Kids club here is GREAT. Super spacious and clean. Staff are great. Mehmet plays with the kids like they're his little siblings, my boys loved it. Overall resort is amazing - built to completely serve families and children - super big so you dont feel claustrophobic and super clean and the ultra all inclusive package has been great. High quality food and a team of servers that can handle large crowds and volumes without showing a tiny bit of stress. Great resort- coming back next year.

Just back from an absolutely fantastic stay at IC Green Palace and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect hotel for families – the grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and there’s so much space that it never feels overcrowded. The pools, beach access, water slides and activities kept the kids entertained from morning to night, which made the holiday so much more relaxing for us as parents. The food was excellent with loads of choice every day, plenty to keep even fussy eaters happy, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, hardworking and always happy to help. Service around the pool was a brilliant touch too. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well looked after, and the whole place had that proper luxury all-inclusive feel without being stuffy. If you’re looking for a family holiday in Antalya where the kids are entertained and the adults can actually relax, IC Green Palace is a superb choice. We’d happily return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am currently staying at this hotel as part of a large family holiday with 17 people, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. The rooms are extremely dated and in need of refurbishment, especially considering that this was not a cheap holiday. For the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service. The air conditioning in our room has not worked properly, and we even discovered bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Our hairdryer also stopped working and only got fixed after we complained. Another major concern was a significant water leak from the ceiling in the corridor next to the gym, which was on the route to our room. As we are travelling with two young children aged 4 and 6, this created a genuine safety hazard, as we had to walk through the area while trying to avoid slipping on the wet floor. Once again, the issue was only addressed after we complained. The customer service has been equally disappointing. Many of the staff come across as rude and unhelpful, and it often feels like the only way to get anything resolved is to make a complaint. For example, I called reception to ask about a late checkout and was immediately told that it was not possible. However, guests in the room next to us were later given a complimentary late checkout, which left me feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, it feels as though guests are expected to accept poor standards unless they actively complain. I have stayed at several hotels in Antalya over the years and have never experienced this level of poor service or so many issues. Given the price we paid, the overall standard has been extremely disappointing and well below expectations. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly suggest that anyone considering staying here looks elsewhere.

Our stay at IC Green Place Resort was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The resort offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings that created a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Murat at the Mixology Bar for being so welcoming and creating an outstanding cocktail experience every evening. His passion, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made our nights memorable. We would also like to sincerely thank Burhen, the manager, and Berk, the supervisor at the Mixology Cocktail Bar, for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and excellent service throughout our stay. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Iin Therapy at the spa for the incredible spa treatments and especially for the wonderful baby massage experience for our two-year-old daughter. The care, patience, and gentle approach made it such a relaxing and special experience for our family. The level of service across the entire resort was truly first-class, and every member of staff made us feel valued and cared for. We highly recommend IC Green Place Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly, and unforgettable holiday experience. We cannot wait to return again soon!

Wouldn’t go here again. Kids Club is over hyped and pointless. They do not guarantee watching your kids, and say so when you check them in. My 11, 9, and 5 year old were allow to leave at 9 pm (and then allowed to come back) on their own. Service is hit or miss. The food is good enough but very crowded. No ATM on site and spa guy is not only pushy but some masseuses are clearly unqualified. Salon haircuts are good but manicures and pedicures are awful. Guest services has good staff but some rude staff. Good budget resort, not an actual five-star.
