Fabulous hotel, reception staff were on point and very very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We booked the side sea view room and it was vert spacious and spotlessly cleaned. We even got a turn down service with a chocolate on our first night. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for finding my friend's two silver rings, which were of sentimental value and irreplaceable. For the reception staff keeping the safe and with frequent updates. Highly recommend

First class attractive hotel, spotlessly clean and ideally located on beach front with easy access to Board Walk. Room was delightful. All staff provided high levels of customer service: special thanks to Anna on reception and Yaiza in the restaurant. Food was excellent with wide range of breakfast and evening meal buffet choices and chefs cooking individual made to order options. Will definitely be returning next year.

Beautiful location and friendly staff, especially at breakfast and by the pool, but the room experience didn’t match the price or expectations. We were promised one large bed for our baby, but found two twin beds pushed together late at night and were told the next day it couldn’t be changed. One of the spare sheets was dirty and stained, the coffee machine was broken and only replaced after some back-and-forth, and there’s no dim lighting in the room. Basic amenities like toothbrushes or slippers weren’t provided. The nightly price was high, and after booking we saw the hotel lower its rates, which made the stay feel less worth it. Overall, not the level of comfort or value expected for this category of hotel.

It’s disgusting to repeatedly find leftover food on the underside of the plates. We stayed here in April, and it was shocking to discover that the backs of the breakfast and dinner plates were not cleaned properly. We’re not talking about small specks of food; on one occasion I found a fruit pip stuck to the back of a plate. You could take a different plate, but virtually all of them had some kind of mess. The backs of the plates were not rinsed with water, let alone properly washed with soap. This seems like a strange corner to cut, has serious hygiene implications, and kept putting me off my food – which wasn’t great to begin with. On one occasion I went to dinner alone and informed the young, tall, slender staff member standing nearby that the dinner buffet should be added to the bill, as it hadn’t been paid for in advance. Although he appeared to add it via his tablet and the matter seemed settled, I was repeatedly interrupted whilst eating by an elderly, rude waiter who kept interrogating me about whether I had paid, quizzed me on my room number, and even requested to see and scan my room card. A very disappointing experience. It was distressing to see the turtle and fish enclosure every day. These animals should be out in the wild, not trapped in a small space. They seemed so bored – the mere presence of someone standing nearby made them so excited. It wasn’t a peaceful stay as there were lots of unruly children. The free water was a positive.

This was our third time at Iberostar Selection Coral Beach Marbella, and it was as phenomenal as ever! From check-in to departure, the service was impeccable, with every staff member ensuring a perfect stay. The hotel’s luxurious facilities and prime beachfront location never fail to impress. Special thanks to Mike for his vibrant daytime entertainment, making every activity a blast. Chiarra’s incredible massage, leaving me relaxed and refreshed. Alejandro Urbano, the bar staff, elevated our poolside experience by delivering drinks to our loungers with a smile. Nicole, the lifeguard, was always friendly and helpful, adding warmth to our days. The outdoor breakfast staff were outstanding, serving delicious meals with genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return to this gem of a hotel. Highly recommend it for a luxurious, unforgettable getaway!
