We had a very pleasant stay at the NH Collection Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is modern, clean, well located on the Palm, and the breakfast was very good. Special thanks to our housekeeper Dharmendra, who took excellent care of us and even washed our baby’s bottles, which we truly appreciated. We are writing this review from room 740. We would also like to thank Concierge Supervisor Ali for his kind and professional support in helping us get the correct room after an initial mix-up. Great service and a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

The NH Collection hotel left a very positive impression during my stay. Its convenient location made exploring the area effortless. Hotel located very close to Palm mall. Taxi service always awailbly at any time. I was particularly impressed with the prompt and efficient room service. Furthermore, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Hasan for his excellent work in keeping the room impeccably clean. The overall experience was nice.

Lovely hotel Great location Great food Rooftop bar is amazing with great views The sports bar is excellent with i guess the manager Jim so accommodating he really cant do enough for you! Very impressed with how he engages with everyone! The rooms are great and cleaned daily Now i would recommend NOT going all inclusive Different food menu Different drinks menu And the times for food and drinks are limited I actually feel like you are looked upon differently having the all inclusive package I guess staff get no tips? So you get a little more ignored or is it a management thing? Concentrating on the people paying here and now Forgetting we all Inclusive have already paid! NH if dont want it dont offer it!
