This was our 2nd occasion to stay at this resort. The service was excellent, very welcoming and hospital. BIG shout out to all the staff, who were always helpful and friendly. Especially BIG thanks to Usma and Shareef for their excellent service. They are a credit to your organisation. I would also mention the small business that are operating in your resort. I would say they're also very professional and caring people who are running their small business but treat all clients with respect. Being a Muslim i especially found it very helpful and pleasant that I could use your facilities to read my prayers at your two mosques within the resort. This was a big boost to my break staying at your resort. Big Thank to everyone. If I may to all Muslim who are looking to book holiday with family and have the facilities to practice their deen at the same time. I'd highly recommend this resort.

My Experience at the Hotel My stay at the hotel was really wonderful: Reception: The reception staff were very welcoming, polite, and always smiling. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and they were always ready to answer any questions. Bellman: The bellman was extremely helpful and respectful. He carried my luggage to the room quickly and with great manners, which made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. Overall: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I truly felt that the staff cared about the guests’ comfort. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was our first time visiting Egypt, and we had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff team, everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the animation team were very nice and welcoming. The hotel is also great. The pool is really big, and the beach was close to the hotel as well. There was a big variety of food and drinks that were all very good. Overall we had a great stay, and we would definitely come back!

Thought I'd leave a review for anyone who, like me, was a little suspicious of nine thousand or so reviews. The pool was lovely. Our room, a 'superior pool view', was excellent & cleaned daily. Most staff are very friendly, with only a few surly exceptions. The snorkelling from the hotel is amazing, but you need appropriate water shoes to walk out to it. We were able to sneak onto one of the other hotel's piers too, but they are very protective of them if you're not one of their own sheep. The variety of food on offer will cater for most tastes but is average in quality, and the all-inclusive canteen scramble for a table, and queues for food, did not make for an enjoyable dining experience. One evening we booked at the hotel's Greek restaurant but both of us contracted food poisoning, confining us to our room for the next 36 hrs. The alcoholic drinks tend to be weak, and the draught beers are half froth head in a small glass. If not on draught, they are from a can and often warm & flat. Coffee tends to be poor (Nescafe), but is good from the Lobby bar. Despite the evening meal dress code, many people wear tees & shorts - we saw one guy donning a vest, swimming shorts and hiking boots!? Suffice to say, if you dress for dinner, you may be the exception. The 'beach bar' and 'pool bar' are disappointing - just cabins at which you queue for drinks, then take back to your lounger. The Wifi is slow with sporadic connection.

A clean, modern location... but I'm sorry but I have to say that it's a communist location, too many restrictions... although I discussed the day before departure with the receptionists if I could stay in the room for a few hours until the airport transfer arrives at 7:30 PM, I was asked for 60 euros for 5 hours... I told them that it's inhumane to stay in the reception for 7 hours... they took my bracelet without being able to go to the beach without being able to go anywhere... although initially they told me that I had unlimited drinks in the reception that I could go to the buffet, after two coffees they changed their minds and told me that I couldn't drink anything anymore even though I had ordered, a gentleman came and told him at the bar not to offer me anything anymore... I felt terrible... I didn't come during my stay to beg for anything from anyone... I had similar incidents almost always when I went to dinner in the evening, my attention was always drawn to the fact that I didn't sit down at the table correct, they wanted to move me from the table to another place... I felt horrible, I felt like a criminal even though I paid for a single stay in a room with a sea view, the room was not exactly with a full sea view, even though I paid for all the amenities.... Shame 👎
