This program starts at check in time at 15:00 and ends on the day of your departure at 12:00. During Check-In you will get a wristband that will identify you to all the staff of the Hotel. This wristband with your key room card is your free pass in the Hotel and you must always wear it. It will be removed at Check-Out. Only people wearing the wristband and showing the room card will be served.

Had a great time and absolutely loved it here. If i had to be realllyyyyy picky the apartments was abit out of date and probably need refurbishing but we still loved our room, really spacious. The location was nice as there was shops surrounding the hotel and an irish pub which is convenient as we’re from the UK. I really loved our time here. The piano and pool bar is really good. The pool, dining area and the piano bar is pretty modern compared to the room. The planes are loud nearby but we found it cool seeing them so close from our balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful and most of them know more languages than just spanish. Especially 2 receptionists they was fluent in english.

Family of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers all enjoyed our stay. Hotel food is great, amazing selection and different themes each night. Good entertainment during the day for all and also had evening entertainment on offer. All inclusive offering is great value. Hotel is clean and staff are lovely. David on reception was particularly attentive on check in. Golf de sur is a quieter location than Los Cristianos and Playas which suited us. Taxis are very reasonable to visit other places like Siam Park and very close to airport. New local steak restaurant Asador Zanzibar Golf plus Sakura Tiepanyaki and Queen Mary restaurants 5 mins walk away are all well worth a visit. We only eat out a few times as hotel food was so good and offered great variety

Stayed here for 5 nights all inclusive, all the staff members are welcoming and respectful no complaints at all, great room sizes with great balcony view. Food was served fresh Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Perfect for families looking to visit Tenerife, all inclusive options can help them save a lot of money as Tenerife is quite expensive. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Great hotel with very attentive and friendly staff The location is excellent for the nearby golf resorts, a little town over from the night life and quite far from Mount Teide but would recommend for the price. A shop next door for everything you need and not too far from the beach. Food is standard all inclusive offerings, does the job.

Pros - great pool area, plenty to do, with some decent daytime and evening entertainment. Nice big balcony. Cheap! Ok selection of food, but the quality of the food is poor. Cons - Rooms are dated and the furniture is super old. Noisy due to being on the flight path to the airport. Beds and sofa very old, tired and uncomfortable. Evening entertainment is held indoor in a smallish bar, we could of get a seat 3 of the 7 nights. All inclusive alcohol is a bit nasty, drinks aren't great. Overall for what you pay its an ok hotel, if they sorted the rooms it would rank a lot higher, as the hotel itself looks really nice. They clean the rooms every other day. They do claim to be a 5 star hotel, they definitely are not. Hard to give it anymore then 3 stars. There is a ant infestation around the pool area and our room balcony, which was 3 floors up. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but not bad for what you pay for.
