This hotel can be absolutely amazing, but there are a few things you should know before booking. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the view. We stayed in a Sea View room on the 4th floor, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. Waking up and seeing the ocean every morning never got old. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend paying extra for a Sea View room, ideally on the 4th floor. In my opinion, rooms facing the road could completely change your experience and might even ruin your vacation. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The grounds are full of tropical plants and are extremely well maintained. The beach is gorgeous, exactly what you imagine when you think of a tropical island getaway. The pool is also fantastic, with an incredible view overlooking the sea. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned very well every day, and it always smelled fresh and pleasant when we came back. Breakfast is not huge or luxurious, but everything we tried was tasty. Most of the options are Thai dishes, which we actually enjoyed. Now for the downsides. The location can be a problem if you’re not prepared. The hotel sits right next to a high-speed road, and despite what it may look like on the map, walking anywhere is basically not an option. Even if you think you’ll be able to walk to nearby places, you probably won’t. Because of that, I would only stay here if you’re renting a scooter or are comfortable taking taxis everywhere. Transportation on Koh Samui is not cheap, and taxi costs can add up quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the incredible sea view, beautiful beach, great pool, and lovely hotel grounds. Just make sure you book a Sea View room and think about transportation before you arrive. Those two things can make the difference between an amazing vacation and a disappointing one.

Exceptional stay! The true heart of this resort is the staff. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located right on a stunning beachfront with crystal-clear turquoise water. The grounds are beautifully green and peaceful, offering a calm escape away from the busy city center. The real highlight, however, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always smiling especially the chef Mas at the restaurant and the lovely lady Vive at reception. They truly made our stay special. Highly recommended!

Excellent resort with private beach. If you're looking for a relaxing place in Koh Samui Impiana is a beautifully kept resort including buffet breakfast. Staff go out of their way to be hospitable. Especially Guitar - she was super helpful at check-in as I arrived too early she was very kind and allowed me to enjoy the resort while my room was being cleaned. and Aung helped me change my room to one that suited my needs more. I highly recommend staying here as it has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday without having yk leave the resort. The beach is the added bonus - crystal clear turquoise

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Impiana. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and inviting, perfect for both short getaways and longer vacations. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I would especially like to highlight Sun at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and a genuine smile. Sun went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, whether it was assisting with check-in, giving recommendations, or helping with any requests. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made a difference in my experience. Thank you, Sun!

DO NOT Bring your business to this hotel! Their customer service is absolutely shocking. They do not know how to treat their guests and they do not not value their customers. I have been a regular customer of theirs and I have brought several of my friends to stay in their hotel. Yet the attitude of the staff who work at the hotel is rude and unacceptable. They do not understand how to treat and keep their customers (especially locals who live on the island) and their staff are in SERIOUSE NEED of training!!! Their staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. They have no clue how to interact with customer appropriately! DO NOT waste your money coming to this hotel. They have lost a customer for life in me, and I will NEVER bring them business again.
