We had our dinner today at Maxel restaurant, the food was great , we specially liked the sea food varieties, the grouper fish was amazing and the shrimp with Mexican spices was delicious. Thanks for Ignacio our server he was amazing always has a nice smile happy to answer any question about the food and provided us with nice details on which area in Mexico that cooks with this method and style , thanks Ignacio for making our dinner very enjoyable. On the next day we had our dinner at Auma restaurant, the food was great and portion was generous, our waiter Rudy was helpful and understood our restrictions since we don't drink, he gave us honest advise for all ingredients thanks Rudy for making our dinner experience great, we definitely will come back. Our next dinner was at La Luce restaurant La Luce did not disappoint! We were first received by Montserrat, who was absolutely lovely, helpful, and had a wonderful attitude getting us seated. The food was great, especially the tomato bisque and the delicious La Luce pizza. The rest of the staff is just as amazing, but a special shoutout goes to our waiter, Guadalupe. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any questions we had. Don't miss going to La Luce for a great night at Hilton Cancun

Had a great experience at Restaurant Laluce. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and attentive throughout the evening. The ambiance was excellent and made for a very enjoyable dinner. A special thank you to our server, Mauricib, who went out of his way to make sure I could take some leftover food for my wife. Our baby was crying, so she wasn’t able to stay and enjoy dinner with us, and his kindness and understanding were truly appreciated. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back! 🍝🍷👏

Very nice resort experience. The staff were memorably friendly, professional and many had a great sense of humor to boot. The rooms are spacious and clean, with tasteful decor and very modern. The food and drink options were all extremely good. Room service was on point. I loved the pools and the access to beach. The DJs were a welcome addition. 'Swim up' was a little bit of an oversell from what I envisioned, but we did enjoy the privacy of having aloir own baby pool even though it wasn't swimming up to anything (lol). I can highly recommend this place for value that I have come to trust in the Hilton brand.

Dinner at Auma at the Hilton Cancún was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The mahi mahi was absolutely fantastic—perfectly prepared, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen team. What truly elevated the evening was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Elvis. He was attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to making our dining experience special. His recommendations, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel valued throughout the meal. Combined with the superb food and impeccable service, our dinner at Auma was one of the highlights of our stay at the Hilton Cancún.

We have had a wonderful time here. This was our first experience in Mexico and at an all inclusive resort and it was great! This resort is clean, trendy and the staff and food are excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful! A few of our favorite people were: David at Maxal, Joseph & Benny at the taqueria bar, Nancy at the pool!! She works so hard! Dossier at Vela who was always happy to see us! Rocio M in the lobby was great and attentive to us while we waited inside for some cool air and cafe , Jose at Sunan (southeast Asia restaurant) this was our FAVE restaurant so good!! Also the staff at La Luce were all fabulous, our server recommended a perfect remedy for my heart burn & it worked like a charm (a Suero). The shows here at night are wonderful and the music always fits the perfect vibes. This resort is very family friendly ! Kids club and pools/splash pad and picky eater friendly! There is an adults side pool but it was def not as fun as the other side & as long as you don’t mind a few kiddos having fun around you , you will enjoy it too! We were celebrating my birthday here and the staff was so good about helping me celebrate even leaving cake in our room while we were out for me to come back to and enjoy ! I will say we were not as impressed with Auma(the steakhouse) , the service and the food were not that great and we were sad. The Lobby bartenders can be a bit dismissive as well but just sit down and wait for Rocio she’s much more friendly anyways. These were our only cons!
