We had the most wonderful one-week stay at this fantastic family resort, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What impressed us the most was the Kids Club. The entire team was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated. A special thank you goes to Annie and Namfon, who took exceptional care of our little one (1y). We always felt completely comfortable and confident knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. The daily program was creative, engaging, and varied — there was something exciting happening every single day. We also really appreciated that the Kids Club was cleaned thoroughly for an hour every day, which gave us great peace of mind. The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful, modern, and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The pools are fantastic and perfect for families, and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to start the day right. All staff members throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. For us, the week truly could not have been more perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family with little kids looking for a relaxing and joyful vacation experience. We would return without hesitation!

We had such a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach and truly enjoyed every moment of it. Since our arrival flight was very early in the morning, we were a bit worried about check-in, but the staff kindly helped us check in as quickly as possible, which made a huge difference after a long journey. Our departure flight was in the evening, and they were also very considerate with our late check-out request, allowing us to relax comfortably until it was time to leave. They also accommodated all of our requests with kindness and care. As we were visiting for our honeymoon, we especially appreciated how thoughtful and considerate the team was in helping us enjoy such a special trip together. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also experienced a power outage during our visit, but the way the team handled the situation was very impressive. They responded quickly, communicated well, and showed genuine care for the guests, which left a strong impression on us. A very special thank you to Mimi and Mink for making our stay even more special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality meant a lot to us, and we are truly grateful for the care they showed throughout our stay. Thanks to the entire team, we were able to make such wonderful memories in Koh Samui. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit.

Great time with family … hotel is beautiful and has a lot of paid activities for the kids to keep them busy and some free. Staff are nice specially Jhon from the towel station and most of the pool bar staff as well..everything was clean and great to be honest… the location is perfect if you have young kids, everything is around you its great! only downside to the hotel is the breakfast could use a bigger selection and they cater too much to a certain group that was very uncomfortable for us as they were always talking loudly and acting rudely around the pool yelling in hebrew. Last thing shakshooka is egyptain!

Where should I start? I have never seen such a disappointing hotel as the Holiday Inn Bophut. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM and, of course, we understood that check-in would only be available from 3:00 PM. My mother wanted to drink some water, which is something that is normally available in a hotel lobby. However, she was told to go to the nearby 7-Eleven and buy some water herself. Nevertheless, we were able to check in around 12:00 PM. The rooms are extremely noisy. Guests were playing loud music in their rooms until around 11:00 PM, and there were even people playing football nearby. It was impossible to get a peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast service was an absolute disaster. The staff seemed overwhelmed all the time, especially the lady standing at the entrance every day, asking for room numbers. She has a long ponytail and wears a headset. Every single day, only we were told at 10:30 AM that we should go to the buffet because it was about to close. The buffet officially closes at 11:00 AM. It felt like they simply wanted to clean everything up early and get rid of the guests. The breakfast selection was exactly the same every day, with very little variety. The pool is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. There are also far too few sunbeds both around the pool and on the beach. There are only eight beach loungers available in total. So think carefully before spending this much money on this hotel. There are much better hotels in Chaweng, and Chaweng Beach is also far more beautiful. The beach in Bophut is very unattractive, full of seaweed and algae. The stones are large and rough, making it uncomfortable and even painful to walk into the water. The only positive thing about this hotel is the Fisherman’s Village right next door. Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid, and I would not stay here .

Recently stayed for 6 nights. Amazing hotel for adults and kids. The kids club, pools, slides, gym are all amazing. We went to the Circus one night which the kids loved. Our room was amazing, and the cleaners were 11/10. The only thing we would change is the location of the pilates / yoga. It is on the grass outside where people are eating breakfast, so not the best spot for quietness. Other than this, we couldn't fault the Holiday Inn at Koh Samui. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the night markets are great too.
