We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali! The pool area is huge, with many water slides, and our kids absolutely loved it—they spent all day playing there. The staff were all very friendly and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also booked a professional photo session, and our photographer, Eddy, worked so hard to capture beautiful moments. The photos turned out amazing, and we’re so happy with them. Although the hotel is located in the busy area of Kuta, our room was quiet and very relaxing. It was also very convenient, with convenience stores and shopping malls nearby. The water dispensers around the hotel were a great touch as well. We really enjoyed the live performances held every night—they were fantastic! We also met many lovely families during our stay, which made the experience even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed in a Deluxe Two Queens room for 4 nights under the Unity - Toast and Jam - Culinary Package. Honestly, the room, bathroom, and breakfast restaurant felt pretty average—definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Plus, requesting housekeeping and room amenities through the app gave off a bit of a budget-airline vibe. BUT, the staff were absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and helpful, doing their absolute best to accommodate my requests. They managed to get us a room with a bathtub and even prepared lunch boxes outside of regular lunch hours on our check-out day. I truly appreciate their effort, and I'm only sorry I didn't catch their names! They even emailed me after we checked out about an item we left behind. The package was also great value for money since we received 3x IDR 300K cash vouchers to spend at the hotel's restaurants and bars. The highlight was definitely the surprise baby sea turtle release on the morning of June 4th! Thank you so much for arranging that. I also loved the live band and dancing at Center Stage on June 5th, while the PS4 and video games at the Teen Club were a massive hit with the kids.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we arrived every staff member made us feel so welcome. The team helping with our luggage were always so friendly, and the ladies at reception were incredibly helpful and got us into our room as quickly as they could after a long flight with three tired kids. We stayed in the interconnecting family rooms and for a family of five, I actually preferred them over the loft rooms which we also stayed in for some of our trip. We found we had much more space and the layout worked really well for us. Breakfast was fantastic every morning with so much variety, and everything was fresh. The location couldn’t have been better either. We were right near Kuta Beach and could easily walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. We also had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and Jamie Oliver Kitchen and both were great. One of our favourite days of the whole trip was hiring a cabana by the pool. The pool area is incredible, the cocktails were delicious and there were always games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The vibe around the resort was so much fun. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Every staff member we came across was friendly, cheerful and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great holiday. We’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

We just returned from spending 7 days here - we absolutely loved our time at this resort. The staff were incredible/ the kids absolutely loved spending time at the pools every day - plenty of activities to keep them occupied. The only issue we had and I’m not 100% sure if the hard rock bar/ club is affiliated with the hotel but we had a few drinks one night and when it was time to pay the bill, we noticed they had charged us double, adding additional drinks we hadn’t purchased. Our friends also had the same issue a couple of nights after we went. The drinks were removed from the bill after we said something but they tried to charge us a few extra hundred dollars more.

The hotel itself is great. Our room was good, beds were comfy even though we had a view of KFC it was great for a lead in room. Facilities were fantastic and the pool area is wonderful although very hard to find a lounge. The only negative I have is the price of everything in house. The drinks and food are comparable to Australia. Not cheap at all. We had to leave the resort to eat every night. A cabana for the pool costs extra. Kids club costs extra. Everything is plus plus. When I compare to Dynasty resort, Dynasty is an easy win. Guests here are mostly Europeans who have different ways of waiting their turn (or rather not). We had a great time but will go back to Dynasty next time
