Our experience was amazing in the Royal Level. We had a private pool and the Royal Front desk concierge were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a private entrance to the Xcaret Park which is like a 5min walk. The hotel grounds are very lush with nature and well kept. We saw people daily tending to the areas and the room service was on top of maintaining our room. The buffet was so delicious, however the service was superb. We got paired with Luis Molina who was super attentive to our needs and provided great service to my family and myself. He made us have a great dining experience and brought even more joy to our table. We would definitely consider coming back as all staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and relaxing.

We would like to particularly praise the service, kindness, and hospitality of our waitress Monica Ramos. She was incredibly helpful, and kind during our dinner at oriental. She checked in on us regularly, had a smile, and made sure that we had everything we needed and more. She went out of her way to take care of us. We will definitely request her by name next time we come and eagerly recommend her to be sought by anyone else. Overall we would like to thank her, give her a shoutout, and express our thankfulness as she made our evening very special. We also want to shout out the chefs Adriana and Elizabeth. The food was beautiful and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. They too made our evening very special.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Fisherman! The sea bass and octopus, prepared by Chef Antonio, were absolutely delicious! both dishes were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to our server, Guadalupe, who was so kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our meal. Great food and excellent service made this a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Currently here, 2 days to go. Pros The location is beautiful, the grounds are fantastic and well maintained. The service is great, from the Buffet to the à la carte we had Patricia in the Italian Restaurant and she was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. Cons Maintenance issues in the rooms, we booked 3 rooms. Minor inconveniences that took to long to resolve. 1 room had no hot water, reported day 1, 2 and 3 before it was fixed. Another room the safe would randomly work, reported day 1, 2 and 3 had to wait each time. Batteries changed, next day same issue, next person needed a mother board and didn’t come back, day 3 I insisted on a replacement. Each time wasting hours of my vacation for a fix. Hot water is intermittent at best, early in the morning there is nothing, late in the day it’s very hot. Overall, it is a good resort the food has been great. Suggestions The Bars around the pool and beach could be open earlier as we are early birds, we have to bring drinks from the room. Even a coffee/ tea station for self service would be good before they open at 11, or a fridge accessible for soft drinks and waters. Some better enforcement of policies would be good, my annoyance of a vacation. Stopping kids around the adult pool, once a day someone will come and tell them, spoils the relaxation for the child free people (been there done that), I’m here to relax. Smoking around the pool and beach when there are designated smoking areas is annoying, nothing is done to stop this.

Rigo Pollo made our dining experience and my birthday exceptional! He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He checked on us regularly, made great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. His excellent service and positive attitude truly stood out. If you’re dining at La Hacienda I highly recommend asking for Rigo—you’ll be in great hands. Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable!
