Whenever we needed anything, our requests were handled quickly and efficiently 😍 A special thank you to the concierge team, especially Aimee, who was kind very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to organise a wonderful surprise for our 10th wedding anniversary, which truly exceeded our expectations. Her thoughtfulness made our celebration even more special. We had one of the best vacation experiences, as this hotel truly lived up to our expectations. We always received excellent service from the staff whenever we needed assistance resolving an issue or simply required services across the various areas—including the restaurants, pool, courtyards (Red and Blue), café, and bar, We would like to highlight the service provided by Ms. Angela (waitress in the Blue and Red Patio). We experienced some issues with transportation and a tour we took to Isla Mujeres, but fortunately, the general manager handled the situation, providing us with quick and effective solutions: We were moved to a different room to compensate for these incidents, and we were much more comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with the daily attention we received; the staff would call or write to us to ensure we were getting the best possible care. Thank you very much!

We had an amazing vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya! The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. From the moment we arrived until after we returned home, the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One thing that really impressed me was how honest and caring the staff was. At checkout, I accidentally left my jacket behind. When I contacted the hotel, they had safely stored it for me, which showed how trustworthy they are. Another example of their outstanding service happened when my daughter developed a rash after swimming in the ocean because of the seaweed. We asked if the resort had a medical team, and they responded immediately. They provided a cream that helped her feel much better, and we were so grateful for how quickly they took care of her. The biggest surprise came after we had already left. My daughter accidentally left behind her baby blanket and favorite stuffed animal. We realized it at the airport and called the hotel right away. The staff found both items, kept them safe, and even arranged international shipping back to the United States. A couple of weeks later, the blanket and stuffed animal arrived at our home. That level of customer service is truly exceptional. One recommendation I have for anyone visiting is to bring some cash for tips. Even though the resort is all-inclusive, the servers, bartenders, housekeeping staff, and everyone else work incredibly hard to make your vacation special. Even a dollar here and there is appreciated. Just because your meals and drinks are included doesn't mean the staff doesn't deserve recognition for their outstanding service. We tip restaurant servers in the United States, and I believe these hardworking employees deserve the same appreciation. This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. The beautiful resort, excellent food, clean rooms, and incredible staff made all the difference. I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing time. We stayed 9 nights and our kids had a blast. I wanted to take a moment to send a special note of appreciation for your incredible entertainment team. Luna, Eddie, Daniela, Valerie, Hector, Axel and Danny Boy are truly exceptional, and they made our stay extra special. This was our second year returning to the hotel, and once again, they made us feel like family. Their activities and entertainment are wonderful for everyone, from young children to adults. We stayed for nine nights and ten days, and it was one of the most special and memorable vacations we have ever experienced. This hotel holds a very important place in our hearts because my husband and I were married there 11 years ago. Being able to return now with our children, watch them enjoy themselves so much, and see how warmly they are treated and loved is incredibly meaningful to us. It is one of the main reasons we continue coming back every year. The entertainment team went above and beyond to make every day fun, welcoming, and unforgettable. Their energy, kindness, and genuine care made a tremendous difference in our experience. Please make sure they receive the recognition they deserve. There are so many beautiful places in the world, and so little time to explore them all. It almost feels too indulgent to think about returning to the same resort when there are new beaches, new cities, and new experiences waiting. And yet, while we were at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, my wife and I found ourselves saying something unexpected: we have to come back here again. This was our first vacation alone without our kids as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It was also our first experience at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. Just the two of us. A milestone trip. And from the moment we arrived, it felt special. Where do I even begin? The resort itself is stunning. The ambience is magnificent yet warm and welcoming. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, blending beauty, comfort, and that signature Hard Rock energy. The pools are gorgeous, the lagoon is serene and picture-perfect, and the entire property feels alive in the best possible way. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day. It felt like coming back to a fresh start after each outing. And the food… absolutely mouthwatering. Every restaurant offered something unique and memorable. But we especially fell in love with Faro. Sitting outside by the sea for lunch, with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves in the background, was pure magic. It was not just a meal, it was a moment we will always remember. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the people. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, generous, helpful, and genuinely warm. You can build a beautiful resort, but it is the people who give it heart. We felt cared for, respected, and welcomed everywhere we went. During our stay, we kept saying how much we would love to return with our kids or with close friends, not just to relive our moments, but to show them this beautiful side of the world, this kindness, this hospitality. That says everything. I do not know if life will bring us back here again. There are many places to see. But I do know this: the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya will always remain very close to our hearts. To the entire staff and management, thank you for giving us memories worthy of our 25 years together. We wish you continued success and endless happiness in welcoming guests from around the world.
