Amazing iconic hotel. Ben staying here for more than 100 nights. Top class staff, service. Always stay at executive floor. So nice lounge with a small but exclusive breakfast menu, evening cocktails with canapés every day. This stay I had the best burger at The Quad, ground floor/terrace. Think the name of the burger was Meathead. Best i Bangkok. My wife had a lovely Caesar salad with chicken. Safe to say, we’re looking forward to another 100 nights. Miss you!

I recently stayed 15 nights at Landmark Bangkok which is in a fantastic location. The property itself was impressive — elegant design, spotless common areas, and excellent amenities. The bedroom was especially outstanding: spacious, comfortable with beautiful view from 23rd floor. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, despite all the positive aspects of the hotel itself, my overall experience was seriously affected by a very concerning issue. During my stay, I was robbed twice, and the theft involved members of the hotel staff as on first occasion there were several staff entry my room however on second occasion there was only one housekeeping entering the room. It was reported to the hotel management and to police. This was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel operating at a five-star standard where guests should feel safe and secure at all times. While I can genuinely praise the hotel’s facilities, comfort, and location, management urgently needs to address guest security and staff accountability. A luxury experience should include peace of mind, and sadly that was missing from my whole stay.

A special thank you to Ms. Rainy, the Duty Manager, who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely attentive, professional, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I am currently still staying at the Landmark. In a year I stay in about 15 five star hotels around the world. This hotel its team are simply outstanding. They are so polite accommodating and friendly. Genuinely friendly. If you are coming to Bangkok stay here. The Landmark on the Gold Coast in Australia is very good but these guys here in Bangkok are second to none. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is everything you need and the other restaurants in the hotel exceptional. The location is perfect making easy to get everywhere. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Bangkok and I have stayed in some others that think they are a cut above. I suggest you visit here and experience how hospitality is delivered each and everyday.

I had a wonderful stay at The Landmark Hotel Bangkok as a solo traveler. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. A special thanks to the hotel team for accommodating a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM, which made my departure much more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers and would happily stay here again.
