Great experience for any couple, family, or friends looking for a peaceful serene experience on a beach where peak rainless summer is in December-march. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and have great views and look like from a movie. Sunset restaurant is a great place to be after 5 pm for sure to see the most orange beautiful sunset ever. All beverages are great try any place on the beach and so is food. Sunrise on infinity pool at the beach is fantastic and tanning is very easy here be careful not to burn. Owner of jasmine Restaurant is a cool guy very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend the boating trips to the scuba and rocks to see all of the island. Talk to the locals here to find out amazing secrets and places that only they know about. In this island it's very important you clean the beaches of all trash too they make it a big deal and are very appreciative of it. Lots of mosquitos in the evening so make sure to bring sprays. Bring extra shorts because you will be swimming a lot and it's very hot. Everything is very affordable also food and drink. Go to center city of the island for anything more you might need.

Positives - the beach is stunning ! In the north of Phi Phi so you avoid the Ibiza kids in main port/town/strip. Staff are mostly kids, but super happy and helpful, lovely staff all around you. They never stop working or smiling. Gardens team are amazing as well. Negatives - The sunset pool should be closed ! Beyond dangerous ! See pictures added, far too much to list regarding damages and upkeep. The pool was not cleaned in the 3 days we spent here, same bandages floating around for days. I suspected they can’t clean due to the thousands of tiles lying on the bottom of the pool. Doesn’t stop the shower area being cleaned or love cables being made safe ! The bungalow we stayed in is old and tired. The beach front rooms look to have been updated, however you’ll have people walking past and looking in your room all day and night. There is a clear feel and sign of neglect across the resort, much more so at the roof top pool (sunset pool). From what I gathered the has been no upkeep work in over 20 years. This is a 3 star resort at most ! Watch out for the flying golf carts 24/7

The place itself is nice. The water and the beaches are beautiful, and the hotel is basic but functional. However, everything related to service was a complete disaster. Even before arriving, we had an issue that took over an hour of discussion, and despite it clearly not being our fault, the responsibility was still placed on us. During our stay, the service continued to disappoint. Our room was cleaned without replacing towels or paper towels, forcing us to request them ourselves. At the bar, staff members did not seem properly trained, were unable to prepare basic drinks, and ended up serving whatever they wanteda. Overall, I am very dissatisfied. In a hotel, service should be a top priority and close to perfect — unfortunately, this was nowhere near that standard.

​⛔ ABSOLUTE DISGRACE: Rude, dirty, and run-down. An insult to travelers! ​We traveled halfway across the world from Italy, paying for what was supposed to be a "4-star resort," but we ended up in a nightmare managed worse than a cheap hostel. ​SHAMEFUL MANAGEMENT AND RUDE STAFF: Thailand is famous for its hospitality, but here they achieved the impossible feat of being rude. Instead of making the customer feel welcome, they act like they are doing you a huge favor. The dinner service is total chaos (food served cold, staff in a panic). The absolute low point was reached with the manager, a certain Mr. Kong: due to his total incompetence, he treated us with arrogance, literally making us get up from our table while we were eating. An unacceptable humiliation that forced us to leave the resort in the dark to find food elsewhere. ​DILAPIDATED AND DANGEROUS ROOM: Maintenance is non-existent, and the decor is ancient, with worn-out furniture screaming neglect. ​Nightmare Shower: Zero pressure (just a trickle of water), but worse, the hose is full of BLACK MOLD and encrusted with limescale inside. Hygiene is non-existent. The shower is closed off by a cheap plastic curtain worthy of a youth hostel, absolutely unacceptable in a supposed 4-star hotel. ​Air Conditioning: It sounds like a tractor. It only works at maximum power, forcing us to choose between suffocating or not sleeping due to the deafening noise and freezing cold. ​TV: Unusable, broken remote. ​Service: On the second day, they didn’t even replace our dirty bathrobes. ​UNUSABLE OUTDOORS: The pools are full of mosquitoes (untreated water?), and on the beach, instead of the promised comfort, there are cheap plastic sunbeds, and not nearly enough for all the guests. ​THE FINAL INSULT AT DEPARTURE: As a final "great" memory, reception denied us the shuttle service back to the pier. The most indecent scene? They loaded our large suitcases onto their tractor, but forbade us from getting on. They forced us to walk all the way to the pier in flip-flops, carrying our hand luggage, while we watched our suitcases travel comfortably on the vehicle. Humiliating treatment until the very last second. ​ONLY POSITIVE NOTE: For the sake of fairness, I must admit that breakfast is well-managed and well-stocked. However, this is the only saving grace and it does not even come close to compensating for the disaster of the rest of the stay. ​CONCLUSION: Do not be fooled by the photos. They lack the basics of manners and cleanliness here. Coming all this way to be treated like this is a scam. STAY AWAY.

Everything about this hotel was terrible. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. I paid for a beachfront room but was deliberately placed in the most isolated and worst room on the property. The management was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Problems were not solved — they were ignored or made worse. The room they gave me had no security, no protection, and no safety. It was fully exposed and located far from everything. At night, it felt unsafe and neglected. This level of carelessness toward guest safety is unacceptable. The hotel is in a remote corner of Phi Phi Island, with almost no alternatives nearby. The management clearly takes advantage of this situation, knowing guests cannot easily leave. My entire vacation was ruined. Instead of rest and enjoyment, I experienced stress, fear, and constant discomfort. Do NOT come to this hotel. I absolutely do NOT recommend it. Choosing this hotel would be one of the biggest mistakes you can make.
