We booked this hotel by jet2 holiday for a family holiday. I am happy with my stay and this what I experienced. The room size for a double bedroom was generous and had a microwave, sink ,a table and chairs, fridge and drawers. Overall clean and big shower room with nice balcony. Sadly our room was on ground floor and the wing behind so we didn’t have a sea view room but it was facing one of the pools. The hotel is big and has 3 big swimming pools and facilities. Big play area and very good entertainments. It has a slide and has separate splash pool for toddlers. You will find enough decks and umbrellas. Some of umbrellas need repairs though. There are clean towels you can have without any deposit for using by the pool. Usually hotels ask for deposit. The food was very good and varied. Very close to the beach 9 minutes walk. There is a bus in front of the hotel to the water parks if you’re interested to go. The accessible path in front if the hotel needs a bigger sign I say because when we arrived it was late at night and we didn’t see it and it was very hard to carry the luggage from the stairs and unfortunately nobody said there is a trolley and a path I had a toddler and a pushchair and we carried all from the stairs and then found out ourselves. The cleaning service was good however the hotel benefits from a professional cleaning maybe. I saw a few insects in our room. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. Will I book it again? Yes we had a comfortable stay and happy to spend our holiday here.

This is not a 4 star hotel as listed on Jet2 website. I've stayed in some holes and some 5 star hotels, based on this I would say this is a 2 star. The photos on the Jet2 website do not give the right impression. The place needs a lot of work, repairs, painting and bringing up to scratch. Most sun loungers had towels on them, we were told that leaving towels on loungers was "forbidden" but that staff were unable to remove them. So we ended up putting towels on and leaving them on for the week we stayed. Others were reserved but I never saw them being used. The edge of the pool will take skin off legs/hands/ wherever it comes in contact with. The room was adequate, had a fantastic view. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the buffet breakfast options were okay. No cooking utensils in our room if you did want to cook. The staff for the most part are fantastic, hard working and very friendly.

More a 3.5 star than a 3. Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff made for an easy stay. The pools are spotless, though in April they’re on the cooler side. A few sunbeds and umbrellas could use attention, and the “no sunbed reservation” rule isn’t really enforced. Food was ok but repetitive, and desserts were quite bland, though we never struggled to find a table. The bar area is functional but not very inviting due to echoey acoustics and hard seating. Evening entertainment was mixed — one night had sound issues, another was very well put together. We also had massages during our stay, which were excellent value and surprisingly good quality. Overall, a good family hotel with plenty of space and a great location, but a few areas could be improved to make it feel more polished.

We had a wonderful family stay at Allegro Isora and would highly recommend it. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location and offers a great range of activities for all ages, making it ideal for families. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful across all areas of the hotel—from reception to the cleaners, pool staff, snack bar, and kitchen team. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were with vegan menu options, which made our dining experience much more enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a clear food allergy chart with icons and explanations, as this would make it easier for guests with dietary requirements to navigate meal choices. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for families looking for a relaxing stay not far from the beach. The availability of off-road parking was also very convenient, especially as we had hired a car. We would definitely return!

When booking this hotel the reviews were great and it had been recommended by family, but before we went the hotel was taken over but stated there would be no changes. Firstly - the reception area and toilet areas absolutely stink of sewage it’s vile, unfortunately when queuing to go for food you have to stand in the smell.. it must also be very unpleasant for the staff working in the area. Secondly - the food was very very disappointing, it was very repetitive and not good quality and by the end of my stay we were dreading meal times and trying to buy stuff from the shop close by. The few times we went down for breakfast there was barely anything left, one day I had beans and 2 hash browns. The snack bar food just doesn’t look nice unsure of how long it’s been sat there and just visually unappealing. Thirdly - our room was decent, the sofa has seen better days but the shower barely worked. The pool areas were worn and dated, I wanted to take some nice photos and had to avoid getting the sun loungers and floors in as they were dirty and tired looking. The pools kept getting shut down with no explanation. The toilets around the hotel were in a really bad state and had a really bad smell. A positive thing I can say is that the staff were brilliant, I expect they find it quite embarrassing knowing that the standards have dropped so much. We went with family who had been before and they are embarrassed and have apologised several times for recommending this place to us.
