We had 3nights at Grand Mercure Atrium Bangkok. We stayed mainly the price factor. Room We had looked down to pool area and to the back of the construction of a new hospital being built. We were offered if we wanted to move to other side of hotel but decided not to as couldn't really hear the noise. Was a bit noisy trying to relax down at the pool though but remembering not hotels fault. Restaurant buffet breakfast a bit of a let down as mainly aimed towards the Indian market. Staff around the hotel were all very nice and helpful. Big thank you to reception Mr Tuan you were very helpful during our stay. Also to the barmen at pool bar Mr Kan & Mr Bear did a great job looking after us while at the pool area.. Thank you. The Executive Lounge staff were great and what was on offer was nice. An unforgettable stay at Grand Mercure BKK! From start to finish, our experience at Geand Mercure Bangkok was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the location is perfect, and the service is truly exceptional. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping her name is Noona, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness and heart. We were always greeted with warm smiles and came back to a spotless room every day. Their kindness and attention to detail made our trip extra special. Guests can relax by the outdoor pool, stay active in the 24-hour fitness center, indulge in award-winning dining options—including Benihana—and unwind in the Executive Lounge. Dining choices include a delectable breakfast buffet, a Japanese teppanyaki steakhouse, an executive lounge, a bar and a relaxing wellness spa at friendly prices. Located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to train stations, the hotel also provides complimentary shuttle services to MRT train station, shopping centers and malls. We selected the spacious superior double room, which is perfect for a family of three. The room features centralized climate control, and Housekeeping ensures it’s always clean and tidy. Bedding is refreshed daily with soft, fresh towels, and toiletries along with coffee supplies are replenished every day. The reliable, fast internet keeps you connected. Even with some occasional language differences, the reception team is warm and attentive. Special thanks to Melisa Wareecharoen, the front office manager, who graciously addressed our concerns and made sure everything was resolved swiftly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. I warmly recommend experiencing the comfort and hospitality of the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium.

I’ve stayed at the Grand Mercure on number of occasions recently. In my experience, the rooms are really comfortable and have always been very clean. I’ve never been disturbed by any noise. The location is excellent… 5min walk to Phetchaburi MRT, 25min walk to Sukhumvit Road (there is a nice canal walk behind the hotel to get there, away from busy roads). I find it is always the hotel staff that make a stay better and more memorable. All have been excellent so far. Special thanks to Ying (for being so welcoming and helpful during check-in) and Freeze (for making the dining experience such a delight).

First of all, the location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is situated in a prime area that makes getting around incredibly convenient, which was a huge plus for our travel itinerary. The hospitality and customer service here are truly top-notch. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the essential amenities a traveler could possibly need. We did notice a minor issue with the water draining a bit slowly in the shower room, but honestly, this is a common quirk you can experience almost anywhere, and it didn't negatively impact our stay at all. The absolute highlight of our visit, however, was the breakfast experience, specifically thanks to a wonderful staff member named Freeze. Her service at the breakfast area was simply outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised to find that she speaks fluent Korean, and she went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel at home. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism were deeply appreciated. I want to extend my special thanks to Freeze for being so helpful and making our mornings so delightful. I would undoubtedly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!
