⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel for six nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff is exceptional, always smiling and very attentive. The food is delicious, with fresh products at every meal. The facilities are very well maintained, and our room was always spotless. You truly feel welcomed throughout the entire stay. The manager, Hassan, who was working at the front desk, was extremely kind to us. I would also like to highlight a very thoughtful gesture: we were supposed to check out at noon, but since our flight was at night, the manager kindly allowed us to keep the room for the whole day. A real plus that makes all the difference! We are extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

My message to Pyramisa: go fix your corrupt policy. I haven’t stayed here, but the story I am reciting is true!! I recently attempted to book this hotel through Travelup UK. I paid in pounds sterling, and the rate quoted was almost 50% lower than the price shown to Egyptian nationals on the hotel's own website and on Egyptian booking platforms. > I then spent close to ten hours telephoning both Travelup and the hotel to confirm the reservation. I was given conflicting explanations, including a claim that third-party bookings are exempt from Egyptian taxes, which was clearly implausible. > Eventually Travelup informed me that the discounted rate was available only to British nationals, and asked whether a British national was included in my booking. In other words, foreign visitors were being offered a price substantially lower than that offered to Egyptians. > I cancelled the booking immediately. > I have been travelling to Hurghada regularly for more than 25 years and I have never encountered a policy like this. It actively penalises Egyptians and discourages domestic tourism, while favouring overseas visitors simply on the basis of nationality. Not all hotels operate in this way, which makes this approach even more disappointing. > I am leaving this review because such discriminatory pricing damages trust and harms the local economy it claims to support.

Nice hotel, the rooms are big and clean, but the sea side view has no sea view. Also you shoul be really careful when you go to swim in the sea, lots of stones. The food was decent to bad, the alcohol was terrible. They still renovating a part of the hotel and the noise is really disturbing. The staff is not the most friendly. We appreciate the activities during the day/night, the animators were fun. If you are looking for shopping, go to Ali Baba, in front of the hotel. Good stuff and prices and Ali is amazing and truly nice.

It’s the best experience for me because have been to other resort in Europe and I wasn’t treated this good!! Food varieties is top notch, reception attendants are so lovely and supportive especially Ibrahim, staffs are every corner in the resort to render help when needed even while you’re swimming someone is watching incase of any issues. Chefs are on the clock.. I love the environment, the beach exercises, activities, night shows and music!!! Breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet. Exquisite services and I’m coming back with my sisters soonest.

It’s a beautiful hotel and we were lucky to book the Master Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The beach is fantastic, everything is clean, and the service staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. However, there are currently major renovation and maintenance works going on. It feels like a large construction site, one of the restaurants is partially closed, and the noise continues until around 10 pm, which significantly affected the overall experience. For me and my family personally, the food would only deserve one star. That is of course a subjective opinion, but we were quite disappointed with the quality and variety.
