Great stay, We had an ocean front suite with Butler. View was amazing. Loved our breakfast on balcony each morning. Very nice pool area, where you can choose your vibe from quiet pool, activity pool, or pool with swim ip bar and infinity edge overlooking the beach. Lots of padded loungers and cabanas. Also enjoyed being able to walk next door to Iberostar Selection and use lazy river. All the workers were pleasant and happy to serve. Poolside service was nice. The grounds are kept so clean with workers constantly tending different areas. The beach was raked and cleared of seaweed in the mornings. The only negative I feel is important to mention, is the ocean water is pretty from a distance, but murky brown at the shoreline. (No fault of theirs) Just dont expect crystal clear pretty caribbean blue waters. The pools, good food, service, cleanliness, and staff make up for the beach not being perfect. I would 100% recommend this place to others

We had an amazing experience in our ocean front butler suite. The food was great and there were always several options. Our butlers, Rohan and Orain, were excellent. Rohan was very friendly and went above and beyond. The bartenders and staff were all friendly and polite. We love Travis at the pool bar and Daveon at the main lobby bar. The entertainment was amazing and they had a different show every night. The dancers, singers, and musicians were all fantastic. On New Year’s Eve, the resort went above and beyond with a gala buffet dinner, fireworks on the beach, and great entertainment. Our housekeeper was great and kept our room clean all week. She knew our daily routine and cleaned while we were at the beach. Only one of the restaurants took reservations, it would be nice if all the restaurants took reservations to help cut down wait time for dinner

My wife and I booked an ocean front suite in the grand rose hall online. When we arrived we were told we had booked a different room in a separate hotel on the same property. They made us go to the other hotel to upgrade and we had to pay an additional $2000 CAD. The staff constantly have there hands out looking for tips even after all the money spent on our all inclusive trip. We were harassed by security on the premises multiple nights in a row, being told sob stories and asked for tips. The beautiful beach right out front below our room is a VIP beach and cost extra just to sit on the chairs there. What a joke that was. We have a beach out front of our room that we're told we're not aloud to sit on unless we upgrade to vip. Complete scam. The food was dull. Nothing was authentic, all generic food. We were told if we had breakfast with one of the workers there we would get a free excursion. After breakfast he tells us were going on a tour where they spend 3 hours trying to sell you on some membership to the resort and make you feel like crap as you tell them over and over again your not interested. The room was beautiful but all in all I felt we over payed for our experience. I would never recommend and would never return

We just had our honeymoon here 10/16-10/23 and couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff was so amazing, nice, and helpful. Our Butlers Owen, Gary, and Ralston went above and beyond for us. Always made sure we were comfortable and checking in with us. Owen had the best dance moves! Gary decorated our room for our honeymoon celebration and was the sweetest! Our room cleaner Sharon was the sweetest soul! She knew our names from the first day we met her and made us feel like family. She gave us hugs in the hallway and always had a smile on her face. The resort was very clean, well kept, and so fun! The grounds crew did an awesome job raking sand every morning and friendly to all the guests. There was no sargassum in the ocean either! We will for sure be back to this beautiful resort and we can’t wait to see everyone again!

Honestly the best Iberostar we have been to. We were torn if we should keep our reservation starting November 26th. After extensive research and soul searching we did. Let me tell you, top notch resort and the most exceptional people and food. It is surprising how quickly they have completed many repairs and how the vegetation has grown already, right down to flowering hedges. Other Iberostar resorts in other countries should highlight their local cuisine as well as Jamaica. Given what this country has been through, it is inspirational. We spent most of our time on the beach. Special thanks to Donavon/Shellisa - beach concierge and Melissa/Nickalia - our bartenders at the beach bar, thank you for the million steps to take care of us. All the restaurants were open on a revolving schedule and great but our highlight meal was the Surf and Turf - Karen took excellent care of us, it was the only night we drank an entire bottle of wine with supper. We took full advantage of the Spa. Be sure to arrange a massage, all the ladies are great but we found ourselves requesting Sasha and Jean. The Gym was well equipped and we used it daily and Rasa whipped up our favorite coffee for us to wind down with afterwards at the cafe. Valentine - thank you for finding us daily (you should have been a detective). You are the finest ambassador we have experienced. You are truly engaged with your guests. We enjoyed our conversations and appreciated you handling all of our requests big and small. You personify what all Iberostar ambassadors should achieve. Marsha Lee - thank you for checking on us daily and answering all our questions and providing great insight. You are a true professional. Patrice (ME) - thank you for ensuring our stay is wonderful and thank you for great chuckles. Chad the beach man by waves - thanks for the laughs, I’ll come by tomorrow and check on you! I appreciate dry humour. Keep up the smiles.
