This resort was incredible!!! We arrived and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff with a drink and prompt room allocation- however we weren’t happy with our room as it was an old room, (the hotel are currently under refurbishment), and we were upgraded to a new Deluxe double room with a sea view for free the next morning! The new room was incredibly clean, modern and sleek. We had a very good cleaner every day who provided us with soft drinks, mini desserts and cakes and crisps daily. We were pleasantly surprised each day upon returning to the hotel room in the afternoon with a spotless room and creative animal towel art! The beach is BEAUTIFUL- crystal clear water, lots of fish to see, and it’s shallow water to begin with too so very safe for children! Plenty of sun loungers in the day, so no wars! There is 1 heated pool and multiple large pools with a swing and small water park for the children to enjoy. We found the food very good here, fried chicken, pizza, fresh pasta, fish, burgers, doner kebab, and other buffet dishes to choose from. There is something for everyone and the quality is never compromised! They also have a beach hut that serves food, a few steps from the sand. There is free ice cream, crepes, waffles and also a shisha den. We found the resort impeccable value for money, as so much is included! Alcohol is standard local tasting alcohol (not great), however the beers were really good. We watched the entertainment a few times and everyone was energetic from the animation team, good DJ and selection of music both on the beach and in the evening. Relaxing jazz music plays in the morning and afternoon which adds to the tranquility the hotel aims to provide. Apart from the construction going on and making noise, we couldn’t fault the hotel at all. This hotel, despite some really hyperbolic and negative reviews, exceeded our expectations! We also highly recommend Global Divers excursion company to book your activities / tours with- we did horse riding in the sea and in the desert, boat trip to Orange Bay / snorkelling / diving, and a quad biking adventure in the desert and visited a Bedouin camp and rode camels. We will definitely be returning, thank you all so very much for a brilliant 7 night stay. Shout out to Saber (pasta chef), our room cleaner and all the staff who made our first time in Hurghada memorable. Xx

We spent our holidays at Pyramisa and had a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. During our stay, some renovation work was taking place, but the hotel managed it very well. They clearly tried to keep any disturbance to a minimum, and all areas remained clean and well organised at all times. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever we were not happy with anything, even small issues, the staff resolved them straight away, which made us feel very well looked after. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for everyone, and the dining areas were always clean. Overall, our holiday at Pyramisa was relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free. We made great memories and would happily return again. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff all so lovely and kind, treated us with the best hospitality and respect, everyone from the waiters, bartenders, chefs all the way to the animation team. Speaking of the Animation team they were absolutely great, very energetic, funny and lovely. Special shoutout to Zamba and Mona who really made our stay that that much better, aswell as Ahmed and Mahmoud in the reception bar! Can’t wait to visit again thanks to them!

⚠️ Hotel Under Renovation – Major Disappointment Despite an Exceptional Staff The hotel is currently under renovation: the entire main upper area is closed. The restaurant shown in the photos is closed, as well as the main reception. Meals and check-in are done in an annex building, which is not mentioned at all at the time of booking. I was extremely disappointed upon arrival, especially since I had booked a premium room in a 5-star hotel. The first room assigned to me was run-down and nothing like the photos. I immediately went back to reception and they changed my room, but clearly, if I hadn’t complained, they would have left me in that condition. That being said, the reception staff are very kind, welcoming, smiling, and attentive. 👉 The main issue is cleanliness and maintenance: • Room floors dirty and poorly cleaned • Housekeeping done daily but without proper equipment (no proper vacuuming, no effective floor washing) • Very worn-out bathroom: trash bin and equipment are damaged, overall not worthy of a 5-star hotel • Dirty elevators and walls, poorly maintained • The room floor was so dirty that I had to wash my feet before going to bed This is not the fault of the housekeeping staff, who are doing their best, but they clearly lack the proper equipment to clean as they should in a hotel of this standard. A deep weekly cleaning and basic maintenance would already make a huge difference. For comparison, I stayed in another hotel in Hurghada that was cheaper, and the difference in cleanliness was very noticeable. Regarding food, the annex restaurant lacks variety, and the juices served are from cartons, not fresh juices, which is disappointing for a 5-star hotel. In another hotel, we had fresh strawberry juice, which shows the difference in quality. ➡️ Positive points (and they really matter): The staff are truly exceptional and deserve special mention: • Reda, Restaurant Manager • A very friendly and attentive waiter • Mohammed and Mahmoud • The lady wearing a white veil, extremely kind • The head chef, lovely and very professional Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, and honestly the staff are the reason the stay was bearable. Special mention to the spa: prices are negotiable, the spa is high quality, and the massages were excellent. The beach is beautiful, as well as the swimming pools, but unfortunately this does not compensate for the overall condition of the hotel. ➡️ Conclusion: A hotel that could be very good, but is clearly not at the level of a 5-star hotel, especially due to the lack of transparency about the renovations and the serious lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

Amazing resort with top-quality service! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great food, stunning pools and beach – truly a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!
