We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The main hosts, Charlie Brown and Yale, were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy getting to know the guests. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and evening, including water aerobics, karaoke, bingo, and other fun activities that made it easy to meet people and keep everyone entertained. My only real criticism would be the late-night bar access from the pools. The staff were accommodating, but we’ve stayed at other resorts that made this a little more convenient. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with fun activities during the day and a more laid-back atmosphere in the evenings, it’s perfect—and honestly, that’s exactly what we were looking for. We also booked a swim-up room, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Since we traveled with a large group, having our own private pool access gave us a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time together. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The resort is beyond amazing. I have enjoyed the stay that my significant other and I have had. Within the resort, there is a section/lobby called The Moon. Within the lobby, there are a lot of events that are held, in which include amazing staff (I.e., Sexy Joy & Charlie Brown). I have a lot of good to say about the resort. My significant other and I went around June, so there was a lot of Sargassum on the beach, however, that did not inhibit our great stay there. Highly recommended Carlos, our great butler, also attended to us amazingly. He is a very presentable young man who makes sure everyone is going great and having a good time at the resort. He stays in touch really well and communicates amazingly. He has helped us during our stay there, in Haven.

Really enjoying my birthday celebration at Haven! The entirety of the staff has been phenomenal but Charlie Brown in particular has gone out of his way to make sure that the guests have an incredible experience. Food has been plentiful and tasty. Drinks are refreshing. Pool is clean and much needed in the heat. Only downside is the significant sargassum which makes the beach not useable but I understand that this is largely out of their control. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is the best one I’ve been to so far in Cancun. The property is newer and very aesthetic. The staff is probably the best part; housekeeping, groundskeepers, waiters, hosts and baristas are all great. Specifically, Charlie Brown did the best entertainment from hosting water games, making Mayan bracelets, to also hosting bingo. Our butler, Frida, also communicated with us our entire stay even on her day off. Monserrat in the cafe also made every coffee perfectly for us. There are no complaints with this resort and I would definitely recommend!

We came to the Haven Riviera to celebrate our 12th Anniversary and had an extraordinary time. This is our fourth All-Inclusive in Mexico and by far our all-around favorite. Everything from location (close to the airport), to a stunning, mature property, a great gym, beautiful restaurants and amazing food! The sunrise in the beach every morning was a highlight. But the staff truly made our time so memorable. Angel from entertainment was always so warm and energetic. He found us almost every day by the pool with a big smile on his face and invited us to events or partiesl happening that day. He was also an excellent host at the Neon Show. William from Limes was our favorite bar-tender! He made the BEST drinks I’ve ever had and had spot-on recommendations. Julian took care of us every day at the pool and also made great suggestions for new drinks. And our favorite server at Flavours was Enrique. So warm and kind and always on top of it. We loved our time and this is the first time we are considering coming back to a resort because of how incredible it was.
