I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and good management. They handled situations efficiently, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Especially Khun Supramit at front desk who provided outstanding service with a high level of professionalism. Even when customers were dissatisfied, he remained calm, patient, and handled the situation exceptionally well. His clear and step-by-step explanations helped calm customers effectively and reflected excellent service standards. His ability to resolve issues promptly and carefully, even with limited resources, was truly impressive. I would also like to commend the support from the other team members, the Duty Manager on that day, and Khun Blue for their excellent assistance and helpful guidance. Overall, this was a truly five-star service experience.

The restaurant is amazing! We had a beautiful view of the riverfront sitting outside. We didn’t get a room but my husband has celiac disease and other restaurants that refused to serve us along the river recommended we go here. We’re so happy we found this restaurant because the chef came out and personally spoke with us (in English) to explain what he could make gluten free. The angus beef my husband ate was juicy and thick. He loved it and I had to stop him from licking his plate in such a fancy setting! My creamy mushroom soup was good too. Would highly recommend to anyone eating gluten free. Don’t waist your time looking for food at the restaurants in river city.

Rooms are a bit old, but the hotel is really well maintained and in a great central location in BKK, they offer a free hotel ferry that is super convenient and the hotel breakfast has a nice large variety. The hotel also has two pools and several restaurants on site. We ordered room service one of the nights and the food was great. Overall would recommend and would probably stay here again. The views are amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Bangkok was truly outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. We stayed as a group of six — two families with two 10-year-old children — and the hotel proved to be an excellent choice for families as well as for adult travelers. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and perfectly taken care of. A very special mention goes to Mr. Nimit A., who made our stay exceptional. His professionalism, constant availability, and genuine attention to every detail were remarkable. He was an invaluable point of reference throughout our stay, providing excellent recommendations for excursions and dining experiences both inside and outside the hotel, and ensuring that all transfers and arrangements were handled flawlessly. The hotel itself fully lives up to the Sheraton name: elegant, well-organized, and offering a very high standard of service. The rooms with river and IconSiam views are stunning, and the breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality international options. Thanks to the entire team — and especially to Mr. Nimit A. — our stay was smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable. We highly recommend the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Bangkok and would be delighted to return in the future.

Excellent hospitality services by the hotel management. We had good moments from the check in to check out. The experience at the Club Lounge was great. Our family had first class treatment by Nimit and his teammates during each breakfast session. I have to applaud the chef for the cocktail session in the evening as the presentation was like a buffet dinner. We had an amazing experience as a family at Sheraton. Well done.
