I had such a wonderful stay at Barceló Al Jaddaf, and I truly want to thank the amazing team who made my experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Khalid and Faruk at the reception desk, they were beyond friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They always greeted me with a smile, answered every question with patience, and genuinely made me feel at home. Their kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help with anything truly stood out. It’s rare to meet people who care so much about making guests happy, and they absolutely deserve recognition for their outstanding service. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their incredible work throughout my stay. The room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully prepared every single day. Their attention to detail, hard work, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Every member of the team contributed to creating such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Barceló for making my stay so memorable. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf Hotel. Unfortunately, this was not just a one-time issue — I have faced problems during my last three stays, which clearly shows a consistent lack of proper management and service standards. The overall organization, communication, and handling of guest concerns were far below expectations. For a hotel that presents itself as a reputable property, the service level does not match what is promised. Basic hospitality standards were not met, and the experience felt stressful rather than comfortable. However, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ayas for his outstanding effort in trying to assist. During all three stays, he went beyond his limits to help resolve issues and support us in the best way possible. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. If it wasn’t for him, the experience would have been even worse. It’s unfortunate that one dedicated staff member cannot compensate for the overall poor experience. Management should take serious steps to improve operations and support employees like Mr. Ayas who are clearly doing their best. But other team members ruin it. Clean: 3/10 Room service requests: 0/10 AC: 5/10 Dust: 0/10

We recently had the pleasure of organizing the accommodation and gala event for a group of 114 guests at Barceló Al Jaddaf, Dubai, and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience we received. From the very beginning and throughout the entire stay, everything was coordinated in an exemplary and highly professional manner. Managing a group of this size is never a simple task, yet the hotel team handled every detail with efficiency, flexibility, and genuine care. A special note of gratitude goes to the General Manager, Ovidiu Marica, whose leadership, support, and understanding made a significant difference. Their openness, availability, and willingness to accommodate our needs ensured that both the accommodation and the gala event ran smoothly and successfully. It was clear that excellence and guest satisfaction are top priorities. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing. We would like to highly commend the staffs especially Chandris for their excellent service. They were consistently professional, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. Their willingness to assist and ensure a comfortable experience truly made a difference during our stay. Super, super good service. The staff are all super friendly. The food is good. If you have any questions, they're there for you right away and happy to help.Malindu the lifeguard friendly cheerful respectful. And also for his work. He has everything under control this man just deserves a promotion. And all these people who work here respect! Hard workers and spontaneous people.And not to mention people who come to clean up your room and make the bed. Also top people respectfully work hard for little everyone in this hotel deserves a promotion. And give all these people respect too. They all work hard.I will definitely come back.
