Staff were great from moment we arrived very helpful and very attentive explained the all enclusive and what we got included the mini bar in room which was restocked every day. Food was fantatic always lots of choice and great quality entertainment at night very good as well. We had a direct path from hotel to beach front which is worth exploring. Its a bug hotel but doesn't feel like it always lots of space and u can always find somewhere to sit . Will definitely come back:)

A paradise of relaxation, where kindness and being pampered are part of everyday life. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the common areas are spotless, vast, and beautifully arranged. The idea of having a free ice and water dispenser on every floor is simply fantastic. The breakfast buffet is straight out of “One Thousand and One Nights.” The staff is courteous and always ready to help. There truly is something for everyone! If you want to enjoy the paradise of Costa Adeje, this is definitely the right place to “set camp.” From breakfast to the late evening, including pool time and dinner, various artists perform and create the perfect atmosphere with music and shows. Have you ever had breakfast while someone plays the harp beautifully just a few steps away? I have — and it happened in this wonderful hotel.

Hotel fabulous! Arrived in the evening got told to go for dinner before going to our room as buffet about to close so we did. Did not get a welcome drink but no worries food more important! Food fantastic was worried as they also offer all inclusive too (we were half board) as we find some hotels that offer all inc it shows with the food being poor quality but we were surprised how good it was! You even get free ice cream or a drink around the pool on most days we even got a glass of champagne what a nice touch. Our room was on the road and tad noisy for us they did move us to the back and we slept like babies Reserved sunbeds around pool brilliant idea, Carmella is a real asset to the hotel and is so friendly she will look after you regarding your sunbeds no trouble! We went out most evenings plenty to do with bars, restaurants on your doorstep. We are already planning our next trip to this lovely hotel.

Needed a week in the sun, doing nothing,going nowhere.....perfect. From the friendly greeting at reception ( which smells devine),to the waiting and bar staff,pool staff,entertainment team and even the cleaners.....so polite and cheerful. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. We opted for bed and breakfast and I cannot think of a single thing not offered every day. It was so good we chose to stay for the Moroccan and Itallian themed nights. €40 pp or €45 with drinks. Very good value for money. The standard and choice was exceptional. The hotel uses an app for information, sunbed bookings, monitor bar bills etc and the facility to pay the bill whenever you want. I joined in the aqua classed which was a fun time due to the entertainment guys. The only down Side for me had nothing to do with the hotel, it was more the surrounding area which is very commercialised however if you chose to not go out ( as many people did) you wouldn't miss much. Definitely the best hotel we've been to in a good while.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. We did b&b with star prestige as we knew we would eat out most nights. Ate in the Gourmet Kitchen the first night, food and service was a bit hit and miss and a little disappointing after some of the reviews I'd read. Hotel is great, 2 star prestige pool areas with snacks and alcoholic drinks available 10-7 everyday. Good selection of food and self service drinks so you won't go short. Breakfast was great with loads of choices and even live music as you enter some mornings. Room was a little small, however our balcony more than made up for it with an amazing view, hot tub, sun beds and hammock. Can't understand why a fabulous room like this described as a double had 2 single beds pushed together with single bedding but we put up with that. Bathroom smelled a bit drainy at various points throughout the stay, and the glass doors don't make for the most private bathrooms but again this wasn't enough to dampen our experience. Overall great stay and would definitely return.
