July 2026 I stayed here for 3 weeks in July 2026. The location of this hotel is excellent. You are within a 10 minute walking distance to the Terminal 21 Mall and the Emsphere Mall; 15 minutes to the Emporium and the Emsquare Malls. Likewise, you are within 10 minutes of the Green BTS and the Blue MRT rapid transit systems. The personnel in this hotel were outstanding and anything that is not right is corrected immediately. My room refrigerator did not work properly and within 15 minutes of my reporting it a new refrigerator was brought to my room, a chair that was broken was replaced within minutes. However, this hotel needs an IT renovation. It seems that rooms on one edge of the hotel 2315, 2115 and probably other rooms on that side experience bad internet reception. The hotel did send 2 IT technicians who provided a temporary solution. Newer IT infrastructure equipment is probably needed. The reception personnel, Gin, Ni, Mia - who helped me move, and Eve were excellent. Gin arranged my room changes and my future reservations. At the breakfast room Dino at the pancakes, and Nita, Mark, Baifem, and Remi kept things running very smoothly. The breakfast choices were excellent and very varied. A concierge named Room was very helpful also. The IT technicians Fee and Ray provided some much-needed temporary solutions to my room IT problems. All in all, I was very satisfied with the speed in which my room's small problems were handled. Kudos to the services department. I will highly recommend this hotel to tourists or business people. It has an excellent lobby with a great bar for chatting and resting from the omnipresent outside heat. A couple of knocks though. One is that there is a dearth of drinking glasses in the rooms. Only two glasses are provided and they are in the bathroom. There are no glasses for drinking water or beer and when requested from room service it takes some time for them to be brought . The other thing that I found a bit annoying were the chairs at the outdoors Brewski rooftop bar. Neither the cushioned chairs nor the wooden ones have any significant back support. The wooden seats on the highchairs are designed for torture. The whole set-up is not conducive to a second drink.

Stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday. As a VIP member, I was recognized at check-in and received a room upgrade from Deluxe city view to pool view. While it wasn't a suite upgrade, the recognition was appreciated. VIP benefits also included complimentary breakfast and lounge access. Check-in was smooth, and while waiting for my room, I was escorted to the executive lounge. The lounge is not very large but comfortable, open from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with all-day soft drinks and coffee, plus cocktails and light snacks from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A special thank to K.Baifern and K.Bow at the lounge. Their enthusiastic, attentive, and flawless service made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although it is starting to show its age. I was pleasantly surprised to find a birthday cake, handwritten card, and towel art waiting in the room, which was a nice touch. My thanks to the Executive Lounge team for helping create a memorable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the MRT station and nearby shopping malls. The only downside was breakfast. The selection was quite limited, with most options centered around bread and pastries. Some hot dishes, including the soup and noodles, were not served hot enough. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff, lounge experience, and convenient location, but the breakfast offering could definitely be improved.

The standout service from the hotel Assistant Manager, Jan, demonstrated absolute professionalism, ensuring our voices were heard and making us feel highly valued as guests. Jan has a very warm personality! She was exceptional! Additionally, Tee (concierge) made our stay truly unforgettable. He was incredibly courteous and provided perfect dining recommendations, guiding us to some of the best dinner spots in the area. Tee’s happy and energetic nature made every conversation joyous. Their shared dedication to excellence sets a new standard for hospitality.

As Radisson Rewards VIP members, we booked a High Floor Premium Room for nine nights, expecting the recognition and benefits associated with our membership. Unfortunately, we received no room upgrade and were told that Executive Lounge access was not available because this was our first stay at this hotel, and that the benefit would only apply from our second stay onwards. After discussing the matter with the Front Office Manager, Patti, she eventually agreed to grant Executive Lounge access for the two adults.While we appreciate her assistance, it left us with the feeling that we had to negotiate for benefits that should have been recognised from the start. As loyal VIP members, we believe these benefits should be provided as an entitlement—not something guests have to ask or argue for. This experience was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the level of recognition we expect from the Radisson Blu brand.

The lobby is elegantly furnished with a spacious layout, and the high-floor rooftop bar areas deliver an intimate, sophisticated city vibe at night. Service: The staff are highly professional, polite, and fluent in assisting international guests. Room service and housekeeping are consistently thorough, keeping the accommodation perfectly clean and comfortable.
