This place is huge. You have to walk miles to get from one spot to the next. They have shuttles but they never seem to be around when you need one or they're all going in the wrong direction or you get told it's not for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was hard to get in and out off because the sides are too high and too wide with no hand rails. The food at all of the restaurants was very good. The beach was very nice. The pool was huge. I'd look for something more intimate next time.

Ingrid is the best!!!!!!!!!! She made our stay incredible and was the warmest, friendliest face in the lobby. She helped us with everything, including connecting us with the right people to book the trips to Chichen Itza and Playa del Carmen. She always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we were enjoying everything. She even helped us when she wasn’t at the hotel yet for her day. She went above and beyond and she is the reason I give 5 stars. Editing my review to add that Adan was fantastic at the Japanese restaurant. I laughed so hard at his jokes and the food he prepared was amazing! Thank you Adan for the great last night. Erik gave us a couple of golf cart rides and was so friendly. Erik remembered our names right away and made us laugh the whole ride to our room. Omar was also awesome, gave us golf cart rides and helped us find the Brazilian restaurant in time for our reservation and even took us on a shortcut. Catalina also was so friendly and helped us book our Chichen Itza trip!!

Was more than welcome were expecting! Everything was a 10 (the first day the party pool was really dirty. But it seemed to get fixed the next day.So I have a feeling there was a pump down) We went to the pool on the other side.And I rented a cabana for about thirty dollars a day. Money well spent so that you are guaranteed.A place by the pool. Make sure you go to the swim up to get a drink from christopher or francisco. If you don't want to swim up to the bar, I highly recommend William. He went over and above for everything. I'd like to name one server but ALL of the servers for breakfast and dinner were amazing. We did the shows and they were great. Another highlight of the trip was the chef (taller one) (OCTAVIO) coming out and saying hello, everyday. I hope I can come back and put his name in here cuz it is slipping my mind right now. He found out it was my first time in mexico.And he would bring me something new to try every day. I've seen him carrying plates/ mugs etc for the servers so that they could do their job well. That is a leader not a boss. I love that

We spent a week at this resort. Pools are salt water, clean and amazing. Lazy river is great (need a few more resort supplied floaties please). The beach is flawless. The Buffet was superb - amazing selection, service and food quality. The only downside of the entire stay was the quality of the meal at the Steakhouse - food was very sub-par(ordered a filet - it was a tough small baseball sirloin dressed up like a filet) garlic mashed was insta-mix, main and sides arrived seperately like an assembly line. We went to the buffet after as it was so underwhelming (and cancelled our other "restaurant" reservations because we didn't want to take the chance). Everything else about this resort was simply incredible! (Don't let the steakhouse review detract from the rest - we will absolutely be going back)

We had a great time here for our vacation! We started off the week by first meeting Marshall upon entrance! He changed our whole experience and made everything so amazing and enjoyable! He helped my boyfriend plan an amazing engagement and got him set up with the right people!! Marshall treated us like family and made us feel so at home! Would come back just to visit him again! 🤍🤍
