Very Disappointing stay at this hotel not worth the all‑inclusive price We arrived in Tenerife excited for a relaxing break, but this hotel let us down from the start. There was no help from staff with luggage, and the route to our room was awkward . We had to wheel our suitcases all the way around the pool to reach an elevator that went down to our floor. The property had a persistent sewage smell in the room, corridors, and around the pool. The food was very basic, often inedible, repeated daily, and consistently cold even when we arrived right at opening. Although the hotel advertised a gym, there wasn’t one — just a small room with Pilates beds that was never open. Alcoholic drinks tasted watered down to the point of having no alcohol at all. Despite paying for all‑inclusive, we ended up buying drinks elsewhere because even the paid ones tasted diluted. In-room basics were missing: there was no milk for tea or coffee, and we had to visit a local café multiple times just to get a proper hot drink and something decent to eat. Housekeeping also fell short — paint was peeling from the bathroom door, the floor was so dirty our white socks turned black, and our bedsheets had multiple blue stains. We received a single complimentary bottle of water on arrival, but it was never restocked, so we had to buy bottled water daily. Facilities were underwhelming. The pool area needed a thorough clean, and there was no sauna or spa. Charging €10 per day for a towel is unacceptable — this should be included. Staff attitudes ranged from indifferent to rude, especially at checkout. Location-wise, there’s very little around the hotel. We had to head to the south (Los Cristianos) for better weather and activities. We were told there was one direct bus, but it took three different buses and 2.5 hours. The return by taxi cost €160. In contrast, Los Cristianos was sunny and lively — the opposite of our experience near the hotel. If you’re looking for sun and things to do, the south is where everything is. Overall, this stay was poor value for money. Between the odors, cold repetitive food, questionable drinks, cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, extra charges, and unhelpful staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel too anyone .

My girlfriend and I have just left after 5 days at this hotel. The hotel was excellent and exactly as described within the pictures when we booked. The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained anything you needed kindly and clearly. The rooms were nice and we were upgraded to a sea facing view which was the highlight of the holiday. The hotel was also in a good location and accessible by taxi, bus and coaches to wherever you needed to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go back in the future.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful rooms and very beautiful clean hotel. Large variety of food at buffet. Very quiet location and close to the beach! Minor down side, Damp mop smell on arrival in room (which aired out once patio doors were opened) odd damp mop smell near what I guess is the cleaning cubered in the corridor. But nothing major. Hubby just likes to complain lol Food is nice, me and my hubby are picky, but always found something to enjoy. Big effort put in by chefs. Presentation of salad is excellent. Bar staff make massive effort. Good experience overall. Staff make the holiday, cant fault them. Food at the pool bar really nice. Throughly enjoyed. Drinks at the pool bar not as good as at the main bar though. But still good. I loved the hotel made us feel so comfortable. So it was a good experience. Also pool really nice and Poole area. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay! The staff are amazing🌷Our holiday will always be remembered, we came for our honeymoon🩷

What an amazing hotel. Just spent 7 nights here and wish I could stay for longer! Next time I’ll be booking 10-14 days! The My Fave Club Suite was perfect. The room had two large rooms a loving area with a sofa bed, and the bedroom with a double bed, modern laminated floor, big windows so woke up to a sea view every morning! The bathroom was spacious and had a walk in shower! The balcony had a gorgeous view of the sea and to the right Mount Tiede! The staff were superb from reception, to cleaners, to waiters, to the bar staff. The bar staff were great. Really, really great. Sadly only got one of their names Bruno. Bruno and the chap working the poolside bar Sunday afternoon (when it did rain), were fantastic. A real credit to the team, had a great laugh and chat with them, credit where credit is due they are both assets to the team, hotel, company and take great pride in their work. The poolside bar, was all cook to order, the salad was fantastic, as was the steak burgers. The pool had 3 incredible views. Coming out the hotel and facing down the length if the pool, to the left Mount Tiede which was stunning, ahead the shore line and to the right the sea. The pool is warm and refreshing! Be sure to take plenty of suncream as come midday it is a sun trap! The my Fave lounge was perfect to escape for a very quiet couple of hrs to enjoy some cold drinks in total peace and quiet. It offers a small range of sandwiches, drinks: Soft, hot and alcoholic (San Miguel). The onsite buffet eatery was amazing. I mainly ate from the cooked to order area and the food was incredible. A different theme each night! Only slight feedback is you can’t get anything like sprite or fanta or cola with breakfast which, sometime I do enjoy mixing orange and sprite together. But, near bother. The hotel is modern, well ventilated in the heat, the hotel is on the side of a hill so do bare that in mind when booking, the gym isn’t open. Evenings there were different themed entertainment. The entertainment board is a blink and you miss on the way into and out of the buffet. The hotel aesthetically looks beautiful and screams modern with class. There is also a beautiful balcony to watch the sun set from, next to the afternoon/evening bar so well worth a treat of a view. Most things are included on all inclusive (which I was baring a few drinks, bottled wine and a few poolside food items but, honestly there is so much included, that unless you really wanted those items). It is adults only and hotel has a peaceful relaxing vibe perfect to unwind! Looking forward to returning again hopefully within the next 12 months. Thanks again to all the staff for an incredible holiday!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for five days with breakfast included. The breakfast was okay; however, the options could have been more varied. It seemed to be the same selection on the same days, which became a little repetitive. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on a couple of occasions, and the food was decent. One positive feature was the availability of a microwave, which was really important for me as I prefer hot food. Although the food options were limited, they were acceptable. I rated the room three stars. This is mainly because the double bed I booked turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable for both me and my partner. We travelled in January, when daytime temperatures ranged between 17–21°C but dropped significantly in the evenings. After the first night, which was very cold, I requested a heater. The receptionist advised that only one heater was available and was currently being used by another guest. We were given extra blankets, but this felt unacceptable given the colder temperatures and the fact that our room was located on the fourth floor near the swimming pool. There was no door to block drafts, which made the room even colder. On the third night, I spoke to another receptionist who was male. He was very friendly, took our details, and managed to provide us with a heater. From that point onward, the room became much warmer and far more comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, so it may not be ideal for guests who struggle with steep walks. However, for those who enjoy scenic views, the location is spectacular. When the skies are clear, the views of the volcano and mountains are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also conveniently located — approximately an 11-minute walk to the beach, supermarkets, mini-marts, and nearby restaurants. Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and our experience was generally positive. The main issues were the bed arrangement and the heating situation, but aside from that, it is a good hotel with great views and helpful staff.
