We LOVED this resort! Ignore any of the negative comments or reviews on Facebook groups, etc - this resort is wonderful. Vantage Club is well worth the upgrade - the rooftop pool views and the Vantage club bar are amazing. Must try an espresso martini and smoked old fashioned in the vantage club bar. The main pools are very nice, and often have afternoon entertainment. The beach club is a must. All 3 of our days, we hopped on the 9am (first) shuttle of the day and got prime seating. Several lounges to choose from, we just loved one of the two day beds (free below the pools.) It's a 5 minute shuttle ride and the drinks and food are great. Check out the restaurant upstairs for their guac, green bean hummus and shrimp tacos. We then would head back to the resort early afternoon (shuttle was always there for us waiting) and enjoy the main pools for a bit. Then, we ended each afternoon in the roof top pool, sometimes until the sunset. 8/8:30 dinner reservations worked perfectly with that timeline. The breakfast and lunch buffets were huge, so many options and very good. For breakfast, our favorite was the omelet station. For lunch, we loved the steak fajitas, rice, fresh grilled veggies, etc. Must try at the restaurants are Mediterraneo: Plato Mezze and Short Rib!! Oishii: Fried Gyozas, any sushi roll, and Robata (grilled skewers - get several!) Vivid Bites food truck is so good at any time - amazing quesadilla! You won't go hungry here. Our room was large, with a beautiful view of the golf course (would recommend). I requested not the top floor due to noise complaint reviews, so we were on the 9th floor in our vantage room - would recommend. I could go on and on, but take my advice and go! There's entertainment to check out nightly/daily, food and drinks were amazing (don julio and fresca was my drink of choice), and everyone was so friendly. Oh, be sure to check out the "secret bar" Serenity, especially for sunset. Enter through the Italian restaurant - we were sad we didn't find it before our last night. Enjoy your time, we can't wait to go back!

The resort was aesthetically pleasing and visually beautiful, but overall pretty small. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I also wasn’t overly impressed. Maybe I’m a little spoiled because I’ve been to quite a few other all-inclusive resorts, but I was honestly surprised by all the 5-star reviews. The food was unfortunately horrible overall, and the drinks were extremely watered down. We had club access, but it really didn’t seem to make much of a difference. Room service also cut off at 10:30 PM and came with a $10 fee, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. We actually ended up leaving the resort for dinner on our last night because we just couldn’t do the food anymore. The beach club food in particular was atrocious. The rooftop pool was definitely my favorite part of the resort and probably the highlight of the trip there. The beach itself could have been nice, but the sargassum was horrible. In my experience at other all-inclusive resorts, there are usually staff members actively cleaning it up throughout the day, which I didn’t really see here. That being said, all of the staff were very sweet, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.

Had a wonderful experience! The rooms, pools, beach, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful. The food is the only thing I’d say wasn’t wonderful. Special shoutout to Noe - he was our absolute favorite. He went above and beyond to take such great care of us and has the kindest heart. Cesar on the entertainment staff was also incredible in leading the events. We did the Vantage Club which I would recommend, because it gives you access to the rooftop infinity pool. It is definitely more relaxing and quiet up here with an incredible view. I did not have any problem with taking the shuttle to the beach, it was very quick and easy, and nice to get off the property a little. We never had a problem at the beach or pool finding chairs, even if it was late afternoon or the middle of the day. There is so much to do from water cycling, margarita making classes, a Mexican market, live music. I would say the food wasn’t amazing. It was all edible and many people enjoyed it. Relative to other all inclusives it is probably pretty good. However this was the only thing I didn’t fully enjoy. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Everything is new and modern and the views are remarkable.

This has been a great vacation! I planned this vacation for a 25th birthday and it was the best birthday ever. I had help with a travle agent, Ivon at November Destination. She made it so easy, so informative and so much fun. I wouldn't have done it differently, we will definitely use her for all of our travle. Hyatt Vivid Grand Island was beautiful, beyond beautiful. It was a great week, very fun, the service was out of this world, the food has been great, the drinks and top-notch! I cannot do anything but rave about Hyatt Vivid Grand Island! We can't wait to come back soon!

I’ve had a great time here, the pool was nice and relaxing. My favorite place is the Beach Club, it had great aesthetics and a beautiful beach and pool area. Caesar is a great host for all activities at the hotel. At the beach club big shout out to Edwardo for the great service and great drinks. We also appreciate Sami, Ivan, and Olivia for being awesome servers at Ennea Thank you Esteban for serving us at Aglio. Breakfast Buffet servers were all great too. Loved the variety of options to eat each morning! Overall all the staff are really friendly and made the experience worth it! The amenities are beautiful and hope to come back here again soon
