    Breakfast at the Grande Mercure Atrium in Bangkok was a highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh options, from made-to-order eggs and hot dishes to pastries, fruit, and excellent coffee. Everything was well-prepared, well-stocked, and consistently delicious, making each morning something to look forward to. The service during breakfast was outstanding. The servers Freeze, May, and Earth were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Freeze was quick to check in and make sure everything I needed was taken care of, May’s warm attitude made the dining experience feel relaxed and personal, and Earth ensured the dining area stayed organized and running smoothly. Their care and professionalism really elevated the entire breakfast experience. If you’re staying at the Grande Mercure Atrium, I highly recommend trying the breakfast — the quality of the food and the exceptional service made it memorable.

    Right from the entrance, Mai greeted me with such warmth that I instantly felt at ease. Her gentle, thoughtful way of making sure everything was just right made a big difference and created the perfect start to the evening. Mew continued that feeling throughout the meal, always attentive, never overbearing, and constantly smiling. She had an amazing instinct for timing and seemed to anticipate every little need, which is something you don’t come across very often. And the food was exceptional. Each plate looked beautiful and tasted even better. The care and pride the kitchen puts into every dish is obvious. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Thailand!

    Leisure family stay, January 2026: Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium worked well as a lower mid-range base. Being between Phetchaburi MRT and the Italthai boat pier made it easy to reach CentralWorld and the BTS, and although the main road is busy it still felt crossable and safe after dark. Our twin room was generous, with separate bed, seating and desk zones, medium-firm mattresses, crisp linens and good blackout curtains; noise stayed low apart from slight corridor sound. Air-conditioning started underpowered but maintenance fixed it quickly, leaving quiet, effective cooling, and the shower was spacious with strong, stable pressure despite a slightly ill-fitting door. For the room size, 24-hour gym and warm, professional staff, it felt generous value even though the building is dated and is being updated.

    We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff here is absolutely lovely! Mr. Muhammad served us our meal in room and was super nice. The breakfast is great too. May (from the management team) went out of her way to help me find details for a museum I wanted to visit. So much care and effort, it’s been so so nice to be here!

    Had a good stay overall at Grand Mercure Atrium Bangkok. This was my third time staying here, and once again it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was polite and professional. Special thanks to the manager, who was very helpful and supportive, which made our stay even better. Check-in and service were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. Overall, a good experience and I would happily stay here again.
