Nice hotel with plenty to do. I stayed at the very beginning of the summer season (April) and found the evening entertainment lacking but I believe it improves once the summer kicks in. Plenty of choice for food at the buffet. The Beach Club is fantastic, loved the pools there especially. Not actually at the beach but by the sea. Hotel rooms are clean & comfortable. This hotel & complex is absolutely huge and my kids loved the tropical theme & the little turtles. Not recommended for couples but great for families.

I stayed at Polynesia World for 4 days and 3 nights on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing. The hotel looks impressive at first glance because of its size and decoration, but in my opinion, much of it is style over substance. The food was consistently poor, and the drinks included in the all-inclusive package were often barely drinkable. For a resort of this category, the quality simply did not match expectations. I was also disappointed to see birds kept in cages and turtles living in an artificial environment, especially considering the hotel's strong environmental messaging. Guests are constantly reminded to save water, the toilet paper is presented as recycled but is of very poor quality, and the air conditioning automatically switches off whenever the terrace door is opened or when guests leave the room. During the hot weather, returning to a warm room was extremely uncomfortable. There were also several maintenance and practicality issues: no bath mat in the bathroom, no bathroom bin, and the shower cabin only had handles on the outside. To make matters worse, one of the bed legs broke while my partner and I were simply lying on it. The hotel is poorly signposted and very confusing to navigate. During the first couple of days, we repeatedly got lost trying to find our way around. The spa was another major disappointment. I paid €75 for a manicure and pedicure, expecting a premium hotel-spa experience. Instead, the treatment room was so small that it was difficult to move comfortably. The pedicure was performed while I sat on a chair with my feet in a wooden basin, which felt very basic for a €50 treatment. The products used also appeared very ordinary and did not reflect the prices being charged. The one thing that truly stands out at this hotel is the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional and welcoming. From housekeeping to reception, restaurant staff, bar staff, pool entertainers and spa employees, they consistently provided excellent service. A special thank you to Marta from the entertainment team, to Libertad at the spa, and to the receptionist at the spa with the beautiful "Never Give Up" tattoo on her neck, whose kindness genuinely improved my experience. I would also like to acknowledge the shuttle bus drivers who work tirelessly in the Andalusian heat, often without air-conditioned vehicles, yet still greet guests with a smile and exceptional warmth. The staff are the reason this review is not even lower. They do their best every day and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the quality of the facilities, food, drinks and services did not justify the price paid, and I left feeling disappointed by what was advertised as an all-inclusive resort experience.

Beautiful resort and we ended up having a wonderful family holiday, but the check-in experience unfortunately started the trip on the wrong foot. Due to a change in our travel plans, I had booked a suite with jacuzzi for the first night and a junior suite for the remaining nights. At check-in, reception repeatedly tried to convince us to switch to a junior suite without jacuzzi for the entire stay. After travelling all the way from Amsterdam with young children and an overnight stop in Madrid, this was the last discussion we wanted to have — especially because we had already promised our children the jacuzzi experience. In the end everything worked out and we truly enjoyed the resort, the pools, the atmosphere and our stay in Benalmádena. But I do think the arrival experience could have been handled with more empathy and less pressure after such a long journey.

I thank Begoña Moreno and Daniel Rios. It's good that in such exclusive places like this they have such an exceptional staff. This makes a great hotel, the facilities speak for themselves. But the staff stands out with their warmth. Outstanding Family Holiday at Holiday World Polynesia Hotel We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Polynesia World Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful Polynesian-themed design, lush surroundings, and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is stunning and feels like a tropical paradise. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families. The pools, entertainment program, and activities for both children and adults were excellent. There was always something fun to do, and the resort created a wonderful holiday atmosphere. The food exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinners and the high quality of the buffet. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we have had. The combination of excellent service, fantastic facilities, beautiful surroundings, and great food made our holiday truly memorable.
