I traveled here last week with my partner and had a great time! I would highly recommend this resort! The pools were so relaxing and not overcrowded. The service around the pools was fantastic. Carlos (the pool waiter) was the main person we interacted with at the pool and he really helped make our trip special with his friendly demeanor and high attention to detail. We felt so refreshed even just after a few hours of being at the resort. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping occurred at least daily and they always replenished the mini-fridge with different types of drinks and bottled water. Room service was fairly quick as well. We stayed in the Serenity Club suites. Our butler, Nacho, was great and helped make sure everything worked seamlessly for us - from dinner reservations to check in and check out - it all went smoothly with his help. The entertainment at the resort was also very fun! Mar and Angel do a great job keeping things lively and engaging at the main pool with aqua fitness classes. We also did a ceviche cooking class with Mar that was great! One of the highlights was a tequila and chocolate tasting class led by Sherly that was very informative and fun. I'd highly recommend that class led by him. The Serenity Club comes with one free 30min access to the hydrotherapy in the spa. We opted to extend it to 60min for about $20 USD/person and it was totally worth it. The people who guided us were Naomi and Angel and they helped us feel so relaxed. I kind of wish we did the hydrotherapy a second time on the trip because it was wonderful. Overall, I would very highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing, adults-only all inclusive resort. The amenities were fantastic, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the food/drinks were great as well. We can't wait to come back!

This is our third year at Haven Riviera, and it somehow gets better every time. Everything about this resort is exceptional. The rooms are modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The food is consistently amazing across every restaurant, and the entire property is immaculate from top to bottom. What truly sets Haven apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible. A special thank you to our coordinator, Alfredo, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He always ensures we have everything we need and that our trip runs smoothly from start to finish. Haven Riviera feels like a second home for us now, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again. If you’re looking for a luxury, stress-free getaway with incredible service, this is the place.

Everything about this experience was incredible! From the minute we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by friendly and extremely helpful staff. Special recognition goes to Sandra Vargas at the front desk for going above and beyond to make my husband and I feel special on our anniversary and to Guillermo for showing us around the resort on our first night!! My husband and I were looking for relaxation and some fun and we definitely found it. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and the housekeeping staff was very diligent and kept everything stocked. The pools were pristine, our glasses were never empty and the food was delicious at every restaurant we tried. Best of all, there was always an interesting activity taking place if we wanted to take a break from laying in the cabanas by the beach, and Mar was an incredible hostess!! Truly a 10/10 vacation and we would happily return!!

Our family stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun over the Christmas holidays and overall had a wonderful, relaxing experience. We booked three Serenity Club swim-out rooms, and while side-by-side rooms were not guaranteed, our travel agent requested it and I followed up directly with guest services. I was pleasantly surprised when the request was honoured — having all three rooms together made a big difference for our family and set a great tone for the trip. The resort itself is modern, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the pillow menu was a thoughtful touch for anyone particular about sleep comfort. As Serenity guests, we were assigned a butler, Denisee, who truly elevated our stay. She checked in daily, kept us informed of activities, and ensured we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. With our swim-out rooms, we also enjoyed poolside bar service from the Serenity pool. Paloma was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and fun. She kept drinks flowing, suggested specialty Haven cocktails, and her sense of humour added to the enjoyment of our days by the pool. Serenity Club offers premium liquor and access to a few exclusive restaurants, and the difference is noticeable. While the buffet variety is not expansive, it covers all the basics well. Dining across the resort is very good overall — and Olios stands out as the most elevated dining experience, with curated dishes and excellent quality. The only downside of our stay was the windy weather and rough ocean, which prevented swimming. The beach itself is attractive, with natural elements incorporated to provide some privacy around Bali beds. In the Serenity section, the beach never felt overcrowded, but there is a noticeable shortage of loungers. Even on windy days, finding chairs was difficult, and we did see guests give up and head back to the pool. There were more loungers closer to the activity pool, though I suspect availability would be even more challenging when the ocean is calm. I usually prefer ocean swimming and easy water access (without sharp coral), and while I didn’t get the chance to test the water conditions here, I understand there is a reef just offshore — which may be appealing for snorkelers. That said, the swim-out rooms more than made up for the lack of ocean time, and I didn’t feel short-changed at all. Final thoughts: Haven Riviera Cancun delivered a restful, easy, and high-quality vacation. The staff truly make this resort special, and Serenity Club adds meaningful value. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway with attentive service, modern surroundings, and strong dining, I would absolutely recommend this resort.

This was the third time we’ve visited Haven, and it was such a nice adult getaway during Christmas. Only 20 mins from the airport and outside of the hotel zone. The staff were attentive and wonderful! Ricardo, Sergio and Maria were outstanding bartenders/pool concierges and our butler Gabriel was great! We had an ocean front serenity room in bldg 5. The room and resort was nice. Overall it felt a bit tired but well-loved, clean but could use some new pool chair cushions and the rooms bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Highly recommend serenity, the upgrades and access to top shelf and great food were worth it. The serenity pool was where we spent most of our time, the beach was ok to walk, they clean the seaweed every morning with a tractor. Incredible sunrises from the room and sunsets from Limes bar. We’ve done the swimouts before and loved them, the bartenders will serve you right from them if you're out front! There isn’t a ton of nightlife but most people don’t stay up late after drinking in the sun all day. The new lobby bar is gorgeous!
