My family and I loved our stay here. We were here from 12/29-1/4/26. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing. Heydi was one of the staff members that stood out to us she was so friendly and accommodating she helped us with all our reservations she was amazing since day one. They had so many fun things for my family and I to enjoy. I almost forgot to mention the food was delicious! Our favorite dining restaurants were La Locanda, Sakura, Pez Vela, and the Amaranto.The resort is child friendly and my son had a blast.

Great resort, food is incredible and the staff is amazing. They do make it somewhat difficult to book reservations for restaurants and the adults only area isn't that distinct from the rest of the hotel (no adults only buffet or restaurant within the El Beso part). Also not the easiest to grab a quick bite to eat or get room service but not terrible. Pools are nice, beach is rocky and small. The rooftop rooms are absolutely breathtaking with great views and lots of space. Overall a good family resort and a decent option for adults but may want to look into other resorts for adults only hotels if you are looking for more of a adults only vibe.

Margarita ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at the steakhouse was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Margarita. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Her service was impeccable—friendly without being overbearing, and incredibly thoughtful with our whole family. The atmosphere, food, and overall vibe of the steakhouse were excellent, but Margarita truly elevated the entire evening. She was wonderful with the kids, great with recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It was one of those dining experiences where everyone leaves happy, relaxed, and already talking about coming back. This ended up being a highlight of our stay at the resort, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience—or about Margarita. Highly recommend! 🌟🥩

We had a pleasant experience at this Japanese restaurant. The main dish was really nice and well prepared. The sushi and ramen were okay — not outstanding, but still enjoyable. What really stood out was the chef’s performance, which was interesting and added a fun touch to the meal. Special thanks to Chef Max for the experience and to Manuel for the friendly and attentive service. Overall, a good dining experience.

Had the pleasure of attending a small dinner hosted by Alexis, Valerio, Chema, Ivan and Chef Yuritzi. It was an amazing 5 course meal and the highlight of our stay this week. Food and ambiance was great. The staff at the resort are amazing. They are so positive, friendly and make you feel like family. Second time on vacation at this resort and will be returning no doubt. Hope to attend another dinner like this!
