Extremely Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the way the situation was handled by the Night Shift Manager\. I checked in at around 7:00 PM\. Since the parking was already busy, I specifically asked a staff member before leaving the hotel whether I would be able to find parking if I returned late at night\. I was clearly told that parking would be available and that the hotel also had additional underground parking\. I returned at approximately 1:30 AM, only to find that both the outdoor and underground parking areas were completely full\. I temporarily stopped my car near the entrance while trying to find a solution\. Instead of professionally assisting a hotel guest, the Night Shift Manager approached the situation in an unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful manner\. He raised his voice, argued with me, and spoke to me in an overly casual and inappropriate way, as though he was arguing with a friend rather than communicating professionally with a hotel guest\. What made the situation even more frustrating was his claim that my booking did not include parking because I had booked through an offer\. He specifically told me that it was stated in my booking that parking was not included\. I immediately went back and checked the booking Terms & Conditions in front of him and showed them to him\. There was no statement saying that parking was excluded or that guests booking under this offer were not entitled to parking\. Despite this, he continued arguing and trying to justify the situation instead of simply acknowledging what was actually written in the booking conditions\. To make matters worse, one of the people with me noticed that there were actually empty parking spaces outside that had been blocked off, yet we were told we were not allowed to use them\. I even offered to cancel the offer and pay the normal hotel rate directly at checkout if that was what was required to receive parking\. At that point, it became clear that this was not about the money\. I simply wanted a reasonable solution after previously being assured by hotel staff that parking would be available\. When I asked to speak with someone responsible for customer service or senior management, I was told that the manager was not available until the next day\. Unfortunately, instead of trying to de\-escalate the situation, the same argumentative and unprofessional attitude continued\. Eventually, after a long and completely unnecessary argument, we were able to park and go to our rooms\. The most disappointing part was not simply the lack of parking\. I understand that hotels can get busy\. The real issue was being given contradictory information, being told something was written in my booking when it was not, the lack of willingness to provide a reasonable solution, and especially the unacceptable way the Night Shift Manager communicated with us\. A guest should not have to argue at 1:30 AM to receive basic assistance, particularly after being assured earlier by hotel staff that parking would be available\. I sincerely hope the hotel’s senior management reviews this incident and provides appropriate customer\-service training\. Guests deserve clear information, professional communication, and respectful treatment regardless of whether they booked through an offer or paid the standard rate\.

My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon here. The hotel space is very youthful and dynamic. The room has a balcony with a super romantic view of Marina. In particular, the cuisine here is a huge plus! We tried the Japanese restaurant IKIGAI right in the hotel, the food was delicious and the atmosphere at night was very chill. Free valet parking service is also very convenient for those who rent cars to drive themselves like us. Thank you to the staff for their enthusiastic support so we could have a memorable trip!

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Place Marina The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. A special thanks to RAJ, who was incredibly helpful and always greeted guests with a warm smile. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very short stay Overall, my stay was good, but the room soundproofing needs improvement. Late at night, I could clearly hear guests talking in the neighboring room, which disturbed my sleep. Better sound insulation would make the stay much more comfortable reception staff, especially Rajendra and Awais, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. They assisted me with a warm smile, were always courteous, and made the check-in and overall stay smooth and pleasant. Their excellent customer service truly made a positive impression. Thank you, Rajendra and Awais, for your outstanding hospitality!

Welcoming, lovely staff. Everytime they saw me they made me feel welcome and would greet me with smiles. Also very helpful in assisting me whenever needed. Rooms were clean and spacious, and had basically everything you would need. The aesthetics of the rooms and bathroom were also of high quality. Access to the cafe downstairs, the metro station (walking distance down the road), and the supermarket next door to the hotel, all really helped and were convenient. The Gym: Okay, but quite small with very minimal machines - some dumbbell weights and a treadmill basically. Quite Cardio coded, but I think adding in a cable machine in which can be used for multiple exercises could be great! Housekeeping: There was a day where It was 4.30pm and still no house-keeping had been in my room. Apparently according to one of the house keepers there was only 2x ppl staffed & they had been working non-stop from the morning. Mind you I wasn't even on the highest floor, so they still would've had a lot more rooms to attend to. Overall, I'd recommend the Millennium Place Marina for your next stay. ☺️
