We are currently staying at the hotel and are really enjoying our stay! In particular, the pool service by Diego is outstanding, he is very attentive and friendly - preparing our sunbeds in advance, helping us move umbrellas and making sure we have everything we need :) The rooms are spacious and very clean, also the whole facility is in pristine condition and one can really tell that the staff looks after everything in great detail. The staff at the restaurant is also very friendly and helpful, remembering little details like our coffee order, making us feel at home and welcome. We would have preferred if the evening card at the restaurant also included the options that one can have for lunch. We are not big meat/fish eaters, so we would have liked to be able to enjoy a club sandwich or sth similar down at the restaurant. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

The hotel is just amazing - rooms are clean, all details are at the level you expect from such hotel, breakfast is delicious super nice - with an option of gluten free / lactose free on almost anything you order, fruits are very fresh and feels like everything is selected with care and with high standards. The staff is great at reception, we had an issue and they solved it with brilliance in a short period of time. Exceptional service at the breakfast, many thanks to Jose Moreno and the team for making us feeling special, they even generally remember for each guest the preference on drinks / restrictions 😅. Generally staff is exceptional everywhere you go, breakfast, reception, and special thanks to concierge - it was extremely helpful as the lady Katrin (I hope I remember it correctly) organized a trip for my daughter in no time. Cleaning lady Eriglo (hope I pronounce it right) was perfect with high attention to details. The only thing I would suggest - is to include sauna in price, currently you pay 20eur for 20 minutes, I would expect a hour and wouldn’t notice the cost in the pricing of the room, but paying each time is a bit inconvenient. Generally amazing hotel to relax and enjoy, lovely experience, thanks to the team.

This hotel is just exceptional, every little detail! The rooms are huge, the sun loungers are perfect and comfy, the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been in, brand new equipment with plenty of space, including morning yoga classes! sometimes I find at 5 star hotels the staff aren’t always attentive but here they are just amazing, always making sure you’re okay but not around you all the time, small details like remembering your coffee order and topping up water when sunbathing it’s just so nice. I will definitely be back here

New resort. Very well groomed. Extremely nice and professional staff from waiters to cleaning ladies. Helpful concierge service (shout out to Miriam). Modern clean design and spacious rooms. Beautiful views. Excellent food. Nice variety of activities on and off site. We particularly enjoyed yoga and fitness with Jose and Lucia and the nearby golf course.

Overall Experience & Ambiance We very much enjoyed our week-long stay. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing break and soaking up the sun. The overall service was top-notch, with every staff member we encountered being professional and attentive. 1. Location, Views, and Pool Area The location truly offers a spectacular view, which was a major highlight. However, we were a bit disappointed to discover a minor drawback in the pool area: a street runs directly below it. While the noise level was generally manageable (okayish), it slightly detracted from the sense of complete tranquility we had anticipated. We had not spotted this detail during our initial research. While we can now see evidence of the road in the online gallery, the photos do not clearly illustrate its proximity or potential impact on the atmosphere of the pool deck. 2. Food & Beverage Highlights The culinary offerings were outstanding and a definite strength of the hotel: • Breakfast: The breakfast spread was amazing, featuring high-quality options. • Bonfire Restaurant: We enjoyed a delightful dinner at the Bonfire restaurant. • Crater Restaurant: we couldn’t try it since we do not eat meat and the restaurant does not offer adjustments to their meat-heavy menu • Materia Bar: We particularly loved the Materia Bar, which serves genuinely creative and well-crafted drinks. 3. Area for Improvement: Breakfast Crowding We did observe that breakfast on the weekends felt noticeably crowded and busy for our taste. We assume this is due to the hotel offering walk-in reservations for non-guests. We highly recommend that the hotel review the capacity limits on weekend mornings to ensure the dining experience remains exclusive and relaxed for resident guests.
