We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. The resort was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. A special thank you to Mint for her exceptional service, kindness, and cooperation. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. She truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. ❤️ Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again!

Amari Koh Samui is truly an excellent and highly recommendable hotel. The location is ideal: close to the city center yet wonderfully quiet, with a beautiful beach nearby. The entire staff, from the reception and hotel management to the service team, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even with organizational matters, such as coordinating flight changes with Bangkok Airways, the reception team supported us actively and with great dedication. And not to forget: the breakfast buffet is fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruits, and an abundance of high-quality food. One additional point about the location: the hotel is very close to Koh Samui Airport, which is both an advantage and, depending on personal preference, a minor drawback. The transfer between the airport and the hotel takes only about 10 minutes, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. However, aircraft pass relatively close to the hotel at a fairly low altitude during takeoff and landing, and at times the noise can be noticeable. About 200 meters to the left of the hotel, towards the town center, planes fly directly overhead on their final approach to the runway. For us, this was a small trade-off compared to the convenience of the short transfer and the many positive aspects of the hotel. All in all, it is a place where you simply feel completely comfortable and very well looked after.

Very good resort, great swimming pools, beautiful beach although it doesnt seems a good one to swim. For us was more about the location that its perfect. Great breakfast with many options - buffet style which I love. The only issue was de Kids Club, altough its a great place the staff is not friendly at all, they are there only to open the door and hand a paper to sign than they go sit and stay scrolling through the telephone in place of offering options to the kids play or interact with them. They have mostly paid activities and otherwise 2 days in the week with little free activities (we didnt get any of them). The toys are not attractive to the kids and mostly mixed inside a toddler tent. I wonder if the manager ever walk around to realize that they have built an amazing place where kids dont really play. I saw in the first day 3 staff inside and than 2 and 1.. all of them doing absolutly nothing.. sometimes 2 of them are sitting just scrolling on their telefoon .. Then they have a nice playground outside which no soul dare to play since the sun hits hard from the morning until sunset and no one tought would be necessary shadow to not burn playing. So for the Kids Club I give 1 star.. I mean the only good thing is doing a paid activity that will be done in 1 our or playing video game, which os not for what u send ur child there.. you expect them to be able to play withouth screen time otherwise they can use ipads in the rooms.

I got married here in July 2026, it was absolutely amazing the flowers were amazing they smelled so good and so many of them back in Australia they would of cost a fortune, the food was 5 star all our guests said it was the best food they had had on the island. We had the traditional Thai drums it was stunning highly recommend for a special touch that no one else has at there wedding our guests loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they were there to help with anything. My wedding planner and her beautiful staff where wonderful, I was a little nervous about planning a wedding online and would it all go to plan, but 100% I couldn’t of asked for a better wedding location it was better than I could of ever imagined. My dream wedding!!! The accommodation was great like being up in a tree house. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone out there looking to get married in Koh Samui. I have attached photos of the ceremony arch and the Thai drums and also the reception absolutely amazing can’t wait to come back here. Xx

The location is a little far from all the restaurants and the beach near the hotel is not good. You have to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get to a nice beach. The good thing about the location is that is very quiet. Pool towels were not available all the time. Great breakfast, and the rooms are very nice.
