We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. We booked the all-inclusive package and it was excellent value for money. The food and drinks were great with plenty of choice throughout our stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. The entertainment team did a brilliant job, with fun activities during the day and great shows and entertainment in the evenings. A special mention to one member of staff Eric who had only recently started during our stay. You would never have known they were new, as they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Their enthusiasm and excellent customer service really stood out and made our holiday even more enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we hope they receive the recognition they deserve. It is a close walk to the strip, beach, bars etc but not to close where you can hear the music all hours. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would happily return in the future!

This is our third visit to this hotel, with our fourth already booked for December. The rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The food is outstanding with a massive variety and great tasting. The biggest plus for this hotel is the animation and entertainment team. Manu, and Diego are great. Tamas is a genius at what he does, with the funniest outlook on life and how to enjoy your holiday. Tamas is the biggest reason why we come back. I genuinely cannot think of anything bad to say about the holiday. It's just outstanding.

Breakfast was pretty good with a decent range of food, desserts, and drinks. The receptionists were probably the best part of the hotel — very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. No quality issues with the rooms at all, and the keycards were the easiest and most reliable I’ve ever used in a hotel. One important thing to note: I was removed from the hotel pool for wearing a rash guard (also called a swim shirt), which is a shirt specifically designed for swimming. Even the receptionist seemed confused by the decision, but apparently it’s against the hotel’s pool rules — despite places like Siam Park being completely fine with them. The outside bar staff were very lively, there was entertainment on every night we were there, and they even gave out some free drinks and food. Overall, a great stay.

Lovely staff, especially Eric, Tiamas and the evening bar staff! Room was clean, location was great especially to go partying. Close enough to the strip but far enough from the noise. Would definitely recommend for group holidays. Only thing to note was on the day of check out our all inclusive wrist bands were removed at 12pm but our flight was not until the late evening so could not use the restaurant/bar on the last day. Hope to return soon!

Single female traveller The hotel was in a very good location, only around 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance to the harbour and Veronica Strip. The room was very clean throughout my stay. I stayed for 7 days on a half board basis, although the room was not cleaned on the Sunday. There were no tea-making facilities in the room, which wasn’t really a problem for me. There was also no water in the fridge on arrival, but I was able to buy some easily from a local store nearby. Overall, the hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean — so clean I almost walked straight into one of the glass doors! I stayed half board and there was plenty of variety with the evening meals. Breakfast was mostly the same every day, but still good. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I was greeted with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, which was a lovely touch. I did have to pay a deposit for the safe. Being a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.
