I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. A special thank-you to Sun at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Sun was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made my stay even better. He provided great recommendations and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Sun. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is stunning in its beauty. I'll start with the hardworking employees specially James and Wu who are always smiling and of course the entire hotel staff who are always positive, warm, loving and friendly. How important it is to have good people and a supportive environment. A great breakfast. The beach of the hotel is perfect . The room is cleaned every day to a very high standard . The location of the hotel is excellent!! A few minutes drive and you reach the center And there is the peace and beauty of the hotel and you can sleep well. Highly recommend Amazing vacation.!!!!!! A fantastic stay, The resort and beach are beautiful. The staff were always welcoming, sweet and helpful I had to take away a star on location because it is situated on a very fast part of the road with zero sidewalks or accomodation for pedestrians and virtually no shopping or restaurants accessible. A walk to 7-11 is damn scary with the cars and bikes whipping by as you walk on the 4 lane highway Taxis are truly required for trips anywhere off the resort. I'm a motorcycle rider at home and rented a bike as usual here but even I had my heart in my throat getting in and out of the resort most times. Nothing can be done about that of course but it's worth knowing if you like to wander from your resort. We stayed in RM 116 which had a lovely view of the grounds and the sea.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, just 4 stars for the room because the shower was hard to get into and out of it. If you are older or have problems with your legs it‘s difficult. Other than that it‘s perfect. Food at the restaurant was good, the service was good, beach and pool were good, rent a motorcycle was easy. It was quiet but you could still reach the city fast.

I spent 13 days at the Impiana Resort Xavang Noi on Koh Samui and felt genuinely well taken care of from the very first moment. The entire team was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Within a short time, everyone knew my name and room number, and because I was traveling alone, they frequently checked in, asked about my plans, and offered helpful suggestions for my day. I want to highlight three wonderful team members who made my stay even better. Nana stood out with her exceptional attentiveness and warm personality. Man was always friendly, reliable, and quick to help with anything I needed. And Jub made every breakfast enjoyable with her kind support and positive attitude. This resort delivers true hospitality. I never felt like just a guest but rather like part of a family. Highly recommended.
