The hotel offers good value for money. Based on the condition of the facilities, which require renovation, I would rate the hotel between 2 and 3 stars. However, due to the excellent service provided by the staff, I give it 4 stars. The property is large, but several areas need renovation. The reception area is small and very colorful, which gives the impression that the hotel is mainly oriented toward children. The activities are well organized, with daily shows and performances. In the room, the air filter was dirty and the bathroom required renovation. Unfortunately, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Nevertheless, the daily housekeeping service was good, and the staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and attentive, especially with our children. At the restaurant, the food was good, flavorful, and offered a wide variety of options. The desserts were homemade and had a comforting, traditional taste. However, on several occasions there were not enough clean plates available, and some plates were not properly cleaned. The service is self-service for drinks, and there were often long lines for coffee. We experienced an issue with the food, in addition to the situation in the room, and the management addressed it promptly and professionally, which significantly improved our overall experience. The staff members were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their dedication and care. I would like to especially recognize the following team members for their excellent service: Eli, Mário, Carlos, Bárbara, Gerardo, and Marielis (Housekeeping).

A pleasant hotel and fair value for the price we paid. Our room was in decent clean condition. The shower valve was a bit sensitive and the toilet siphon leaked into the bowl but it all still worked. The hotel provided some basic crockery and cutlery along with a microwave and fridge which was helpful. The facilities were good with a few nice swimming pools and a small but usable gym. Loads of sunbeds available despite the hotel being very full over the weekend. The food was decent quality but the menu repeats after a week or so. For the price we paid the quality of food was good enough. Its a self service buffet and when busy isn't a relaxing place to be, but that's not the hotel's fault. Our family appreciated the kid's club and the evening entertainment was generally good to excellent - the Brasilian acrobat/dance group were nothing short of amazing. Overall the hotel met our expectations and at times exceeded them. Fair value for money.

Lovely location right in front of the sea a few shops near to the hotel. Bus stop just opposite hotel entrance. Rooms very spacious and were kept clean during the stay. Lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. All staff were friendly and helpful. All areas were constantly being cleaned by the hard working staff. Food and drink in the all inclusive package was really good with an excellent range of foods and drinks available throughout the day... Would definitely like to go back 😃

Lovely hotel, with amazing varied good quality food and a good beach nearby. The entertainment is varied and great, the staff are amazing and the resturant is open for good long slots. Some of the decor and structures could use updating, particularly the windows in bathroom for example and water damage to the wood. It was quite noisy with guests leaving and wheeling suitcases out and cleaning starting very early in the morning. The entertainment could start a little earlier as our kid was asleep at times when it was starting. All in all we had a fabulous stay, thank you!!

Accommodation: Our room had a breathtaking sea view of La Gomera and amazing sunsets, while the bedroom window faced Pico de Teide. Common areas are kept spotlessly clean. However, room maintenance reflects the price point; it can take a few days for repairs to be handled. The room could use more storage, a shoe rack, and a newer sofa. Note on the kitchenette: While there is a stove, there are zero pots or pans (only mugs and glasses). Reception informed us they aren't "that kind of hotel," so don't expect to cook meals. The kettle, microwave, and fridge are functional, though. Dining & Facilities: The food was excellent with plenty of variety and great themed dinners. We were pleasantly surprised that water (still/sparkling) was included for free even with full board. The pool bar only offers fixed €20 meal deals, so we preferred the nearby HiperDino supermarket for light lunches. For families: After realizing the sofa bed wasn't ideal for our 2-year-old, the staff provided and assembled a baby cot for free the same day. The kids' club seems to be for ages 3+. Laundry and drying are available for €5 each. Location & Logistics: The hotel is located in a peaceful area near Los Gigantes, far from the crowded and overpriced tourist traps in the south. Unlike the south, there are no parking scams here; we always found free street parking right by the hotel. Transport is easy – a Titsa bus stop is right outside (pay by card on board), and the local Cicar car rental is just a 20-minute walk away. Weather tip: Don't rely on apps showing Guia de Isora (it’s much higher up and colder). Check the coastal forecast instead – it was 3–5°C warmer, perfect for shorts and t-shirts in early December.
