We had an absolutely fantastic stay at RIU Dubai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth, well organised, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is amazing — modern, spotless, and very well maintained throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The facilities across the hotel are excellent, with plenty of space to relax and never feeling overcrowded. The staff were outstanding and truly made the holiday special. Every member of the team was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile and went out of their way to make sure guests were happy — a real credit to the hotel. The food and drinks were excellent for an all-inclusive resort, with a great variety and quality at every meal. The themed restaurants were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The private beach and pool areas were clean, well looked after, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds available. The atmosphere throughout the day and evening was great, with enjoyable entertainment without being too loud or intrusive. A unique bonus for us was the plane spotting — aircraft flying overhead on approach, which was brilliant to watch and added something extra to the stay, especially for aviation fans. Overall, RIU Dubai offers excellent value for money, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing holiday. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Just spend a week here with my wife and 3 year old, and it was perfect. We did a lot of research before booking a hotel and very glad we picked this one. We had read some negative reviews about this hotel after booking and was a little worried, especially about the food but after staying there I have no idea how people complained about it. The food is delicious and plentiful, we had something different every day and didn't try something we didn't like. The Lebanese restaurant is a must along with the Asian restaurant where the fresh Sushi was amazing. Our 3 year old loved the mini disco in the evening and the splash park, I would say my only recommendation for this place would be a bigger play park for the kids. This hotel isn't near things that you can walk to, but there are Ubers everywhere and it's much cheaper than the UK to use them. Also worth mentioning how clean we thought the hotel was, things always being cleaned. This would be a 5 star hotel in Europe and I would highly recommend.

I just want to say me and my family had the most amazing time at RIU Dubai we went in September to celebrate my 21st with my family. The staff are all amazing but the one person that stuck out the most was the beautiful Josephine (works at the buffet in the outside area) she made our stay so much better that we want to come back just to see her! It took us a while to post a review but I’ve finally had the chance too now I want to post this review because she deserves all the recognition. One day we decided to eat breakfast outside which Josephine had served us - such a polite wonderful women. The next day we decided to sit outside again which Josephine then served us again and she stood out so much she remembered all our drinks from the day before which made us all amazed and smile such amazing service! Ever since then we made sure we sat outside so we could see Josephine she always had a smile on her face and we couldn’t wait to see her. Such a hard working lady who made our stay 110% better. It was lovely to grow a friendship with her and speak to her whenever we could. The last day we left we didn’t want to leave her she made our days so much better (we even cried she meant that much to us in such little time) a true friendship!. We are definitely coming back because we all miss her so much! If you decide to go stay at the Rui not only is the food choice great, all the staff are polite and wonderful the place is very clean but to see Josephine your stay will be very much worth it. Josephine you are so strong and amazing keep being the wonderful person you are and we can’t wait to see you again in the future ❤️ From the Family ❤️

Family friendly hotel and very clean. Amazing staff and super organized. The location is good if you don’t want to be in the downtown area but you have to rent a car or take a cab which is pretty much reasonable. I have been to may Riu hotels before and this is just the best !!!

I have just returned home from my stay at the Riu hotel and once again it was a wonderful experience, this was my second visit and i can honestly say that i will definitely come back again What I loved about the hotel -Very kind, helpful, and friendly staff -Hotel is spotless and very well maintained -Our room was cleaned perfectly every day -The food was excellent everyone can find something they like (even me, and i am a very picky eater and also have food issues) -Everyone is constantly smiling, which creates such a comfortable and respectful atmosphere i really appreciate being welcomed with smiles instead of judgmental looks -The staff in the dining area work quickly, efficiently, and professionally -I would especially like to praise one waiter (unfortunately I don’t know his name) he smiled at us every evening and was genuinely very very kind -My mother doesn’t speak English at all, yet she was always able to communicate easily with the staff I truly believe this hotel is for everyone. Riu hotel is also very child friendly so kids will definitely not be bored I visited the hotel last year, and again this year from December 14th to December 22nd. We are already planning to return next year, and we are very excited Highly recommended 10/10 Gabby
