An OK hotel. Rooms are outdated and bed can only be described as sleeping on a rock. Rooms we’re thoroughly cleaned but the carpets were filthy . Entertainment staff were amazing and the bar staff kind. Food is a hit or miss, breakfast was banging but lunch was in the hotel across the road which was unusual and i wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Dinner however did have some good things and great puddings. Drink on all inclusive were great! Lastly, check out…. Our flight was in evening so we did a pool day. Went and asked which shower we used and was told the pool one… which has cold water only… and we would have to pay €25.00 to use a towel!! SCANDALOUS. So no place to sort yourself before you leave which i have never ever experienced. Overall its decent enough for a few nights and staff genuinely are great. Location was brilliant and lots of stuff nearby.

Rated 3/5 as price we had was a good price for 3 nights all inclusive. If we had paid any more I would rate lower. The food is horrendous. Most of the options are fish so if you don't like fish there is hardly any choice. Then the pizza they always seemed to put olives on or the chicken they would put mushrooms in. Not child friendly. Why not have the meat plain then have a tray of mushrooms and olives if people want to add them. The cooking station on the 1st night was not steak or lamb or chicken etc but what looked like the cheapest beef burger you could find. Worst all inclusive I've ever been too. The day I got back I was also sick all day. I'm guessing due to the food here. A positive was the pools which were decent which if self catering would be the most important thing. Rooms were spacious and clean but very dated. This was the cheapest all inclusive in the whole of Europe for the weekend we went. You get what you pay for

An old hotel that could use a good renovation. It's not obvious at first, but the rooms speak for themselves. It's not very clean, and the food is very average for an all-inclusive compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The bar is open until 12 AM, but all-inclusive drinks are available until 11 PM.

Great time spent. Hotel maintain superb cleanliness. Very good location for nice walks in Puerto de la cruz. Lots of steps... enjoy! I did! Fantastic food with great selection of fish but not only.

I booked the hotel without looking at any reviews, I'm easily pleased... But then I looked at the reviews, and was a little bit worried, what I was going to find... But... I had no issues whatsoever.. My room was fine, modern plug sockets with usb and c ports.. The bed was fine, definitely no bed bugs, the room looked modern, no brown furniture... The room was a good size, as I was a single traveller.. The room was cleaned every day, the staff were always around cleaning, tidying etc.. The restaurant was fine, yes most things were the same each day, but I was fine with that.. The drinks were available, but at certain hours, something like 10am till 11pm I think.. The pool area and bar was handy, so I would definitely return.... I have only given it 4 stars, as I knocked a star off, as it is a trek down to the beach, it's fine going down, but a good 30 mins walk back up, and it's steep.... So be warned.. Taxis are available if needed, I didn't, as I wanted the exercise.. Puerto de la Cruz is a nice resort, average age is probably 65, so if you want kiss me quick hats, go elsewhere... Lots of bars to chill in thou, just no loud discos etc... But that suited me... So it's a good 4 star ⭐ from me.
