My sister and I came down for a girls' trip and have had a great time! Our room was always clean and the food was great. Carlos, our butler, was very communicative and helpful. Rocio made the check in process smooth. Jesus and Luis in the Privilege restaurant were excellent. Martine at the dive shop helped us book a great day of snorkeling and swimming in a cenote. And Antonio at the main pool took great care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

Stayed in the Privilege portion of the resort and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. If you needed anything for the room, the staff was helpful and fast. The overall service was absolutely amazing - from the attention to allergies, to making sure you had everything and were having a wonderful time. Sebastian was our go to person when we needed anything. He made all the reservations for our delicious meals, made sure our needs were met, and remembered details we mentioned on the first day (ex remembered it was one of our birthdays on the Saturday and arranged several little surprises throughout the day). Had a wonderful time and am sad to be heading home!

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. The staff were absolutely amazing and the resort was perfect for our group. The food and choice of restaurants was brilliant, my favorite was Sensei which is a Habachi were the chef cooks in the middle, it was great fun. As I said the staff are amazing, special mention for Irvine Escobar at Dive It who advised us on the best trips for our group and always willing to help with anything else, top guy. Also the pool bar staff, Eduardo,Gustavo,Antonio always smiling and nothing is to much trouble and always make the effort to make sure you are enjoying your lazy pool day. And Juan on the night pool bar what a great guy. Altogether the best holiday I've been on in a while and would love to return one day. Can not recommend highly enough, thank you.

Eduard at chill out bar .Gustav and alejandro too at pool bar Antonio at main pool are absolutely brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Great fun. Even before we order our drinks they are serving them on the bar. Work so hard always happy with a smile. Alan, Gustav, Carlos and Fabian for entertainment team have been fabulous. Only 4 of them covering the whole resort. So friendly and hard working.

This hotel exceeds all expectations. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is amazing. The Blue team was wonderful with tons of entertainment during the morning, evening, and night. I want to specifically mention Alan and Fabian who were extremely friendly and personable. Huge shout out to our amazing bar tender Gustavo who made me feel included even though I'm not much of a drinker. He had the most creative drinks and shots and we loved him! Another amazing part of this trip was our butler Elizabeth who worked with my now fiance to set up a wonderful birthday and surprise proposal! Shout out to the rest of the blue team Yael, Justin and Rocely.
