Just returned from holiday here. Stayed in a one bed apartment, which was lovely and spacious. Got there late and just wanted a shower and go to bed, shower flooded into the bedroom so had to call reception. Security man came and turned the water off and got some towels. Next day 2 men came and spent a few hours trying to fix the leak. Next time same thing happened but not as bad so had to get them back out again eventually we could shower without the bedroom floor getting wet, but could smell damp, so probably been an issue for a while. Anyway apart from that the pools were nice and life guards were very good and helpful. Location wise it is a bit out of the way, but a free shuttle bus is available until 6.15 p.m. to Los Christianos front. Breakfast provided a lot of choice, but personally not a fan of buffet breakfasts, so only went a couple of times. A little supermarket on site was handy and there was a larger one a little walk down. A nice Italian restaurant which also did takeaway was just outside the hotel across the road. On the whole a nice complex, just a shame we had a couple of issues.

Stayed on 4th floor opposite reception overlooking pool, lovely views. Decent rooms, kept very clean, small kitchen and dining/living room. Good size balcony for eating, games and sunbathing. Aircon worked well, telephone in room didn't was only issue. Sofabed had seen better days. Reception busy in evening with one person on, and can be a little slow depending upon queue size and peoples' enquiries. Buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from, quality ok. Position is high up the hill in Los Cristianos and would not be suitable for certain people if you want to go out and walk/explore. All in all I'd recommend and would return if in this part of the world again.

Very nice and spacious rooms (although we paid for a larger room as an upgrade). Friendly and helpful staff! This is about as far from the beaches and main restaurants on the seafront as you can get in the area, although it was lovely and quiet in the evenings. A good walk from the beach (with a good hill to climb on your way home), however the hotel provides a nice, convenient bus service to the seafront during the day which made the trips out much easier.

Nice hotel, standard rooms with good kitchen facilities inside.. We enjoyed our stay for the week. Small things that we feel needs change or working on, 1. Organisation for breakfast no tables to eat at as not spread out well. 2. Everyone reserved there seat at the pool and the disappear after there towels were dropped.. 3 the pools turn blonde hair green. Very green!!! 4. Life guards (especially the Young ones) enjoyed more films with ear plugs in rather than looking like there on duty. Small gripes that's can be worked on. The restaurant bella roma across the road is absolutely brilliant and food fantastic. P.s reviews about the hill there not lying it's a good work out but taxi back up is around 4 euro.

We’ve just returned from our trip here we had x2 of the one bedroom apartments and x1 of the studio apartment. The rooms are very spacious and look lovely especially for the money, the actual hotel looks absolutely stunning no matter where you are, we were really impressed with that. The staff are super friendly and the entertainment team are absolutely perfect, you could definitely not be bored here we particularly enjoyed the foam party. We had breakfast included and we found it to be pretty nice just a bit slow at replacing things towards the end of breakfast service. The location is absolutely perfect you’ve got so many lovely restaurants around the hotel and it’s close to the beach for a nice walk or they offer the shuttle bus down to the beach free of charge and taxis are also cheap and readily available in reception. There’s 3 large pools with plenty of sunbeds, we were a group of 6 and never really had any troubles being seated together. The pools were clean and refreshing and the hotel gets plenty of sun for tanning we never felt like we were in the shade. There’s also different levels of noise at each one which is perfect for if you’re wanting to relax or have a dance to the music We did however have a few problems - our room in the Judy garland block did not have wifi the entire stay which caused me to have to use all my data and then have to use my own money to purchase more we did inform reception that it didn’t work and they said it was network provider issue which we understood but thought it would be fixed before we had gone home which it wasn’t it was also a bit temperamental around other areas of the hotel -we only had one cockroach in our room which we weren’t bothered about at all and thought it was to be expected however our family in the other 2 rooms claimed to have quite a lot of bugs in their room even on their counters where they were cooking etc -I know this sounds a little nitpicky but trust me if you go you’ll know what I mean, there’s no shower curtain on half the shower which causes your entire bathroom floor to be drenched the whole time we were there. you also don’t get much hot water, if me and my partner both wanted a shower only one of us would have hot water -they allow balls in the pool which I’ve never been bothered about til this holiday everyone in our family were hit by a ball on several occasions and the lifeguards/staff did not say anything- at times it wasn’t even a pool ball it was just a normal football absolutely launched at your head. -only one pool has a bar which means you’re having to trek around the hotel for a pint if you’re at the quieter 2 pools, it also quite frequently has long queues at the bar. All in all I would return as the beauty of the hotel is not to be missed and the pools and entertainment are lovely and it was a nice relaxing break for an amazing price however they do need to make some improvements:)
