We had a fabulous stay at Bandara Resort - the meals, especially the variety of culturally different choices, were exceptional. The room was wonderful and the amenities at the resort were top class. What really made our stay so memorable and enjoyable were your staff - they are the most beautiful group of people we have ever met - could not fault anyone! From the moment we arrived, to the minute we left they were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Bandara - have already recommended to friends and family! The ONLY thing that I would like to mention is we had the meal package and did not realize we could not use it for lunch on the last day. We assumed we had a full 10 days' worth of meal choices (2 meals/day). Thank you so much for a great holiday. Look forward to staying and seeing you all again.

Our stay at Bandara Spa Resort Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The warm reception with refreshing drinks and cold towels was just the beginning of an unforgettable experience. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and spotless. The gardens, pathways, pools, and beach areas are cared for with incredible attention to detail. Our room was stunning, comfortable, and impeccably cleaned every day. Everything felt fresh, luxurious, and relaxing. One feature we absolutely loved was the resort app. It made everything so easy and convenient. Whether it was ordering in-room dining, requesting housekeeping, arranging transportation, booking activities, or even asking for small essentials like toiletries, everything was just a few taps away. The service was fast, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The variety of food was incredible, and every dish felt freshly prepared with care and passion. The quality exceeded our expectations every single day. The beach was simply perfect—clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Despite being a family-friendly resort, the atmosphere was surprisingly calm and relaxing. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy paradise. What truly made this resort special, however, was the staff. Every single team member was kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had the best possible experience. They regularly checked in to see if everything was okay and always went above and beyond to help. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day. Everything came together perfectly: the beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, fantastic food, comfort, convenience, and the wonderful atmosphere. This was honestly one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. Bandara Spa Resort Koh Samui completely enchanted us. It wasn’t just a vacation—it felt like pure magic. We would return every year without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special and unforgettable stay. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories. While we enjoyed our stay at the Bandara and the staff were so nice we were disappointed in a few things. 1. The sand on the beach was gritty. 2. The sea water had a layer of slime above the sea bed which was awful to walk on. I'm sure this could be dredged every so often. 3. The room finish was really poor and the decor outdated. In need of a serious upgrade. The quality of the room finish workmanship was really poor. I think a lot of attention was been spent on the common areas while the rooms have been neglected. 4. Also the price of food and drink at the bar was the most expensive we paid in the entire fisherman's village.

Title: An honest analysis for Villa guests: Great location, but service needs improvement We recently stayed for 4 nights in one of the villas during the off-season. To be completely honest, there were plenty of other hotels in the exact same area offering similar features for half or even a third of the price. However, we intentionally chose to pay a premium because we wanted a luxury experience and high-end service. Unfortunately, despite paying for a premium stay, we were left deeply disappointed. While the room quality was good and the food (especially the pizza and burgers) was delicious, the resort's service and management fell far short of 5-star standards. Here is an objective breakdown of our experience: Pros: Location: The resort is in a very convenient location in Bophut, within easy walking distance to nearby attractions and local spots. Target Audience: This resort seems ideally suited for families with young children and older demographics looking for a quiet, family-oriented atmosphere. Cons & Areas for Improvement: Not Ideal for Young Couples: For young couples, newlyweds, or travelers in their 30s and 40s seeking a dynamic, premium hospitality experience, this might not be the best fit. We truly hoped this resort would be a place that made us feel the real value of our money, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Service & Staff Attitude: At 10:50 AM, I went to the pool bar and was told to return in 10 minutes. When I came back at 11:30 AM, the female bartender showed a very unwelcoming, moody attitude just for taking a drink order. When guests pay premium rates for luxury, they should feel welcomed, not like a burden to the staff. Communication & Minibar: The staff's English proficiency is highly insufficient for an international resort. Our simple request to have only lemon soda and extra water (no Coca-Cola or Sprite) in the minibar was completely ignored, and they just left whatever they pleased. Housekeeping: Despite our constructive attitude, housekeeping was weak. Changing the beach towels only once every two days in this hot and humid weather is not acceptable. Beach & Sea: The beach area was quite dirty, and the sea water in this specific location was unfortunately not clean during our stay. Breakfast: While the villa-specific breakfast options were decent, the general buffet breakfast was very limited and weak. High standards should be consistent across all areas. In summary, we don't want to completely criticize the property because it has its strengths. However, when you bypass budget-friendly options specifically to buy a "luxury experience," you expect the hospitality to match. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to bring the service quality up to its true potential.

We had an amazing stay at the Bandara Spa Resort & Pool Villas in Koh Samui. It was a lovely place to relax with three pools and one of those was an adult only pool. The gardens are all well maintained and you are located right on the beach. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff are amazing and work really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. All the food that we ate was amazing and very tasty. Great location only 10 minutes walk from Fisherman's Village with local shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again.
