Simply the finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from the rooms, staff, location and the facilities. We stayed in a Star Prestige Junior Suite in the La Balconada terrace and it was fantastic. The room was well appointed and immaculate with a very comfortable bed essential for me as I have a bad back. The whole area was so peaceful with plenty of sunbeds, free drinks and snacks throughout the day and what better way to enjoy a relaxing sundowner than in one of the whirlpool baths! My wife is coeliac and the hotel was very accommodating ensuring gluten free bread and sandwiches which was a lovely touch. Special mention to all the staff including Davide, Manuel, Sophia, Ghojan and Diana who always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. Tiziana was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first stay at the hotel but we are already looking at coming back later in the year. Yes really it’s that good!!

My wife and I have just returned from a fabulous week at the Iberostar El Mirador. So impressed we have booked for next year. Our sea view junior suite was beautifully appointed with a sunny balcony and sun loungers. Customers service of the highest order with a special mention to Tiziana who went out of her way to make our stay perfect. In fairness all the staff were wonderful. The hotel restuarants were of a high standard but the location of the hotel gives you plenty of options for eating and drinking nearby. Nightly entertainment was varied and very good indeed. It was obvious that many of the hotel clients had been long term returnees and I can now understand why. The El Mirador is my new favourite hotel and we look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful hotel, clean, spacious and luxurious. Great location. Fantastic staff. Towels for the room changed twice daily. Sheets changed daily. Nothing is too much trouble and we highly recommend this hotel for a warm welcome and a bit of luxury. We’ve now stayed for the fifth year in a row and will go back next year! Special mentions to Tiziana, Letitia and Orlando but all staff friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a fantastic time here at El Mirador. We both came for relaxation, sunshine and de-stressing & we certainly got that. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The array of food in the morning for breakfast was incredible & we tried all restaurants while we were here & they were all excellent. The weather was sunny every day and the location of the hotel was perfect. We would definitely like to return next year.

Absolutely fantastic hotel . Staff .Unbelievably friendly absolutely nothing to much trouble. Rooms. Perfect. My favourite bit the food .We were half board .Breakfast fantastic choice obviously unlimited tea and coffee. There is a cafe on site for lunch really good (not included with half board) but reasonably priced for the quality. Dinner.Bufffet starter which again was amazing both in choice quality and availability, something we liked was the main course was served to your table. Incredible puddings and choice of cheese. Because we were HB, included in the price we had al carte dinner in ther 2 reastuarants on 2 nights.The location is 2 min from the beach but the pool area is great and the sunbeds were comfortable. I know this sounds over the top but it's all fact.We will be back asap. Thanks to all of the staff for making our hoilday great. PS no annoying music around the pool or hotel
