Had a great time and absolutely loved it here. If i had to be realllyyyyy picky the apartments was abit out of date and probably need refurbishing but we still loved our room, really spacious. The location was nice as there was shops surrounding the hotel and an irish pub which is convenient as we’re from the UK. I really loved our time here. The piano and pool bar is really good. The pool, dining area and the piano bar is pretty modern compared to the room. The planes are loud nearby but we found it cool seeing them so close from our balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful and most of them know more languages than just spanish. Especially 2 receptionists they was fluent in english.

Pros: Great food with a wide selection of options. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Great pools with good sizes and plenty of space. A good variety of drinks available. Convenient access to shops and markets just outside the hotel. Fairly clean overall. A very family-friendly atmosphere. Cons: The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having A/C, especially because we were visiting in July. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly, and in many areas it felt like there was no A/C at all. The dining areas, hallways, and especially the game room were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The rooms also did not have effective air conditioning. Advertising that the hotel has A/C when it is not actually available or functioning properly feels like false advertising and is very misleading for guests who choose this hotel based on that important feature. Overall, this is a shame because the hotel has many positive qualities, but if having proper air conditioning is important to you — especially during the hot summer months — I would not recommend choosing this place.

This hotel is fantastic, the reception staff are very welcoming, accommodation and professional. Maria on reception went above and beyond, so helpful ! Thank you :) The room was on the outdated side however had everything you would need, the bed was very comfy! All inclusive buffet had a variety of options, food was pipping hot on most occasions. The drinks (all inclusive) were great, there was no limit per person. The pool, 3 different pools, lifeguard constantly present. The location of this hotel is very convenient as things are only a short walk away. We had a fabulous time away!

We chose this hotel as a family with two kids during Easter week, mainly because the hotel promotes a kids club on their homepage. Unfortunately, there were no kids club activities at all during our stay. The explanation given was that it’s “not the season,” which was disappointing and should be clearly stated on the website — we would have chosen a different hotel if we had known. On a positive note, the food and drinks were very good with a wide variety, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was consistently friendly. Overall, a nice hotel in many ways, but misleading information regarding the kids club was a big downside for us as a family.

Beautiful Resort in south Tenerife. Bus no 415 takes u from airport and back in just 15 min 5 min walk to the nearby beach - beautiful promenade ad activities near by. We did the all inclusive and were impressed by the quality and freshness of the food in the buffet . Staff very pleasant Rooms spacious . Can hear flights overhead but once inside the rooms the noise is very much dampened . Good activities for kids with shows in the evening . Will definitely return
