A really great place to relax. A special thank you to the reception staff, they're very nice and helpful with all my questions. The food is excellent, and the entire hotel staff is delightful. The double room is comfortable. The cleaning staff does everything they can to ensure a wonderful stay. I had a stuffed goose, and they carefully placed it on my pillow, which was very sweet. Thank you so much. 😇♥️

Stayed here last year in February and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tenerife South, the hotel is very clean, very nice, food is great always something for anyone even my girlfriend who has the eating habits of a awkward 4 year old. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from everything, which to me is ideal, nice stroll in the hot sun, close enough where you can walk but not close enough where it’ll bother you. Taxis wait outside the hotel at all times of the day so if you do need a taxi then they’re easily accessible.

Best part of this hotel was the huge heated pools. Many hotels don’t properly heat their pools in winter. This place doesn’t cheap out and keeps the pools at a great temperature. Fantastic amenities for kids and families, including an arcade room, ping pong table and pool tables. Room was a bit dated and they gave us a room with one bed when we had reserved two twins. Also the pullout sofa for the kids was uncomfortable and a little beat up. They didn’t leave us a blanket for kids, only sheets, so we had to ask for blankets and pillows (only one thin pillow per person provided). Also only two glasses in room. When we pay quite a bit more to have our two kids with us in a suite we expect to at least have enough glasses etc for everyone. It’s old school cable television with no option to cast or watch Netflix. But room was quiet and spacious with a lovely green view over the golf course. Parking for $10/day very convenient or free street parking if you don’t mind walking. Buffet breakfast was quite busy but food was OK. We would return.

Very nice hotel and great staff. The pool is warm, even in November. The entertainment was a little lacking, it came on at nine and was done for ten at the latest. Some customers commented on it being a bit far out from the centres and beach: 35 to 40 minute walk which is fine if you can and like walking, so budget for taxis. Can't comment on the kiddies or other daytime entertainments as we were out each day. Food was good and varied but the slowest toasters in Spain. Minor gripe but worth a visit. We didn't have a kettle in our room which was disappointing: no cuppa in the morning! Los Christianos and Las Americas shopping is great, remember, forty minute walk. As I said, worth a stay.

We had a roof terrace room here and it was absolutely amazing. The room was huge! And the staff and housekeepers were honestly lovely. It was my partners birthday while we were away and we came back to champagne and a birthday message! We didnt even ask for this it was done automatically. Such a lovely touch. Dont have anything bad to say about this hotel at all
