We had an amazing time at this hotel! The views are absolutely beautiful. The crew at the pool bar made our experience extra special — especially Miriam and Daniela, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Service was always fast and welcoming. Our little son even declared that Miriam is the best waitress ever — and we couldn’t agree more! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and a great atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel! Third time for us, we always do breakfast only. Everything is clean and the gardens are very well maintained, the staff is so friendly and the pool staff makes sure you’re never thirsty (we love you Miriam!). The sports facilities are good, so are the kids activities and craft sessions! Fantastic weather end Oct-beginning Nov. Don’t hesitate to book here!

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. The staff are all brilliant, a special shout out to Aramburu who made our daughter feel special during the meal service. The whole team were fantastic, always one step ahead of what you needed. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail made every drink feel like a special experience. Whether it was remembering our favorite cocktails or just taking a moment to chat and make us laugh, they created such a welcoming and joyful atmosphere around the pool. It’s people like Miriam and Daniela who truly make a hotel memorable — they turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one. Iberostar are very lucky to have them on their team. Fantastic hotel the best staff and food of any hotel that we’ve ever visited. Great location right on the beach with a nice long promenade two minutes away from shops and restaurants. If you’re a runner then it’s great for an early morning 5k plus run apart from the heat. We used the well equipped gym. The hotel has great entertainment including daytime activities aqua aerobics etc a show every night in the theatre and music until 11:00ish every night. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys the nicer things in life and we are certainly looking forward to returning early next year.
