experience has been excellent so far. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a great overall ambience. The location is convenient and well-connected, making it easy to explore the city. What really stands out is the hospitality of the staff. A special mention to Chandris, who has been extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made sure everything was smooth during my stay and truly added a personal touch to the service. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Barceló Al Jaddaf to anyone visiting Dubai. Looking forward to enjoying the rest of my stay here!

Special thanks to Mr. Bharat (Restaurant Manager) for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel left a very positive impression. The location is excellent – everything is easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I especially want to compliment the reception staff. The service was exceptionally friendly and professional – always smiling, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. A big thank you to Chandrins and for the warm welcome and assistance. I truly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Barceló Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Dramani, Eslam, and valet for their dedication and excellent service. As points for improvement, we would mention that the room cleaning could be more consistent. In addition, the breakfast could offer more variety, especially for longer stays. Overall, we look back on a pleasant stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

I would not consider this a five-star hotel. Service was poor from check-in onward. My room was not ready until 3:30 pm, my request for a higher floor when booked was ignored, and luggage delivery took far too long. The room size was good, but amenities were very basic and below five-star standards. Cleanliness and bed linen were average, hot water took over eight minutes to run, and most power sockets were not working. Housekeeping was an issue too. The room was not cleaned regularly. Yesterday, when I came back to the room at 4pm, I had to request to clean it. Breakfast was mediocre. The coffee machine was faulty every day, causing long queues, and food quality was poor. And the worse of it all, last night, on New Year’s Eve, the hotel hosted a very loud pool party until 2 am directly below my room, without any prior notice at check-in or in the room. This was extremely disruptive. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth a five-star rating.
