The experience and Jorge the butler was great! Food was hit or miss depending on the restaurant. Bartenders were great, the drinks were always good. Pool staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back for the atmosphere. Pools were clean and very nice, alway chairs for us to sit at. Not much beach as the seaweed came up and took over the beach the second day we were here so we were not able to swim in the ocean. All in all a great place for a vacation and can’t thank Jorge or the staff enough!

My stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was absolutely unforgettable. We stayed for 10 days, and every single day was filled with amazing service, great food, and the best energy — but what truly made our trip special were the incredible staff members. Juan quickly became our favorite bartender. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. It wasn’t just that his drinks were perfect every time — it was his personality. Even if we were just walking past and not stopping for anything, he would always smile and say hi. That small gesture meant so much and made the resort feel personal and welcoming. Juan has such genuine, positive energy, and you can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience. He honestly felt like a friend by the end of our stay. Antonio at the pool bar was equally amazing. He consistently went above and beyond, bringing drinks directly to us and making sure we were always taken care of. His hospitality was top-tier — so inviting, friendly, and full of life. He kept the pool vibes fun and exciting, surprising us with creative drinks and always maintaining the best energy. He truly elevated our pool days and made them unforgettable. We also have to mention the Mexican restaurant — it was our absolute favorite! We didn’t catch the staff’s names, but every single person working there was incredible. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was so delicious that we genuinely could have eaten there every single night of our 10-day stay. It was hands-down our favorite dining experience at the resort. Overall, the staff at Ocean Coral & Turquesa made this trip so special. The hospitality, kindness, and energy we experienced are the reason we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to Juan, Antonio, and the amazing restaurant team for making our vacation one we’ll never forget! 💛🍹

Antonio at the pool area Gustavo and Eduardo too at main bar Alejandro And Henry have all been excellent. Particularly Antonio has checked in on us often and made sure our drinks were full and delicious. He’s been extremely attentive and has suggested delicious drinks when we haven’t been able to make up our minds. Truly TOP TIER SERVICE! It’s been super worth it to upgrade to “privilege” they’ve really rolled out the red carpet. Carlos our butler has checked in on us in person several times each day and made reservations and activities hassle-less and easy. Overall our stay has been relaxing and fun facilitated by the incredible staff at the resort.

Rating only a 3 because because it is not a 5 star resort. So many resorts claim 5 star status, and maybe they were like that at one point but there needs to be updates and renovations to the resort to maintain 5 star luxury status. The rooms were quite dated and run down after years of wear and tear, which is to be expected, especially the bathrooms. In the last 10 years I feel like all inclusives have taken a downturn (probably to cut costs) in terms of service. Servers use to constantly walk around the pool and beach and lobby taking drink orders, now that doesn't exist. They have now created a tiered system at this resort, called privilege, where you pay extra to get that high quality service and reserved pool chairs. It use to be everyone got the exact same service. I'm not sure if it was the time of year but you have to be up around 8am to get a pool chair, if you don't than your out of luck the rest of the day and can maybe find one spare one but then you can't sit near your partner or family. This ruins the whole experience when there isn't enough pool chairs for the amout of people. We found chairs at the edge of the beach at the end of the resort. So much sargassum this year, which of course is out of everyone's control, but didn't see anyone attempt to remove it. Buffets and alacartes were also just okay. Everything has to be done on the website if you want to book an alacarte for dinner. All amenities, experiences, events of the day. I was okay doing this but I also don't like to be on my phone checking everything when on vacation. I also thought this may have been hard for seniors or those who have a hard time with technology. Also to future guests don't feed the racoons, or don't let your kids feed the raccoons. So many people feed them they now think all food is for their taking, they chase people and jump on tables to take food. This resort is close to the airport and was only a 20 minute drive but we were the only ones in the bus. This resort is great in terms of accessibility. Only 4 floors and there are elevators. My friend was able to get around with his walker. It's not an overly huge resort unless you are on the outer ends.

Juliet Park

This was our first stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa, and we had an absolutely amazing time. Although I was disappointed by the seaweed on the beach, we understand that it is seasonal and beyond the resort’s control. Instead, we went to Puerto Morelos Beach nearby suggest by Staff and we absolutely loved it. The resort was Clean, the pools are Beautiful, and the Staff are welcoming and attentive. I went to Mexican, Japanese, Italian and Buffet dining often and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Rodrigo for his excellent swim lesson with our 6 year-old, Leo: he learned to swim here in his first time to Mexico. We also enjoy the entertainment every night. Alan and Gustavo were friendly and personable throughout our entire stay. And the exceptional service provided by Jorge Truly stands out. He went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable first trip to Mexico. His Professionalism, Attention to Detail, and Genuine personality made such a lasting impression. He is a tremendous asset to the resort, and we look forward to returning because of this. Thank you Jorge, and Ocean Staff. We hope to see you again Very soon.
