Very happy with my stay here. Breakfast buffet was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions and occasional issues were addressed promptly and with a smile. The spa on the 9th floor has some outstanding massage therapists. 24 hour access to good food, whether next door or through room service. The hotel location is also really convenient to the BTS and many many stores, restaurants, entertainment venues are within walking distance. Next time I will book a club room so I can comment on the club lounge. Yes, I said "next time" because I plan to stay here again when I'm back in Bangkok next year. Thank you for your hospitality!

Clean nice Hotel in Sukhumvit District. Everyhing is easy to reach.looks likely there a some changes in the management structure in to positive improvement. I stop for some periods to stay here...now with the overall better service on will come back again.In the club lounge is still at 6.45hpm enough food and you drink get filled up without waiting time.Hope is in December when i come back...with more Traffig still the same

Amazing iconic hotel. Ben staying here for more than 100 nights. Top class staff, service. Always stay at executive floor. So nice lounge with a small but exclusive breakfast menu, evening cocktails with canapés every day. This stay I had the best burger at The Quad, ground floor/terrace. Think the name of the burger was Meathead. Best i Bangkok. My wife had a lovely Caesar salad with chicken. Safe to say, we’re looking forward to another 100 nights. Miss you!

A special thank you to Ms. Rainy, the Duty Manager, who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely attentive, professional, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
