The ADULTS ONLY 18+ section located at the Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, All-Suite Resort offers the following categories of suites:

When looking at the map.. The Club (Adults Only 18+) has six (6) exclusive swimming pools with swim-up bars as well as two (2) magnificent lounges.

The Club (Adults Only 18+) it’s separated from the Family Club (All Ages) section by a “natural fence”, which will ensure the exclusivity for those guests who are enjoying the pools or other areas with an adult-only ambiance (18+)

Reservations made for these room categories will allow children.

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage in Costa Mujeres from January 4–11 during the resort’s soft opening and were very happy with our experience. Knowing it would be a quieter time, we actually enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere even more. Our room was fantastic: a two-level suite with a private upper deck, plunge pool, and a lounger that was perfect for a few fabulous naps (purely for research purposes). We were understanding of the finishing work still underway and felt it was handled very well. The staff truly made our stay special. Our butler, Laura, quickly took care of a couple of small issues and even decorated our room to make us feel extra special. The bartenders, especially Jesus and Christian at Bar Taka, were excellent, as were the team at Legends Sports Bar. From restaurant staff and room attendants to the construction workers, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready with a smile and a “hola.” We felt genuinely well cared for. We had several great meals, with the teppanyaki dinner being a highlight. Chef Gerry was amazing, and we felt lucky to have the experience to ourselves. Christian and Alejandro took wonderful care of us that evening. The nightly shows were fun, the beverages were great (especially at Bar Taka), the ice cream was hard to resist, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. As our first trip to Mexico, this was a very positive and memorable experience. I could say more, but I’ll simply say this: we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Majestic Mirage. Although there is still some construction happening due to the soft launch, the resort overall is absolutely beautiful. The property is stunning, with a great beach and amazing rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any small hiccups or issues we had. A special shoutout to our butler, Aaron, who was amazing and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming. All of the restaurants offered great food, and we enjoyed every dining experience. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent service and we are already planning on coming back!

Our stay at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything was beyond amazing. The food was exceptional with so many delicious options, the views were breathtaking, and the entire resort felt truly luxurious and relaxing. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was so friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they truly cared about making our stay perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it felt like they had thought of everything to ensure an unforgettable experience. This was the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at the resort for a week during its soft opening. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and is genuinely beautiful. Our oceanfront swim-up suite was spacious, luxurious, and offered great privacy, which we really appreciated. We tried almost all of the restaurants (except the Indian restaurant due to time), and they were all solid. There was a good variety of options, and the food quality honestly exceeded our expectations. The NYE special buffet stood out in particular! You could tell a lot of care and effort went into it. The staff were all consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles. We also tried the fitness center, which was well equipped and had a bit of everything (definitely a huge plus for us!). That said, there were some challenges that seem related to the soft opening phase: 1. The resort felt understaffed at times. Room service was inconsistent, restaurant wait times were long, some facilities weren’t fully operational, and luggage pickup at checkout was a bit chaotic. We also noticed shortages of water bottles and beach towels, and some facility hours didn’t match what was listed in the app. 2. Several amenities were still a work in progress: unstable hot water in the room, an unreliable AC door sensor, visible unfinished construction, and incomplete oceanfront views. 3. The butler service didn’t quite deliver the value that was advertised. We only saw our butler twice during our entire stay: after check in, and then before check out. 😅 Other general notes: 1. The pool is not heated and was very cold during the winter time. 2. There are limited pools and pool/beach loungers, and it already felt crowded even during the soft opening. 3. Adult-only area rules were not consistently enforced, as families with kids were using those areas. 4. Bugs were an issue at times. Overall, we do feel like this resort has a strong foundation and a lot going for it. With better staffing, fully furnished amenities, and more operational trainings, we believe it could be a solid 5-star stay in the future.

The resort is beautiful. The food was excellent. Housekeeping was great. Adalberto on the beach was fabulous, he remembered our names and drinks. Fernando from the steakhouse (Don jaune) gave excellent service, great explanations. Our butler “Robin” was a class act. Took care of everything we requested and stayed on top of sending us daily activities. I would recommend this place to family & friends.
