We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali! The pool area is huge, with many water slides, and our kids absolutely loved it—they spent all day playing there. The staff were all very friendly and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also booked a professional photo session, and our photographer, Eddy, worked so hard to capture beautiful moments. The photos turned out amazing, and we’re so happy with them. Although the hotel is located in the busy area of Kuta, our room was quiet and very relaxing. It was also very convenient, with convenience stores and shopping malls nearby. The water dispensers around the hotel were a great touch as well. We really enjoyed the live performances held every night—they were fantastic! We also met many lovely families during our stay, which made the experience even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again!

If you’re looking for a resort experience in Kuta, this is definitely the place if you have children. We don’t have children… so we actually didn’t spend a lot of time in the resort… so it definitely wouldn’t be my choice for couples or adult groups without children. Don’t be expecting luxury rooms for the price, as it is definitely the amenities of the resort that you are paying for. - Large pool and activities for children. The pool area is very busy and full all day. - Daily concerts til midnight in the main bar - Lots of food and drink options (at extra cost) The staff are absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Rooms were clean, but had the dank smell. It’s not unbearable though. Very comfortable beds and good room service options too. If you have kids and want to soak up the amenities of the large resort… this place is for you. If you don’t have children… I would look for another place as this is definitely aimed towards families.

We stayed in a Deluxe Two Queens room for 4 nights under the Unity - Toast and Jam - Culinary Package. Honestly, the room, bathroom, and breakfast restaurant felt pretty average—definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Plus, requesting housekeeping and room amenities through the app gave off a bit of a budget-airline vibe. BUT, the staff were absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and helpful, doing their absolute best to accommodate my requests. They managed to get us a room with a bathtub and even prepared lunch boxes outside of regular lunch hours on our check-out day. I truly appreciate their effort, and I'm only sorry I didn't catch their names! They even emailed me after we checked out about an item we left behind. The package was also great value for money since we received 3x IDR 300K cash vouchers to spend at the hotel's restaurants and bars. The highlight was definitely the surprise baby sea turtle release on the morning of June 4th! Thank you so much for arranging that. I also loved the live band and dancing at Center Stage on June 5th, while the PS4 and video games at the Teen Club were a massive hit with the kids.

One of the best resorts in Kuta! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I wasn’t happy with my first room because of some carpet replacement work, but the team handled it very professionally and quickly moved me to another room. I really appreciated their prompt response. The breakfast was decent, and the swimming pool was absolutely huge, fun, and perfect for families. Honestly, I’ve never seen a hotel where so many children were having such a great time. Everywhere around the resort, kids were laughing, playing, and enjoying themselves, which created a very happy and lively atmosphere. If you’re traveling with family, especially children, this resort is an excellent choice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we arrived every staff member made us feel so welcome. The team helping with our luggage were always so friendly, and the ladies at reception were incredibly helpful and got us into our room as quickly as they could after a long flight with three tired kids. We stayed in the interconnecting family rooms and for a family of five, I actually preferred them over the loft rooms which we also stayed in for some of our trip. We found we had much more space and the layout worked really well for us. Breakfast was fantastic every morning with so much variety, and everything was fresh. The location couldn’t have been better either. We were right near Kuta Beach and could easily walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. We also had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and Jamie Oliver Kitchen and both were great. One of our favourite days of the whole trip was hiring a cabana by the pool. The pool area is incredible, the cocktails were delicious and there were always games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The vibe around the resort was so much fun. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Every staff member we came across was friendly, cheerful and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great holiday. We’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.
