Yet another phenomenal stay at jum :) this is our 4th stay here and we wouldn’t go another hotel in Dubai. The staff here go above and beyond for us. Nothing at all is to much it feels like home to us now :) All the staff during our stay was amazing ..!! But bevan even though he had time off during our stay he said if we need absolutely anything to contact him I mean that sort of commitment to a job is unheard of. Most people when they walk out the door want nothing to do with there work place we are forever thankful for him..!! My son had a birthday here this year and the staff brought him up a little birthday cake and sang him happy birthday the little lady sweet as ever she was wearing a pink suit was the sweetest ever :) thank you ! So yes yet another 10/10 stay and we will be back of course for out 5th stay before the end of the year.. everybody at Jumeria you should be so proud of the team you have there because I have never met such a lovely frendly welcoming team anywhere I have been in the world so hats of to you all..!! Philip Barnes You should be so so proud of your team here from front staff to desk staff and to the housekeeping you have a amazing team and because of them especially bevan we come back year after year :) see you soon Guys thank you for having us Shan & Lakayzah :)

5 stars are actually not enough for this stay. King of Love was very happy at the Rotana Hotel in Jumeirah and truly enjoyed every moment in suite 223. It was a real pleasure to stay in such a comfortable, elegant, and peaceful environment. The entire team was consistently wonderful, warm, and attentive. Especially the breakfast time with the restaurant team was great and felt very much like family. Everyone here played a part in making me feel not just like a guest, but like part of a family. Fabulous satay, we stayed 4 nights and the swrvice was great, Mohsin, Pawan, Sulman have been helpful throughout. The jitchen staff for breakfast wrre brilliant. Would stsy again, location very good as all local places nearby

i don’t like to tarnish my account with a terrible, negative, and no good review. but alas, I promised to deliver real unfiltered feedback. hotel with a rotana name but really lacking that rotana regality. had an incident as our package came with half board. we asked the receptionist which restaurant we can go to and they said restaurant A and B. dinner comes and we go to restaurant A, manager came to tell us its only at restaurant B. checked with the receptionist again the next day, they still said restaurant A AND B. after a long day, we get to restaurant A and they still said its only at restaurant B. now why would you do that? confirming once and admitting your mistake its only restaurant B would have been fine. but I’ve asked TWICE. two separate days and two separate chances to tell me properly. nothing. they didn’t even honor their mistake, just had us waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant. rooms are also dusty, floors reeking of cigarette smell, and the staff? what can I really say more.

I’ve been visiting this bar regularly during my time in Dubai, and it has quickly become one of my favourite spots in the city. Although I haven’t stayed at the hotel itself, the bar experience alone deserves a great review. The atmosphere is always welcoming, relaxed, and well put together — whether you’re stopping by for a quiet drink or spending the evening there. The drinks are consistently excellent, and the service is what really sets it apart. A special mention has to go to Alberto and Ay Khan. Both of them provide genuinely outstanding service — attentive, friendly, and professional without ever being overbearing. They remember preferences, take the time to have a chat, and make you feel like a valued regular rather than just another guest. It’s that level of service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in Dubai and looking for a quality bar with a great team behind it.
