We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after us incredibly well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Mia from the entertainment team. She is absolutely amazing—so lovely, energetic, and genuinely caring. She made our experience even more enjoyable and always made sure everyone was having a great time. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and fantastic facilities. The weather was perfect, and the scenery around the resort made it such a relaxing place to stay. Everything felt well organised and comfortable, and all our needs were met throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday experience. Wonderful staff, a great atmosphere, and an amazing location. We would definitely love to come back again!

Our first trip to this hotel and to Egypt, and it won’t be our last. The hotel is amazing!! So clean, great food, fantastic facilities, entertainment - but it is the staff that truly make it special! The cleaners, the bar and restaurant staff, the management and the animation team - they are all so kind and can not do enough for you. Well done Team!!! A special shout to Ahmed at the splash bar who ensures our cocktails are never empty! We have enjoyed the entertainment and our son has really enjoyed the company of Mia who is here from sunny? Manchester ;) ! Really make us feel welcome!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The team have been incredibly accommodating and welcoming throughout our visit. The food has been good with a great variety, and as some of us are vegetarian, we really appreciated how accommodating they have been with dietary options especially Gomma who has gone out of his way to make something vegetarian on the station he is at taking extra care. Hasan at Aqua is always friendly and welcoming at lunchtime. The service has been friendly and attentive at all times. The animation team have been fun and really friendly, especially Mia and Mariaanne, Fares, Leo who brought great energy to the activities. The aqua classes have been really fun and energetic, making each day even more enjoyable. The rooms and the hotel overall have been very clean and well maintained, adding to a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are currently part way through our holiday at this incredible hotel, and I couldn’t wait until we got home to share how amazing it has been so far. From the moment we arrived, the service has been absolutely outstanding. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort is unbelievable, and our room is beautiful — with the sweetest surprise of lovely towel art from our cleaner that made our stay even more special. The food is delicious, and the staff are so attentive. Hassan at Aqua and Pandoro has been wonderful with our son Joseph, and we’ve really enjoyed getting to know Mahmoud and the chefs, who personally come to check on guests. At the Splash Bar, Ahmed remembers your drink order and makes sure your glass is never empty — such fantastic service! I was honestly quite nervous about traveling to Egypt, especially regarding food hygiene and the possibility of getting ill, but all those worries disappeared instantly. We already know we’ll be coming back. The animation team are also fantastic — so friendly, welcoming, and always making sure everyone is having a great time. Mariam is lovely, and we’ve especially loved spending time with Mia, a fellow northerner, who has been amazing with our son and truly goes above and beyond. Thank you to the entire Jaz team — from management to cleaners to gardeners — you have created something truly special here. We are having the most wonderful time and couldn’t recommend this hotel more

We are currently on holiday in the hotel.we with two other couples. What a nice surprise it is. There is a good selection of food which is good quality. The facilities are also good. Personnaly we love the Beach. A special big shot out to the Entertainment team who are amazing. They really do make you feel so included. The show last night was so funny I won’t spoil it for anyone else by putting the details on here, but rest assured it’s well worth watching, something you would expect to see in an English city and a larger theatre . All of the Entertainment team are great but one does stand out that’s “Sarina’ who is the most welcoming person who greets you with a smile everyday. She really brightens up your Day and adds to your holiday.
