I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel. The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. A special thank you to Wina, Allan, Jack, and Neri for their outstanding service. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodation was clean, nice, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The restaurant staff- Wina, Asep, Genie and Jack were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of choices. The service was prompt, and the dining atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. Overall, this hotel provides outstanding accommodation, excellent dining, and exceptional customer service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Came to watch a World Cup game and was impressed by the level of service here! We highly recommend Shishir as a server, he was very helpful and made sure we had a great evening! He had checked on us multiple times to make sure we were having a good time and even had a great chat with us. We also noticed a cleaner walking around constantly checking under tables for any trash and was certainly impressed at his hard work! Food was great as well. Workers here are amazing. Atmosphere was fun for the World Cup! Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone to come!

There were several highlights that we particularly appreciated: • The warm welcome from Stephany and the check out by Mamdouh and the kind upgrade offer were very much appreciated and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. • The welcoming amenities were very creative and thoughtful, and certainly went beyond our expectations. • We really enjoyed the room location. I personally felt that a room on the other side might offer a clearer sea view, but we were still very happy with the location and the overall experience. • The late check-out until 3:00 PM was a wonderful gesture and added great value to our stay. I would also like to share a few points for your consideration, purely as constructive feedback: • Upon arrival, we were initially unsure where to leave the car, as no one came to assist with the valet. I ended up parking temporarily near the entrance and later collected the valet card. Perhaps having someone available to guide guests upon arrival would make the process smoother. • Breakfast was very nice, and we really enjoyed the food. However, the walk to Dukes was a little challenging for my pregnant wife. If a buggy service is available, or could be offered for guests who may need assistance, I believe it would be a great added touch. • The bathtub drainage was slightly blocked and may require some maintenance. We did not report it during our stay as we were only staying for one night, but I wanted to mention it for your consideration.

I really enjoyed my stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the rooftop pool has an incredible view. It’s one of those places where you can just sit back, enjoy the view, and forget about everything for a while. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Genne, Gimhani, and Mona. They were always smiling and made us feel very welcome. Small things like that make a big difference during a stay. Had a great experience overall and would happily stay here again.😊👌
