I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff at RIU Dubai for this truly wonderful experience in every sense of the word. From the moment of arrival, the reception was outstanding, with warm hospitality and excellent service. Despite the crowd, the organization and staff handling were exceptional. All the swimming pools are very well serviced, offering all kinds of hot and cold beverages available 24 hours a day. The café also has a special corner serving snacks and fruits around the clock, along with excellent American and Turkish coffee. The hotel is highly suitable for families, especially those with children. There are beautiful and fun water activities for kids, as well as events and entertainment programs designed specifically for them, making it a truly family-friendly destination. Another highlight worth mentioning is the complimentary boat ride experience on the sea, which only requires booking upon arrival via a barcode. As for the food, all meals are perfectly prepared with excellent flavors. Cleanliness, organization, and overall service are of a very high standard. The best concept of the hotel is that everything is included—food, beverages, boat rides, and all services—which makes the experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great prices, and I hope you continue maintaining this outstanding level of successful management and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly atmosphere and wishing to make their children happy.

Excellent facility to spend time with the family with younger kids. The 24-hour all inclusive service saves you the hassle of worrying about food, snacks and drinks throughout your stay. The restaurant serves good food as well, not everyday though, we were lucky to catch few dinners that were extraordinary during our 5 nights stay. Rest were good. The night activities are also good to keep the night engaged, kids had so much fun and were looking for it everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming. One employee in particular was incredibly helpful and always made sure we were comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for families. The children had so much fun and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I had a wonderful experience at RIU Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and a beautiful view. The food was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great variety of delicious options at every meal, and the restaurants maintained high standards of quality and service. The facilities were also outstanding, including the pool, entertainment programs, and well-maintained common areas. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out, and it made my vacation relaxing and enjoyable. RIU Hotels are known for their focus on quality service and comfortable accommodations across their international properties. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend RIU Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free holiday experience.

Stayed here on a 2-night staycation package. The room itself was reasonably well prepared, however there were several areas where the experience could be improved. The balcony area was quite dirty on arrival, including the floor and outdoor furniture, which gave a poor first impression. Housekeeping overall seemed inconsistent, as there was rubbish left on our floor for the entire duration of our stay without being cleared. Inside the room, there were also some maintenance and housekeeping issues that should have been noticed before check-in, including torn curtains and pillowcases with holes in them. Small details like this really affect the overall impression of the hotel. We also experienced repeated issues with the minibar/fridge, which was often empty, and requests through reception took longer than expected to be attended to. Service consistency at the downstairs bar could also be improved. Different staff members provided different information regarding included drinks benefits, which became confusing until a manager clarified the situation. The food was average overall and did not quite match what I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. Another disappointing detail was that slippers were not provided in the room, which is usually considered standard for this category of hotel. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly cleanliness, maintenance, consistency of service, and attention to detail.
