Plus points - Pleasant, clean and quite smart hotel - Staff are kind, friendly and helpful - Very well located just on the edge of town and an easy walk to lots of cafés restaurants, etc. - Nice bedrooms & public areas Issues - Lack of vegetarian food especially at dinner. A lot of food isn’t labelled so you have to keep asking. Even the mixed salads and the soup are usually not veggie. There’s no veggie main course so it’s limited, repetitive and basic - Outdoor pool isn’t heated and feels pretty chilly

We stayed at the Meliá Costa Atlantis Tenerife and overall had a very enjoyable trip. The food was very good, especially breakfast, with a good variety and quality. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel and always made us feel welcome. The only downside for us was that the pool only opens at 10:00 am. As we liked to explore the island early in the morning, it would have been nice to take a quick refreshing swim before heading out for the day. Overall, it’s a very good hotel in a great location, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and friendly service.

Just back from 10 days at this lovely hotel and our sea view room was excellent. All staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Food for breakfast & dinner buffet style plentiful and varied and drink prices were very reasonable. All in all would return.

It’s an old hotel but amazingly well run, rooms are large a little dated but very well appointed, food very good, best are the gardens and pools, as it’s been well established the growth of the gardens, very well kept , staff first class

Had an amazing holiday, very luxurious, warm welcome at reception and throughout especially from Irene and the training member of staff on reception, the lobby looked especially beautiful for Christmas, Excellent location right next to the ocean already have the holiday blues, Slight issue and actually not happy about was with the spa on an overcast day for my birthday went to see about using the indoor pool/spa area and was abruptly told to leave and wasn’t allowed in there, whilst clearly was there looking like we weren't sure what to do, rather then being professionally welcomed and offered assistance or been shown around to be able to use the facilities was very uncomfortable and left feeling awkward and embarrassed, and issue with poor labelling of food I almost ate something I wouldn’t have liked and had to guess what things were, But overall loved the stay and the Rituals toiletries and beautiful smell of the hotel made it such a lovely stay.
