I stayed at this hotel for a week, and everything was absolutely excellent. Every member of the staff was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I called for anything I needed, it was delivered to my room within just a few minutes. On my last day, my flight was delayed and I needed a late check-out. One of the receptionists, her name was Chandris , went above and beyond to help me by allowing me to stay in my room longer without charging any extra fee. I truly appreciated her kindness and exceptional customer service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Al Jaddaf. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ms. Chandris, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made us feel at home. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist us. We were very impressed with the level of service and care we received. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf Hotel. Unfortunately, this was not just a one-time issue — I have faced problems during my last three stays, which clearly shows a consistent lack of proper management and service standards. The overall organization, communication, and handling of guest concerns were far below expectations. For a hotel that presents itself as a reputable property, the service level does not match what is promised. Basic hospitality standards were not met, and the experience felt stressful rather than comfortable. However, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ayas for his outstanding effort in trying to assist. During all three stays, he went beyond his limits to help resolve issues and support us in the best way possible. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. If it wasn’t for him, the experience would have been even worse. It’s unfortunate that one dedicated staff member cannot compensate for the overall poor experience. Management should take serious steps to improve operations and support employees like Mr. Ayas who are clearly doing their best. But other team members ruin it. If you have any questions, they're there for you right away and happy to help.Malindu the lifeguard friendly cheerful respectful. And also for his work. He has everything under control this man just deserves a promotion. And all these people who work here respect! Hard workers and spontaneous people.And not to mention people who come to clean up your room and make the bed.
