This is an extremely lovely hotel and what makes it more special are the staff who are all so friendly and kind. Nothing seems too much trouble. From our arrival to leaving there was a warm atmosphere. I really appreciated that. The rooms are very comfortable and there are plenty of areas to sit & relax by the three pools. We went to the Japanese restaurant - Yakuza. The food was delicious. We also liked the location with La Caleta a very pleasant 5-10 minute easy stroll & other areas too with a variety of good shops. I have only good things to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it and hope we will return.

A true 5 star hotel. We had the most dreamy, relaxing holiday with our two children. Couldn't fault anything- fantastic food, immaculate rooms and facilities, lovely pool. Sun loungers were plentiful and it was very easy to pop to nearby shops, restaurants, etc. But what stood out the most was the service. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We felt very cared for and valued. We will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel. The check-in experience was warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms. The two main outdoor pools are excellent with plenty of sun loungers surrounding the. The additional pools within the quieter, more secluded adults-only area were also nice to spend time around. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of high quality food and drinks. The on-site restaurants are also very good and worth visiting even if you're not a guest at the hotel. Good selection of other restaurants nearby and a Hiper Dino convenience store just a short walk away. With our departure time being much later in the day than the room check-out time, a courtesy room with shower facilities was offered which is always nice to freshen up before travelling home.

we came here with our rental car. It was parked during our stay in the hotel garage. The concierge took it out, whenever we needed it. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is kind, very helpful and always willing to assist. There are 2 (outdoor) pools with enough sunbeds. But you can also go outside onto the beach with nearly black sand (it's a 5 minutes walk at the promenade). The breakfast is very rich and well presented. You have the coice for sitting inside or outside. We had a suite at the 4th floor and a beautiful view aver the area and onto the sea. Roomcleaning was regularly and sufficient. We did not use the SPA-area, unless we have got a voucher for a discount. But we did some Paddel-play in the sports-area. Of course there are possibilities for booking a tour or get a rental car at the hotel. For dinner you have the option to visit one of the in-house restaurants or try the ones in the vicinity. Both options are worth a check. All over all we liked the stay here very much and would highly recommend a visit at Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort

Perfect stay! We spent 8 nights on a half-board basis, and everything was absolutely flawless. The food was varied and excellent every day, which is quite rare for buffet dinners that can often feel repetitive. We traveled with our 1.5 year-old son, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, from breakfast to housekeeping, reception, and dinner service. We truly felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. The pool was warm and perfectly suited for the spring season, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Fanni and Carla, who organized a wonderful excursion for us to see whales and dolphins, it was an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be coming back, as this was a truly relaxing and perfect holiday. Coste Family
