is excellent in any case especially the dessert yummy. The entertainment staff and the shows provided are really good ,bingo every night light hearted and fun followed by a different show. Dancing, circus acts,Singers we really liked it and the qualities of the performers was superb. Lovely pool clean and fresh well kept gardens all round 100%. The thing that was the best were the staff in every department kind, helpfull, funny and enthusiastic smartly turned out and happy. Well done xx

I am not sure how this is a 5 star hotel. 3 at best. Parts of the hotel are very dated (parts of the ceiling literally looked like they were going to fall in) and constant smell of drains in our room and near the pool. The all inclusive isn't really all inclusive which is very confusing as there was no mention in our booking that some stuff was not included. The all inclusive cocktails were absolutely disgusting, coming from a box. The shaded sun beds were absolutely filthy as well as the towels provided for the pool (had to go and change ours). We had to use towels to block the bathroom from flooding when we had a shower and when we told reception nothing was done. The shower couldn't decide if it was either going to be absolutely freezing or deathly hot (same for the tap) and while I know it is a big hotel cleaning service coming in at 8am was a little disruptive. The children's play area looked like a death trap while the tables on the restaurant balcony for breakfast were extremely rusted and could be dangerous if someone were to cut their foot. Wifi extremely slow also. When asked to borrow an iron was told we could pay a laundry service and when we eventually pushed for on they gave us something that was from the 70s or 80s. Also in snack bar don't advertise certain liqueurs and then give the cheaper versions. I've stayed in other 5 star hotels that make this look like a 1 star. Pros are that the views are exceptional and it is a pleasant walk into town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The housekeeping team in particular were exceptional, always checking in each morning to see if we needed anything, which made us feel very well looked after. Cleanliness across the entire hotel was excellent, and it really added to the overall comfort of our stay. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and while the food was good and perfectly enjoyable, it wasn’t particularly memorable. The only real downside for us was the quality of the drinks included in the package, which we felt could have been improved. That said, the restaurant staff truly made the experience special—their friendliness and attentiveness had a big impact on our trip. The hotel facilities were also great, with two pools to choose from: a main outdoor pool and another connected to the spa that offers both indoor and outdoor areas. Even though we visited in the off-season, the pools were pleasantly lively on the warmer, sunny days. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the view. It was absolutely breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to enjoy it from our room—it was the perfect way to start each morning. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service, and just a couple of small areas for improvement.

There were small bugs on the wall in the bedroom, which deeply freaked me out. However, the bed, shower and view was unreal so I guess I could get over the bug situation. The food was pure horror. The only thing edible was the cucumber and chips and even then, the chips weren’t great. The serving staff were lovely so that’s good. Very limited things you can get if you pay for all inclusive. I’m convinced the cocktails had no alcohol in. As a whole it was nice but I’m not sure where the 5 stars is in this hotel. Maybe it was the people we met along the way?
