Great luxury resort with awesome rooms including walk-in closet. The rooms are clean and provide all relevant amenities. The food in the different restaurants was subpar and surprising considering that there is not really anything around. We ordered room service and while the burger was decent, the desserts were appalling. A microwaved cheesecake, covered with some jam to disguise the mess, a frozen brownie tasting of the plastic it was wrapped in with an even more plasticky ice cream on top was not what we expected. The staff and especially Javier (barkeeper) are very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is quite far away from everything but theoretically you can get everything you need directly there.

Spectacular hotel, beautifully maintained facilities, and a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The food was very good, varied, and high quality, but above all I would like to sincerely thank Marco Musing, the restaurant manager. I have several food allergies, and when traveling it is usually quite difficult to find safe options, especially for dinner. Marco was attentive every single day, making everything much easier for me, offering alternatives, and preparing adapted meals and dinners for me on the spot whenever needed. It is incredibly reassuring to find someone so attentive, approachable, and professional. Thank you so much for the care and for making my stay so easy and enjoyable. Definitely a place I would return to.

Hacienda del Conde offers a peaceful retreat in the quieter northern part of Tenerife, surrounded by dramatic landscapes and coastal views. The property itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that feel calm and elegant while offering impressive views across the surrounding golf course and coastline. The setting naturally lends itself to relaxation, making it an ideal place to slow down and enjoy the scenery. Service throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and discreet, exactly the level of hospitality expected from a luxury property. The food offering was particularly impressive. Each meal felt carefully prepared, with a strong selection of meats, fish, and cheeses, alongside a well-presented continental buffet. The overall dining experience consistently felt closer to fine dining than a typical hotel restaurant. The spa is also worth mentioning, offering a calm and restorative environment that complements the hotel’s tranquil atmosphere. Overall, Hacienda del Conde delivers a refined and relaxing stay with excellent food, attentive service, and a beautiful natural setting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional! Hacienda del Conde is pure perfection. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The food is of outstanding quality — every meal felt like fine dining. Service is top-class: truly luxurious yet always discreet. The spa is exceptional too — I had a massage I wished would never end, and a pedicure that was honestly one of the best of my life (and I’ve had many, so I can say that with confidence!). A peaceful, elegant place that exceeds every expectation. I can’t wait to come back!

Before you go to this hotel, filter the latest comments. It turns out that it used to be a high-class hotel but not anymore and the latest comments definitely indicate that. I stayed for one night, and they stole all the cash from my room and a bag that was important to me. The hotel's service was shocking on the subject. No answers. No help. They sent me to the police station and said that only after that they would investigate. After spending hours at the police station, and I sent the requested report. They are spreading strange answers to me, how in a hotel like this do they steal so much money?! And is everything okay? In addition, the service is unpleasant, angry and irritable. Caution
