I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my stay. He consistently ensured that my room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and his hard work made a real difference in my overall experience. I had a very pleasant stay for two weeks in Naumi. I thank and wish the best to all the staff working in front desk, house keeping, restaurant and fitness for your warmth, positivity and friendliness. It feels amazing to be surrounded by all those nice people looking after and taking care of you everyday for two weeks. The management is excellent for recruiting such great teams in all the departments, creating such a nice vibe. Especially thanks again to concierge (Joseph) and the reception for attentively listening my complaints and taking immediate action for changing the rooms for me due to the construction noise during my stay. I wish Naumi hotel all the best. ❤️🙏🏻

Good value for the money. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and several shops. The rooms were clean, and there is a small rooftop pool, which is a nice bonus. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the room. Other than that, the hotel definitely offers great value for the price. I would recommend it.

Amazing Staff, but Disappointing Service My stay at Naumi Hotel was a mix of great people and disappointing service. The staff were absolutely amazing and made a real difference to my experience. Special thanks to Kareem, Ibrahim, Zaw, Michael, Yousef, Majd, Mohammed, Rakib, and especially the wonderful valet and concierge team, particularly Fabric. And Khaled Sales team I was truly happy to meet all of you. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, many services appear to have been suspended due to cost-cutting measures, which significantly affected the overall guest experience and did not reflect the quality one would expect. The staff deserve recognition for doing their best despite these limitations. Thank you all for making my stay more enjoyable. ❤️
