This hotel is a bit special. It is high up in the hillside overlooking Puerto de la Cruz. The views are stunning. The hotel covers a large area unlike most of the hotels in the town. The gardens and pool areas are very well kept and a credit to the maintenance staff. The rooms are mostly suites and have a lounge/kitchen area, bedroom and large bathroom and although they may be a little dated they are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Dinner again has plenty to choose from with freshly cooked meat (which can be a little tough sometimes) and fish available most days. Desserts are very nice. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is nowhere to really walk to and it is up a very steep hill with no shops or bars close by. There is however a free shuttle bus into town which takes about fifteen minutes but does not run in the evening. All in all this is a great hotel for a rest and a bit of sun. Very impressed 😊

Wonderfull hotel a little outside of Puerto de la Cruz. The kitchen and the bar were great. All making for a wonderfull all inclusive stay at an amazing price point. Rental cars are easily available and with super easy connection to the highway, its a great place to explore wonderfull tenerriffa from and come back home to.

Our trip to the largest of the Canary Islands was a fascinating journey of discovery between black volcanic beaches, lush laurel forests, and the majestic heights of Teide. Known as the Island of Eternal Spring, it lives up to its promise, offering the perfect holiday experience for every taste..

The experience at this hotel for families was very bad. Let's start with the fact that the rooms are very old The family rooms have one air conditioner in the parents' room which is not enough for the room at all. The cleanliness was very poor, overwhelmed with dust, hair and dirt. The location is on a mountain that looks like a quiet place but far from the center. The service is not good at all!!! At the reception the employees were not helpful at all about anything. The food in the dining room is disgusting, don't go near it. The breakfast is still okay to say the least, but the dinner is disgusting, there are no words to describe it. One thing is good, the Italian restaurant, nice service and good food.

Congratulations to your staff for providing us a memorable experience we will never forget. The quality was great for an all included concept . The staff was kind, professional, helpful. My daughter lost a tooth and they helped me out with the tooth fairy. Entertainment was amazing. Having a laundry room was great . I felt pampered and at home . Overall I'd definitely recommend and repeat the experience at this hotel .
