Currently here for 10 nights. Apartments a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Great view of the sea from our balcony. Staff are amazing as is the food. Pools are really nice and poolside snacks and drinks are plentiful. The location is perfect. Not very far from popular tourist spots. We hired a car for 2 days and found some nice beaches to visit close by. Overall we are glad we booked our holiday here, and will definitely visit again.

The staff here are really awesome - all helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Some even helped me with my Spanish. Some call outs - Nohelia and Tito. Both made us feel so at home The rooms are okay for the price, nothing fancy but clean. Location is a little out of the way but was fine for us - the buses are easy to catch if you want to get out

Food was dreadful. Queuing for anything being freshly cooked took ages. Tables not cleared so nowhere to sit unless you cleared the tables yourself. Saw maids steal from rooms location not good for people with walking difficulties. Shame really because staff were excellent and room was basic but clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking at more than a 5 day break

I have too say that im very disappointed. I was in the end unable too use the shower in our room as it kept flooding (room D204) and as for going too the toilet in the middle of the night FORGET IT!! Cockroaches everywhere!! It was awful! We requested maintainance for the room 3 times and they did come however it didnt resolve the flooding issue. The food and drinks are amazing! Really propper all inclusive! There were special nights like the Chinese night which was unbelievable! So so good. It was just ruined by the state of the room so so disappointed (and terrified of using the loo in the night) I had cockroaches all over my suitcase at one point and im dreading opening it on leaving!

2nd day here and so far brilliant. The apartment has a complimentary bottle of water. There is a kettle, microwave and kitchen. Bathroom has a hairdryer, with complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush plus it has shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. The bedroom has a ceiling fan while the lounge has air conditioning. You are given a pool towel that you can swap out whenever you want. Food has been really good quality and a good variety. The start to the holiday as gone well so far.
