We stayed in a Deluxe Two Queens room for 4 nights under the Unity - Toast and Jam - Culinary Package. Honestly, the room, bathroom, and breakfast restaurant felt pretty average—definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Plus, requesting housekeeping and room amenities through the app gave off a bit of a budget-airline vibe. BUT, the staff were absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and helpful, doing their absolute best to accommodate my requests. They managed to get us a room with a bathtub and even prepared lunch boxes outside of regular lunch hours on our check-out day. I truly appreciate their effort, and I'm only sorry I didn't catch their names! They even emailed me after we checked out about an item we left behind. The package was also great value for money since we received 3x IDR 300K cash vouchers to spend at the hotel's restaurants and bars. The highlight was definitely the surprise baby sea turtle release on the morning of June 4th! Thank you so much for arranging that. I also loved the live band and dancing at Center Stage on June 5th, while the PS4 and video games at the Teen Club were a massive hit with the kids.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible family holiday experience! From the moment we arrived at Hard Rock Hotel Bali, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our family. The hotel has such an amazing energy, fun, exciting and welcoming for both adults and kids. The rooms were beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every area of the hotel feels designed to create unforgettable memories, from the incredible pools and activities to the entertainment and family friendly atmosphere. The Roxity Kids Club was one of our favourite parts of our stay. It gave the kids an amazing space to have fun, make memories and enjoy activities, while we also got the chance to relax and enjoy the resort. It’s honestly such a great setup for families travelling with children. The pool areas are amazing, the food options are fantastic, and there is always something happening. The location is perfect for exploring Bali, with everything you need close by. Hard Rock Hotel Bali truly exceeded our expectations. It’s more than just a hotel, it’s an experience that our family will remember forever. We can’t wait to come back again! 🎸🌴✨ Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so special !!!!

A Warm and Memorable Stay at Hard Rock Bali! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the staff were genuinely friendly throughout our stay - a great first impression that set the tone for everything that followed. A lovely touch was being welcomed with complimentary drinks upon arrival at the hotel. What really stood out was how well the team followed through on requests we had made ahead of our arrival. We had emailed in advance to arrange connecting rooms and to request a little birthday surprise, and they delivered on both without a hitch. It's reassuring to know that pre-arrival communication is taken seriously and acted upon. A few areas that I wish to highlight for attention and improvement: 1) The bathroom could do with more hooks - we had difficulty finding a place to hang the wet towels 2) The in-room slippers felt a bit inconsistent. The slippers in my room had no Hard Rock branding, unlike those in my friends' room. 3) The massage and spa centre is tucked inside the gym area. It's not immediately obvious, a clearer signage would be helpful. The hospitality extended beyond the hotel itself - complimentary farewell drinks were served at the airport - a small but impressive detail that showed how much they value their guests. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a team that clearly cares about its guests. With a few tweaks, this could easily be a five-star experience!

Our 2nd stay at Hard Rock. We love this place. Situated up a driveway that looks over the road to Kuta Beach... beautiful breezes even on the hottest days. The rooms immaculate, clean, comfy beds... house keeping everyday with new sheets, towels, drinking water - very accommodating staff. Buffet brekky great variety. Paying for a poolside cabana for a few days of your stay is well worth it - they are huge, comfortable & have phones in them for ordering food/drinks. The pools are very clean & well maintained - we saw staff physically in the water clearing out or checking for rubbish (eg kids bandaid) & we regularly saw staff testing the pool water. Big shout out to lifeguard 'Agus' who my sister helped save a Mum, toddler & baby who wandered out too far in the deep end and needed rescuing. Plenty of water activities for kids - slides, wate park for younger kids, basketball hoops, organised activities such as tug of war or polo... large water ball at an extra cost (reasonable) & the kids loved the underwater scooters, although this activity was very expensive (approx 25-40 dollars for 30mins depending on age group of scooter hired). Cute squirrels running along balconies or racing up trees. Walk down the driveway to the main street & lots of beach front restaurants to choose from in both directions. Plus massage places, shops & markets. Hard Rock Cafe which is next to the resort is great - meals served fast & top quality. Bit more expensive than other restaurants but still a lot cheaper than meals out in Australia. Thank you Hard Rock for another family holiday for our memories

We recently flew to Bali and luckily we booked this hotel. OMG we got great customer service, all the hotel management were so welcoming. The room was good but AC thermostat was not user friendly. They offer amazing big breakfast buffet daily. Every night they arrange live concert in the lobby and it was great fun. Their pool area was one of the best spot , huge swimming pool with private bunks. Great for kids activity. This is actually fun resort and I highly recommend families to visit this hotel for their stay in Bali. Walking distance to beach. Beach is little dirty with slums. But it looks beautiful. Walking distance to kfc, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, amazing shopping mall with all international brands. Overall I will big 4.5 out of 5.
