Perfect hotel! 100% recommend for couples wanting to recharge and relax of all ages! The staff are so welcoming and any slight problems are dealt with instantly we only had one minor problem and it was dealt with instantly. Room was beautiful!! Felt super spoilt getting the suite room, two beautiful balconies and the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pool entertainment staff are so wholesome and full of life, Eric is absolutely adorable and so welcoming to all, Full of energy and chat.. I didn’t get to know the other pool entertainers names but they were all amazing, such good fun! A little extra to our holiday we purchased the day beds on all inclusive, felt like VIP with additional drinks and fruit! Food was really lovely! I’m a salad gal and I was absolutely in my element while my partner is for the carbs and he was obsessed with the pastas and pizzas! Don’t want to leave! Will for sure be coming back’ Also a big shout out to the pool guard! Always so polite with everyone even when he has to repeat no drinks around the pool a million times a day 😂 He was always helping out with getting the day beds right for us and putting my partner in the shade! Thank you for our stay ❤️

Eric has fantastic customer service skills. He is always smiling, always lovely. On my last day he gave us his portable charger to charger our phones as our cable broke! Always encouraging for the hotel activities and always checks back with guests to make sure they enjoyed themselves! Overall great guy! The rest of the staff at the hotel are lovely! Especially the bar staff, always up for a chat and a wee joke. Great stay would come back again! Also first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where they go round the sun loungers and hand out melon slices or glasses of cocktails, don’t even need to get up!!

I don’t usually review hotels as I travel a lot. This hotel is absolutely fantastic was at the best a few weeks ago and this is definitely better for adults! Entertainment during the day is great, drinks are good, food very nice. A mixed crowd which is good in my opinion I’m 50s yes there’s stag & hens but all well behaved friendly. The manager kris (a lady) is amazing very present organised a certain dish always ready to help. Will definitely return amazing value. Entertainment great ! Staff great ! Kris brilliant! Thank you for a perfect 10 nights

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. We booked the all-inclusive package and it was excellent value for money. The food and drinks were great with plenty of choice throughout our stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. The entertainment team did a brilliant job, with fun activities during the day and great shows and entertainment in the evenings. A special mention to one member of staff Eric who had only recently started during our stay. You would never have known they were new, as they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Their enthusiasm and excellent customer service really stood out and made our holiday even more enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we hope they receive the recognition they deserve. It is a close walk to the strip, beach, bars etc but not to close where you can hear the music all hours. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would happily return in the future!

I just came back from Tenerife,had a week in the Ole Tropical,all inc. We had a room with a suite,it was very basic,2 seater settee and table was wobbly,bathroom was good size with plenty of gels for shower. Bedroom was small,2 beds together to form double,not much room to move between bed and wardrobe. Beds made every day with fresh towels,unfortunately the same dead flies all week,nothing actually cleaned. Biggest let downs were,No kettle for cup of tea in morning,nothing in fridge,just 2 empty glasses. All the staff were very friendly and helpful,food was excellent,pool was immaculate,animation teamwere superb. Drinks were great,plenty of fruit and drinks given away regularly. The room meant I would not stay again. Everything else was fantastic.
