The service here is outstanding! Luis and Roberto the butlers provided timely, excellent service and went above and beyond for my friend's birthday. They responded right away to any requests and ensured we had a memorable vacation. The beach is beautiful and I was impressed with the food selection at the Frida restaurant- happy to see a vegetarian section and smoothie station. The food was much better than other all-inclusives I've stayed at. The shows were fun, and there was live music most evenings in the hotel lobby. I had a massage and haircut during my stay here and both were great and exactly what I wanted. There were couples, families, and people of all ages here (I wasnt sure if the crowd would be super young!)

Dinner at Ciao restaurant was outstanding!!! Josue's service made our evening at Ciao, very enjoyable. His recommendations for our pre-dinner drinks, pasta options, wine selection and then dessert were very good. Thank you to Jaqui for her assistance when my booking wouldn't save in the app and her followup after our meal. The portions were perfect. We had calamari fritti, Ciao salad, pasta primi and the beef tenderloin secundi, cooked to perfection at the rare side of medium and melted in your mouth (steak knife not required). Over-all a great start for our 1st dinner at the hotel.

Had decided to go to this resort based on my previous experiences with hard rock. This hotel is lively and service is fairly decent and no surprises. Layout is great and beach is clean as well as staff is helpful. Here is where I think there is definitely room for improvement: 1- we had a deluxe room and every time we turn on a hot tub even without getting in it would leave yellow/orange residue on the walls and floor. 2- me and my girlfriend went for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with fun decorations, champagne & wine and some chocolate for room service, I went to concierge 2 time just to ensure that we get what I ask for especially since they OFFER this stuff themself upon request. Well I can to a surprise that that did not forget about my request but they only brought a very small and underwhelming plate of strawberries which indeed did not impress me nor my girlfriend on her birthday but I guess they might’ve had a busy day 🙁. 3- and I think the most important and most important that I think hotel needs to look at is bed bugs. I started getting itchy spots on the 2nd day of our stay and it continued to multiply after every night (I will attach pics for ref). I did not think much of it while I was there because anything could happen, upon further investigation on arriving back home I went to my doctor to find out that those are bed bug bites and that is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by hotel and by no means that appropriate, if anyone from hotel in power sees is it’s room 0772. I highly encourage everyone who goes there for vacation check your bed before you sleep now because I’m will be very time, did not think this could happen to me at such establishment. 4- lastly I want to mention incredibly chipped, worn and scratched plastic cups & glasses at bars. I understand they can’t have anything glass near the pool but it definitely takes away from experience and maybe they can implement a change over system or use different types of cups that are more pleasant to use. In conclusion this is not a bad place to go by any means but ensure you do your due diligence on checking beds for your safety for bed bugs. I sure will be doing it every stay from now on.

We had an amazing experience. Miguel, Alfredo, Emmanuel and Chef Wilber cooked a private dinner for us in our suite. The food was excellent and their service was second to none. We had an awesome relaxing last night. Thank you so much. Also our Butler Victor and Hector were amazing. Whatever we needed they took care of us. They were great and an asset to the Hard Rock

Been here for just over a week as a couple and have had a wonderful experience. The staff are so helpful and really make the trip, always going the extra mile. Must make special mention to several members of staff who are absolute gems: Didier, the fantastic sushi chef at Zen; Gray, Angel and Nestor are literal superstars; and the wonderful Margarita, Carlos & Antonio who made a special evening on the beach at the meal experience for two even more wonderful. Thank you also to Leonardo who sorted out a room change for us. This is our second visit to HRC and it has been amazing as usual.
